Smirking, Gaara turned and waved his hands like a hyper active game show host.

"The first fight will be between the Bard, and Kenki! This fight will begin, as soon as both participants are ready, however keep in mind we wont wait any longer then thirty minutes. If it takes you any longer to be ready, you WILL be disqualified!"

Staring up at the display screen, Corbin gave a slight grunt, and glared over at Dagoth.

"Guess you'll HAVE to wait, munchkin."

With that said, he vanished and re-appeared in the stands, up at the highest point on the western side.

Gaara then declared.

"If both fighters are ready, please come to the center of the arena!"

*mubi stared at the strange people that were fighting between themselves already, he walked over to the stands sitting the middle area watching the fight with some glee. Time to see how good this ninja really is, would the nine tails be helping him or not.*

((I'll let bard have his account back long enough to post later today, I promise. And Roan WILL make it to the tournament later if thats ok with you Corbin. I kinda need an account back ya see xd ))

*Bard stood motionless in mid air as his name was called out. He awaited his challenger to take the ring before he did, giving him time to make a quick verification of his style of fighting.
He smiled secretly under his scarf which flapped in the gust created by his wings, then fluidly glided to meet his foe.
They both stood still without exchanging words, there was no need. Bard held no grudge, he slowly moved into a comfortable fighting stance and awaited the word to inniciate combat.*

*As Bard slowly extended to reach for the ninja's hand, his demonmic Lute writhed like a snake across his shoulder and slowly down his arm.*

WHAT !?!?!?!?! MY HAND !!!!

*The Lute had once again posessed bard's right arm releasing chaos in his attacks. His eyes slowly burned red as this unpredictable move seemed to cloud his mind.*

Grrr why now ?

*After a brief second of tension that shot though bards body, the Demonic hand lunged for the ninja's face*

As swiftly as Kenki had re-acted, Gaara the host hopped backwards, before vanishing, and re-appearing on the eastern stand.

"Well then, I supose we wont bother with a random setting for the fight."

Wincing quietly at his slowed reactions, he swayed slightly, his ability to notice things however, hadn't been effected. The effect wasn't as bad as one may think though. Via the beast mimicry technique, his speed had more then doubled, so he was either back to his original speed, or just a little above.

He is posessed?

His suspicion was then confirmed as the much darker voice announced it's next move. He recognised this attack, it was VERY similiar to a technique used by a few ninja in one of the villages he called home, for a time.

Luckily, Bard's ability with sound wasn't an advantage over Kenki, infact, it more likely leveled things out alot.

Still feeling abit laggy, Kenki leapt into the air, however felt a sharp piercing in his ears, as the sound echoed violently through his ear drums.

Damn it, if Orochimaru knew about this, I'd never hear the end of it.

High in the air, there seemed to be a slight increase in wind speed, as the faintest breeze passed by his feet.

Meanwhile, Regaining himself, he made a quick hand seal, though said nothing. Out of no where, a thick mist built up inside the arena, completely fill the fighting area. The mist made it nearly impossible to see more then a meter infront of ones self. Kenki however had his own means of navigation.

Within the mist, he drew four shuriken, and hurled them after landing in the mist behind Bard. He however used the shadow shuriken technique, so there were another set of four shuriken hidden in the shadows of the first four. All eight throwing stars however, were aimed for his right arm.
