You all greatly disappoint me. For one, the plural of ninja is still ninja. There is no such thing as ninjas, that is not a word! Second of all, there is no possible situation in known history were the two would ever collide. If my back wasn't acting up, I would go into much greater detail then this, knowing that most of you won't even bother to read it. And if you think naruto are what real ninja re like, you should crawl back into the hole you came from because this will obviously go over your head.

Ninja were far better trained then pirates. Ninja trained as soon as they were capable, anywhere from three to five years of age. They were trained in various sorts of both combat and life skills. Cartography, herbalism, medicine, mediation, etc. On top of that, they have much more equipment at their disposal. Aside from the generic shuriken and katana, they had a variety of other tools to use. They had the use of bows, folding ladders, fire weaponry such as bombs and smoke, not to mention the various poisons they knew how to make and use. They were also taught various trades in order to blend in with their surrounding. They would be taught an instrument or cloth weaving. Sometimes going as far as to poison and distort their own bodies in order to fool others into thinking he/she was nothing but a sickly commoner.

Pirates have far less by comparison. In a fight, a ninja would win roughly 86% of the time. But as I said earlier, there is no point in known history when the two collided so this is pretty much moot anyway. And don't try to claim any of these are lies. I have done extensive research in the art of ninjutsu and their culture. Everything I have said here can be verified and should be taken as fact by people who have half a brain enough to tell what is real and whats not.
