I can use everyone fairly well, since lately I've just been putting my character as random all the time, but my best are Toon Link, Lucas, and Kirby.

Sheik - Great Combos
Snake - Kick arse when it comes to smashing things
Samus - Hard to use as a beginner Really effective after a while
