Who told you Mana Leak sucks? It's one of the best counters in Type 2... Also, drop the Molten Rains from your SB for Stone Rains. That way you won't have dead cards in your hand until you get two red mana.

Also. Why are you running 4 Shrap Blasts and only 2 artifacts that would be sac'd? At least that's what I can see (two Great Furnaces). I would replace the Blasts with Magma Jets for some added Scrying.

Umm.. Here's a concept you mght like,... Maybe working in Acane spells... I've seen some nice splice decks that work pretty good... Might give you anoher win condition or something, but... You know Mana leak is great since counter spell left, beleive me... Alot quicker...good luck...

(from the artifact junkie, go figure) whee A couple of my friends use them: I just use Memnarch, equipped with something like Lightning Greaves or Whispersilk Cloak to make him untargetable, and commence stealing everybody's stuff. ninja Man they hate that! xp

I think that you should drop PotG for Serum Visions....you get to draw a card AND scry 2 (scry is the best abilty EVER!!!). Also SV is only one blue, so u can do something on your first turn other than A.) sit and do nothing or B.) sit on 1one (u) hoping that someone drops an artifact or enchantment on their first turn for you to Annul.
just some of my thoughts and comments Also you may conside using Crystal Shard...a much discredited card...it either A.) bounces their creatures or B.) taps more of their mana so you can get that much closer 2 taping tehm out so you can drop a cheap counter like you arch-nemisis Mana Leak AND C.) you can also use it defensivle...block with your Savant and then if it were to be dealt lethat damage you could/should bounce it back to your hand biggrin

If your going to put cards in a deck you should use more than one unless its a 40 card deck...but sol ring...no i dont think it should go in this deck, granted it is a counter deck...but...no...:/

I had second to thirds thoughts after a few games with the counter burn sweatdrop it just wasn't able to keep up with some of my other decks that i have made in the past ... so thats to Finkish One and another friend I took another look at Keiga and Meloku and figured this would be a much more effective deck with them in it. 3nodding
