My favorite that my BD said is
"Wam, Bam, Thank You Ma'm"
She didn't know what it really meant. She was talking about our jazz run. And no i'm not in colorguard. Our entire band did a jazz run, minus the tubas of course(and guard didn't do it with us).

our first trumpets have silver bach trumpets and our other trumpets have random gold colored trumpets

I know the percussion director LOVES the words:
"again"

"that sucked do it again!"
"SNARES!"
"Uno mos" (I hope that's one more time in Spanish)
"we need to be consistent!"
"Hips!"
"Spinny!" (name of freshmen snare that messes up alot)
Yeah, lots of repitition, but it's all in best interest.
