Michael - No, only Johto evolutions are allowed. Pachulo Just wondering. Why isn't Bullet Punch allowed? Scizor, there is a combo that involves Bullet Punch that makes Scizor virtually uberish, like Garchomp. By banning the use of Bullet punch, it put a huge nail in that strategy. ::in a nutshell:: It evens the playing field where Scizor is involved.

Luther Olathes Tangrowth is from the 4th genderation, and that's all this Guild is about. So, no harm with a change of pace.

It was a thought, but I decided at the end to keep it down to as close to kanto as possible. If I allow it, it will add 8 pokemon to the roster. 9 if I take out the word "Direct". If Umbreon wasn't a johto pokemon I wouldn't include him either. If you want Tangrowth then fine, go ahead. I don't really care. Still only 2 non-kanto pokemon allowed, though.

I don't know.
I think its just becoming a problem because you're adding exceptions. And I know it's because only having the original 150 would make it all too simple and probably boring a little.

And I know it's because only having the original 150 would make it all too simple and probably boring a little. I wouldn't think as such. After all, working with great restrictions forces everyone to put alittle more thought into thier strategies. You would be suprised what a person can do when they are given a limit. smile I personally wouldn't be opposed to either rules. But the sound of admitting tangrowth in to this tournament has kinda peaked my interest. razz
