Nom Nom Nom... I don't have the posts because I'm all over the place on Gaia sweatdrop but I want to be more active in this guild, even though this is the main Guild I check up on everyday.

Past crew experience: None...not on Gaia anyway.
Amount of time you have to go towards being crew? I'm on usually all night EST from 5 to midnight usually...or in the afternoon if im working. People gotta live right? So estimate 4-5 a day on average.
Are you willing to run contests and help with events? Yes I love contests in general and the events are so much fun to be apart of.
Do you have any skills making banners and graphics? Yes, I have made many in the past out of boredom.
Ideas to make BHG better: This is a fun place already, very friendly and active, but there is always room for more fun, right?
If you see someone bugging someone else in the guild, maybe just joking but is still constantly harassing this person, what would you do? PM them and ask the person to tone down on their jokes or "harassment" otherwise there will be precautions taken in the future if this continues to happen. Of course, I would go to the Guild leaders if there is more harassment taking place.
You see a member using lots of foul language, what would you do? Issue a warning and ask them to stop due to the nature that this is a forum for all ages and that there is no such reason to use that kind of attitude here. If no positive result is reached, I would go to the leaders on what action should be taken place.
How are you good at relating with people? Yuppers
Are there members in this guild you dislike? None that I can say smile
If so, how do you handle interacting with them? N/A
Are you willing to invite new members into the guild if you have nothing to do? Of course, there is always room for more, right?
It's Monday afternoon and you see no one has started the avi contest yet, what do you do? Ask the leaders, or find out who was in charge of the contest and to see if there is anyway to help if there is a problem. If no problem, just a small reminder to the avi contest holder.
You see there are people on but no one is posting in the main forum, how to you try to get the main forum more active? Make some very interesting posts to drive people in like "OMG My Pink BUNNY SLIPPERS CAME ALIVE!" or hunt for new members to populate the forums.
One of the crew members tells you, that they think your work is poor. How do you handle this? Take in their consideration of what they believe I should be doing instead. I would try to fix the problem and make "poor" into excellent.
Describe your personality: Bubbly, random, weird, short attention span, distracted by sparkly things, most likely to be the first person to get caught, wrapped up in and stuck in a a roll of bubble wrap o.o
What do you think makes you good for this job? Because I will be able to be approachable and calm in sticky situations and most of all because I like this guild and consider it my favorite.
