Personality: An intellect who's always analyzing rather than fighting.
~Background~
Height: 5'6 Weight: 115lbs Hair: Brown Clothing: Quincy uniform. Outlined in blue liens that cross the suit. Physical Appearance: average but short History: Reimi comes from the Quincy House of Shinken and she is also of that very bloodline also. For many years she's become adept at her quincy powers and she's enjoyed the research side of things rather then jumping into the heat of battle like most quincy. She finds that more can be learned through sheer analyzing the opponent rather than fighting them.
~Techniques~
Quincy Techniques
The Quincy have been known for their skill in battle, displaying a huge array of abilities that can even rival that of the shinigami. Each Quincy has fifteen (15) technique allocation slots.
HirenKyaku (Flying Screen Step)
Analogous to the shinigami flash steps or the arrancar sonido, the Quincy hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most arrancar and shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances.
Ransotengai(Heavenly Wild Puppet Suit)
Ransotengai is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow old Quincy to fight effectively, but it was said that some high level Quincy have been using this to aid them in combat even when heavily injured. However their is still a limit on how far the body can go before it is completely incapacitated.
Reiraku Takan (Spiritual Thread, Deep Perception)
A special sensory skill reserved only for Quincy whose capabilities have matured markedly. Reiraku Takan allows the Quincy to deeply focus upon the spiritual signatures of all surrounding entities within a certain area and manually compress them all into different-colored "threads." The maximum range of this ability is the same as the Shinigami's highest Reiatsu Noukan range.
Geigeki Interception
A special skill of the Quincy where they use themselves as bait before striking hard on the opponent. A ranged attackers biggest weakness is when the battle is brought to them. To counter this the Quincy have developed the Geigeki. Using the principles of Hirenkyaku, the Quincy is able to dodge the attack that is thrown at him right before it hits and move himself away from the target, where he fires off an arrow that is valued 1.5 times its normal strength.
~Silver Tube Spells/Quincy Abilities~
Gegenstrom ( Reversed Flow )
By countering air as it flows toward the user, a Quincy can expel a sharp gust of wind to the north, east, or west of itself. If thrown back at an enemy the momentum of their own attack adds to Gegenstrom's for a knock-back effect
Incantation: Counter reality, o shattered dreams – Uranagare Henshou!
Gritz
A binding technique that creates a human sized pentacle that envelops the target and crushes it to death. This spell restricts the movement of all the main limbs of the target.
Incantation: “A silver rod strikes the five fingered stone bed, Quintuple Restraining Frames!”
Himmel (Sky)
Throwing gintou to the ground, the user is engulfed by the energy of the tubes. As the energy dissipates, the quincy has wings of energy that allow him/her to fly for short distances at normal land speed and Hirenkyaku burst speed. Himmel lasts for only two rounds.(two rounds meaning two turns by the user in a 2 person collab)
Incantation: A white feather floats above, is it an omen or a blessing? Soar!
Heizen ( Heat )
Heizen is a Gintou technique that creates a transparent rectangular beam of energy that can slice through an opponent.
Incantation: “Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice. Sacred Bite!”
Hochofen (Blast)
By throwing the gintou towards the target, the user is ale to create a burst of flames that engulfs it and incinerates anything that it touches.
Incantation: A Lion’s roar echoes through the mountains, instilling fear to those who can hear. Disappear!
Leere ( Void )
Extends around a physical or spiritual pressure, tightening to try and crush the object or energy source with a fierce gravity field. Ineffective against attacks valued higher than user's Ginkaihou stat; if valued higher, the attack reverses and explodes back out.
Incantation: Maw of the accursed, squelch existence - Mu! (Leere)

Appearance

Name: Kintaro Jersha Age: 16 Sex: Male Race: Spiritually Aware Human Power: Manipulation of Riatsu, as well as physical matter, to create and/or manipulate wind, lightning, water, and ice elements. (Lightning is compressed wind, and ice is a combination of Wind and Water). Personality: Kintaro always sees the greener side of life, or at least, he tries to. Doesn't always work when you have Hollows, corrupt Shinigami, and renegade Quincy running around. Usually attempts to stay to himself because of his ability to manipulate so many elements. It also doesn't help that Hollows seek him out for his powers, believing that if he were a Hollow, he'd be extroardinarily powerful and useful against the Shinigami. So, Kintaro keeps to himself, but he always has a ready smile and a kind heart.
~Background~
Height: 5' 2" Weight: 155 lbs Hair: Dark Purple Clothing: As Picture Physical Appearance: As picture, but has quite a bit of muscle beneath his clothing. He also has a great amount of endurance. History: Ever since he was born, Hollows have been after him. Kintaro did not know why, even when his parents were devoured when he was five years old. He was forced to move to Karakura Town to live with an adoptive mother and father, whom he later discovered to be Quincy. During his raising, Kintaro began to be aware of spirits and Shinigami, much to his parents' chagrine. They trained him as much as they could to better prepare him for the world they knew he would surely lead.
One night, however, a group of hollows attacked his family. One was an arrancar, Kintaro later discovered. Anyway, his parents were being overwhelmed, and were about to be devoured, when a door slid open in Kintaro's mind. Not a lot, more of a crack, but what escaped was horrifying to the hollows. They suddenly found themself assaulted by the very elements of Wind and Water, as well as their sister elements of Ice and Lightning. Storms brewed and lashed out with electricity, and killed one hollow after the next. The Arrancar was on his knees, trying to catch his breath, when Kintaro came for him. He might have been 16, but what he did made him so much older in spirit. Reaching forward, Kintaro grabbed the Arrancar's skull, and froze it solid. He then forced it to expload with electricity, and with the head the body turned to dust.
His Adoptive Parents looked on at their son in fear, yet awe. They knew he had power, but not that much. From that day they have trained him to use his powers at will, but they have never been able to force that door in his head open more than the crack it had. So, Kintaro couldn't wait to see what happened when all of his power was let loose. During his time in training, Kintaro has also become a master at hand-to-hand combat, so beware attacking him at close range, as his very touch will drain Riatsu.
Power (Wasn't this already asked?) Manipulation of Riatsu, as well as physical matter, to create and/or manipulate wind, lightning, water, and ice elements. However, too much absorbtion might very well overload and kill/paralyze Kintaro if he doesn't release it.
The drain will occur through physical contact, as well as through the Spirit Rain abilities. His manipulation of the elements is dependant on the amount of Riatsu in his body at the time of attempted manipulation.
~Techniques~ Techniques? Okay confused
1. Spirit Rain- This is a terrible technique to use sometimes. When activating it, Kintaro calls forth a storm, with lightning, rain, and thunder. But the rain and lightning are not normal. The rain burns all creatures made up entirely of spirit energy, such as Hollows and Shinigami. The area of the rain can be split up, shrunk, or expanded, so Kintaro can attack only single targets as he wills. And, to drive the point home, I mean BURN! Like battery acid to your face burn, and that from every drop. 2. Spirit Sufferage- With the same effects as Spirit Rain, but it drains the Riatsu from those touched and puts it in Kintaro. If he doesn't release it somehow, an overload will occur in several minutes, resulting in paralyzation or death for kintaro. 3. Lightning Disjunction- This is a powerful ability, and is only usable when Kintaro has absorbed Riatsu up to his overload level. By pointing at up to two targets, lightning will lance forward with speed equal to that of an advanced shunpo, and when it hits, all spiritual powers of that person are shut down for 10 posts. Meaning, no Shikai or Bonkai, of Hadou, etc, or even Cero Blasts from hollows. Everything is gone for 4 posts. This will leave Kintaro drained completely, and if Spirit Sufferage is not in use, this will cause him to stumble and pass out. Repeated use of this ability will however have the same effect. So, he can't use it more than once every 2 posts, so every third post he can use it. However, a direct attack by this cannot be blocked. 4. Elemental Infusion- By channeling the elements into his body, Kintaro is able to combine the elements of Lightning, Ice, Wind, or Water into his body, and can expell them with a touch. Used when he's fighting with hand and foot, basically. 5. Wind Saber- though the name implies something different, all this technique does is enhance Kintaro's speed with wind, letting it raise to something similar to that of a Shunpo. This does not make him faster than one, or as fast as one, but it allows him to keep up with a Shinigami that uses it, making him hard to hit, basically. 6. Spirit Release- By redirecting the Riatsu he has collected and stored in his body, Kintaro send the flow into whatever life form he touches. This will heal wounds dependant upon the amount of Riatsu he discharges. This Riatsu is drawn from within Kintaro, so he could bring a person back to life, but only at the cost of his own. 7. Spirit Puppet- Unused because it takes so much Riatsu, if Kintaro is at his limit for draining Riatsu, he can direct that flow in others, basically controlling them utterly. This won't last long, usually only 3 posts, as the act of controlling a person drains Riatsu from his body faster than the Lightning Disjunction ability. Once the target is released, the Target will feel a slight increase in power thanks to the residual Riatsu that kintaro left in their bodies during control. This increase only lasts for 5 posts, but it increases it enough that, for instance, a 5th seat member would equal a liutenant in Riatsu levels for that 5 posts. 8. Veil A relatively new power, Kintaro has learned how to completely hide his spiritual signature. No creatures besides those of extremely high level (such as Captain level shinigami) can sense his power. The reason is his normal powers. His ability to drain Riatsu also masks his spirit signature to the point that virtually no entity can sense it. 9. Draining Shield Because of his abilities, any attack that has even the faintest roots in spirit energy cannot effect Kintaro completely. Oh, it will effect him, but where a fatal Cero Blast might utterly vaporize him, it would instead burn him lightly. Almost to 1st degree burns. This also seems to mean that Zanpakto cannot effect him, as they are made up completely of spirit energy. If any zonpakto were to strike him, either directly or through a special attack, it will lose it's powers for 4 posts. There is a downfall, though. Such attacks would juice the living s**t out of him after a short period of time. For instance, he would be filled to the max with energy the instant he is hit with a Cero Blast of such magnitude. Meaning, in the instant he absorbs so much energy, he must discharge it or die.(the italisized writing are new. What is in normal writing has been accepted before. I'm only really putting him here so that I can see if I can add some new things to him. Meaning, I've added number 8 and 9)

Requirements: Requires approval from the head Quincy Hollow Bait This item is a small coin-shaped disk that attracts hollows when crushed. Though the amount of hollows attracted vary, it is advised that this item be used with extreme caution. It works by drawing in spirit particles from the environment, much like a Quincy does regularly. It can only be used properly by those who are already adept at forming and directing spirit particles. The bangle is an unstable and delicate device, which eventually falls apart with extended use. The bow it creates has a huge drawback in that spirit particles must be gathered and charged to be of any use; doing otherwise greatly weakens the power of the resultant projectiles. The arrows also seem to fire erratically, sometimes curving away from their intended target. Furthermore, if shot at the time when the device is at its maximum power, it could explode, killing the user and destroying anything else nearby. Daichi Leeching (Bane the Twilight) ~I wouldn't say he's strong enough to face Vice Captain and over. His human body wouldn't allow him to exceed these limits. Shinigami themselves have trouble exceeding their own limits to face Espada without gaining hollow powers, so for a human it's not possible.

Appearance

Name: Tsume Washi (Eagle Claw) Age: 18 Sex: Male Race: Quincy Rank: Seasoned Quincy Quincy Bow: Large Indian War Bow with three eagle heads adorning the bow where Tsumi would fire arrows and feathers running up and down the bow. Quincy Cross: A cross shaped necklace with eagle wings and an eagle head Quincy Form: Letz Stile (Final Form)- Initial, and Overdrive Great House: Shinmei- God’s cry Personality: Calm, patient, though if riled up, he will rush in with an indian war cry and go crazy.
~Background~
Height: 5' 11" Weight: 175 lbs Hair: Like in pic, but longer and slightly darker. Comes to his lower back. Eyes: Green Clothing: (In pic, however, the dark blue pants has 5 Seele Schneiders attached to his belt which he can easily unhook and use Physical Appearance: Lean and highly toned, as if he ran with wolves all of his life, which is somewhat true History: Originally, Tsume was born in America, to a Native American father and a Japanese mother. His Father just happened to be a Quincy, and he was the one that taught Tsume the powers of a Quincy.
When his father died of unknown causes, his mom took him away to Japan, where he now resides. Meeting fellow Quincies, he now fights alongside them to drive away hollows who dare attack the town.
~Techniques~
Eagle Cry- With a bit of manipulation of spirit particles, Tsume can fire off arrows that can shriek like an eagle, causing much disorientation.
Eagle's Flock- Tsume charges spirit energy in all three of the eagle heads and unleashes a devastating barrage of arrows. The arrows however, are shaped like eagles in the middle of a dive and any arrows that miss will come back around for another strike. Tsume's max limit of arrows is 600.
Eagle Dive Bomb- Tsume charges up one really big arrow for quite some time, then he fires it downwards at an opponent, doing heavy damage. However, if it misses, it explodes like a bomb, doing moderate damage to a 100 ft radius around the blast site due to the powerful shockwaves.

As the energy dissipates, the quincy has wings of energy that allow him/her to fly for short distances at normal land speed and Hirenkyaku burst speed. Himmel lasts for only two rounds.(two rounds meaning two turns by the user in a 2 person collab)

Heizen ( Heat )
Heizen is a Gintou technique that creates a transparent rectangular beam of energy that can slice through an opponent.

By throwing the gintou towards the target, the user is ale to create a burst of flames that engulfs it and incinerates anything that it touches.
Incantation: A Lion’s roar echoes through the mountains, instilling fear to those who can hear. Disappear!
Leere ( Void )
Extends around a physical or spiritual pressure, tightening to try and crush the object or energy source with a fierce gravity field. Ineffective against attacks valued higher than user's Ginkaihou stat; if valued higher, the attack reverses and explodes back out.
Incantation: Maw of the accursed, squelch existence - Mu! (Leere)
Volcore (Cloud)
By using Volcore, the user is able to create a large short distance blast that able to incinerate everything in its area of effect.

physic sheild this basically puts an invisible bubble around her, and the person (at the time) is close to her. this bubble can be penitrated, but usally no one realises that any supernatural attacks (this and paranormal) attacks are asorbed, and human like attacks (like punching) can get get through the bubble and hurt her.
mind reading well, everyone knows how this works, can read a person or non-person's thoughts.

Name: Valentine StarBreeze (Valen for short) Age: 1250 Sex: Male Race: Bount Doll: Valentine actually has two dolls that work together, in a way. One is Iveria, and the other is Salvation. They are a pair, and cannot be sepparated, as they are considered a single doll, but in two bodies. The dolls grant Valentine an immunity to Cold and Heat of all types. Iveria's coffin can also appear from anywhere, usually rising from the ground. Iveria also grants Valentine the ability to change his appearence. not like an illusion, but physically change his body.
Personality: Womanizer, loves to joke around and pretend he is weaker than he actually is. Makes sure to pass off all bills onto others.

All right! I was born to Marian, a normal everyday human. As I grew up, I somehow unlocked my Dolls during a battle with a damned Hollow when I was 13, and have had access to them both ever since then. However, the fool Koga came back, which proved all of my facts wrong. DAMN HIM! But I got him back. I gave him a make over, and now he's beautiful. So, I preserve my beliefs that only the beautiful can survive! Ever since, though, he's hunting me. I'm not quite sure why. confused Something about that pink mohawk not fitting his image. All right, ALL RIGHT! I'll get back to topic! Years later, I ate the wrong girl. Her Shinigami lover came after me, and I had to prove to him that he didn't deserve to face a divine beauty like myself. Add I won, proving me true again. It'ss been years since then, and no one knows I'm still alive. And I like it that way. Not long after that, too, I became a Preacher, and it is a nick name that people have called me over the years. Probably has something to do with my Dolls. Who knows *shrugs*. So now, here we are, and after all this tim I- oh my God did you see the a** on that woman!! SEE YA! *runs away in glee*
Doll Iveria: Iveria, when first summoned, first looks like a large rectangular coffin. It is black with a golden cross design on it. Golden chains cover the entire coffin. When the words of opening are used, the coffin opens, and out steps Inveria. Power- Her power comes through her music. Her songs transmit illusions directly into the brain of those who hear it, making them see what Valentine wishes. The song can reach to over a mile.
Salvation: Salvation: takes the form of a Gunblade, and it starts out as a gun. When the summoning phrase is spoken, the blade comes out of it. The weapon has infinite amunition, and when in the Gunblade form, the blade increases Valentine's speed to something akin to Shunpo. Fire will not effect Valentine at all.
~Techniques~ Bombardic Homing Ammunition: These rounds will pass through all solid objects to hit the target. These rounds actually cannot miss, and if, for instance, someone throws a wall in front of the rounds, they will rip through the stone and continue on to strike the enemy. Spiritual Barriers can block them for a time, but these bullets can break through even those barriers, if the ammunition hits the barrier enough times. Another thing is that each of these shots is powered by the strength that Valentine has. Meaning, getting hit by one of these round hurts like hell, as if you've gotten hit REALLY hard. No matter how hard the skin, there is no way to completely negate the force of these rounds. Meaning, Arrancar skin would be able to negate some of the force, but probably only Half of it at max.
Infinate/Sacred Ammunition: Salvation never runs out of ammunition, though there are limits. The bullets can effect and harm all spirit and non-spirit targets, but the Elemental Bullets can only be used once every other post. So, if he uses a Blazing Bullet, he has to wait 1 post before he can use another attack like that.
Magadala Curtain: Causes those who hear the song to believe that Valentine, and those he deems worthy, to become invisible. This effect only lasts as long as the Target remains awake. This power cannot be stopped by any power that originates with Riatsu or Reishi.
Carte Garde: Any who hear this powerful song will suffer from a migraine that makes them wish they were dead. A MIGRAINE FROM HELL! Though, those of high riatsu levels can supress the pain somewhat, but it still hurts them.
Spirit Disjuntion: Those who hear this song don't sense any difference. However, when they try to unsheathe their zanpakto, they find that they can't, and that they can't hear their zanpakto or inner hollow, either. This will last as long as the doll sings. This effects all listeners, no matter their rank or power. It transcends ann barriers.
Illusion of the Dance: This is a powerful song. It forces all who hear it to dance to Valentine's will, even to the point of attacking their allies. Powerful, as only someone of Captain level or higher has a chance of avoiding it's effects.
Frozen Hell: Another powerful song, when Iveria sings this song those who hear is suddenly feel as if they are caught in a frozen room. Their bodies will begin to die as the blood in their veins freeze. This illusion lasts until they either break it or until Iveria stops singing. Keep in mind that only a powerful mind can avoid this effect.
Burning Hell: Same as Frozen Hell, except that their blood is boiling in their veins.
Blazing Bullet: By sighting down the blade of Salvation, Valentine will fire off a round. The bullet has the power of fire embued into it, and will sear through obstacles to the target. Can set flammable objects on fire.
Erupting Bullet: By firing Salvation, Valentine will once more embue fire into the bullet. When it strikes something, it will explode. The range of the explosion is between 50ft and 200 ft radius. It depends on how long he takes to charge up the shot. It will set flammable objects on fire, and shatter many an item.
Freezing Bullet: By channeling the powers of ice into the weapon, Salvation fires a bullet that freezes all it hits into solid ice, which will freeze them for 7 posts.
Frozen Wasteland Bullet: A powerful terrain-altering attack, this bullet, when fired, lands in an area. When it lands, the bullet explodes for up to 1000 yards. Everything in that area is frozen solid, and it will snow for hours afterwords. This will last for up to 72 hours.
Burning Wasteland Bullet: Another powerful terrain-altering attack, it has the same effects as the Frozen Wasteland, except that everything is set aflame. The heat in some places melts objects, and the air is too hot to breathe unless you are immune to heat. The heat lasts until it is put out.
Shocking Bullet: By channeling electricity into the bullet, Salvation can fire a bolt of lightning at the enemy. Will cause intense physical and nerve damage to those it hits. The target will be paralyzed for 4 posts, even considering the damage inflicted by this shot.
Elemental Slash: This is an attack that enhances the blade of Salvation with an element. The elements to choose from are: Fire, Ice, Wind, Lightning, Darkness, Light, Force. These elements can be swapped out as many times as Valentine wishes.
Revelation Shot: This bullet does no physical harm. However, it will force spirits from the bodies they inhabit. This works even for humans.

He always seem to take people for granted when he doesn't like them. Tsuna also went to school and graduated from Karakura High school. As a quincy he needs to have someone higher than him to keep him in line or he will end up doing whatever he feels like even running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Tsuna does like to kill hollows when he has the time and he actually has alot of time so he seems to always be out killing them.
~Techniques~ Mekkyaku juji (Quincy Cross)
The Mekkyaku Juji is a standard issue item that all Quincy possess. This talisman is used to channel energy from the surroundings and create a bow from pure reishi. There are two types of Mekkyaku Juji’s in existence.
Seele Schneider (Kon o kirisaku mono)
The Zeele Schneider is a portable arrow that doubles as a sword in melee combat. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles.
Requirements: Requires approval from the head Quincy
Droxy Bow This bow was created by Tsuna to shot out his arrows at a much faster rate. The light blue part of the bow is able to divide and release off 50 spirit arrows each. This is a a defensive attack when Tsuna is fighting his enemies. The dark redish part of the bow is able to collect Reishi at a faster pace. This allows him to move faster with Hirenkyaku and even develop and shot his arrows faster.
Reishi Bomb Tsuna is able to create bombs in the area made out of Reishi. These bombs are able to explode on the instant they touch anything. Tsuna is able to create 15 bombs at once. Anymore would be a strain on his body.
~Silver Tube Spells/Quincy Abilities~
Hirenkyaku- This technique is the answer to the arrancar Sonido and shinigami Shunpo. This technique is performed by gathering the reiatsu under the feet and using it to achieve high speed movement. Requires rank three and training from a Quincy who knows this technique.
Letz Stile (Final Form)
When the Quincy reaches a certain level of power, he is able to transform himself and create an armor and a weapon to aide him in battle. This transformation helps increase the intake of loose particles in their surroundings and converts then into the Quincy’s own energy boosting his power tremendously. This form is known as the ‘Letz Stile’ or the Final Form.
The Letz Stile is the ultimate/final form of the Quincy that can match up evenly even against a Captain-level shinigami in Bankai. This sudden surge in power forces the user’s body to break its extreme limits to gain a higher power that only a few Quincy have managed to attain. Though this form symbolizes the pinnacle of a Quincy’s power, it is advised that it be used only in dire and life threatening circumstances because of the repercussions it has on the user’s body that may result in the loss of one’s Quincy Power.
The biggest consequence of overusing the Letz Stile is the loss of one’s Quincy powers. There is a certain duration as to where the Letz Stile is manageable and can be controlled. But when it draws closer to the limit, the risk of losing his/her powers becomes greater. But even if one decides to dispel the Letz Stile midway through their powers will enter a state of lockdown and wouldn’t be able to use them for the whole duration of the week.
When a Quincy loses their powers in battle, they must approach a head of a house so they could undergo the process of regaining their powers. Although this is possible, a Quincy is only able to regain their powers for a maximum of five (5) times. After which they lose their powers indefinitely.
Initial Level
The Initial Level of Letz Stile is often referred to as a stronger version of the Overdrive Form of the Quincy. Though this is correct, there is a huge difference in power gained as well as a difference in the form. The Quincy who uses the initial level of Letz Stile is able to gain access to the Quincy Armour but the intake and conversion of reishi is still low.
The Initial Level of the Letz Stile gives the Quincy a 40% boost in their reiatsu.
[Requirements: One must be at least a Seasoned Quincy]
