 ~Drago~ *where shall my journey lead, to the place my soul is freed?
I watch as the girls slowly approaches me, I wonder if she is having second thoughts, when she asks if I was ok i nodded "I'm fine thanks to you" I said happily, I look down and feel a little sad as I remember I probably caused her some problems "I'm sorry If I caused you any trouble" my voice also showing my feelings. After a moment I reach into the bag and take out Diamond, it was about as big as coin on top, "I wanted to give you this as thanks" I then said holding out to her.
what I search for I do not know, but will I have to let it go?*

"You did not get me into trubble, I got myself into trubble for I left the house with out permission from them" I say sitting on the bed next to the boy, "I'm Jolie" I add as I watch the boy take a Diamond out of his bag, and offer it to me. "No thank you" I reply "I'm just glad your ok".

I smile glad I didn't cause the nice girl any trouble, I move closer "I'm Drago" I whispered "Don't tell the doctors" I then move back and put the diamond back into the bag, I still feel like I should give her something, "How about I buy you something instead then" I said, my eyes quickly glancing at a doctor that came into the room. "Can I go" I ask, the doctor shook his head I sigh, The doctor then says I have to wait for a member of family to pick me up.
I quickly go in my bag and take something out of it, the doctor examines it and sighs "Can I go then" I ask the doctor nods not liking what he had read, I smile glad to be able to leave the hospital, I look at Jolie and scratch my head wondering if she'll allow me to pay back her kindness not sure what she is thinking
what I search for I do not know, but will I have to let it go?*

I smile at Drago, "No thats ok" I say when he sujests to buy me something insted, but than when the doctor came in I get scared, and become real silent. I watch Drago talk to the doctor, and wonder who he had called earler. I was thoughts were turned out right just after the doctor left to sign Drago out, My father walks into the room.After finding Jolie not in her room, I know excactly where she was. I walk down stairs to grab my keys when the phone rings, it was a doctor says the boy was ok, and my daughter was there. I thank him, and hang up the phone. Than I grab my keys, drive to the hospital, and walk in. Here I see Jolie sitting on the bed next to the boy, "Jolie get in the car" I say trying to keep my tone in check in front of the boy. I look at him, and force a smile "I'm glad your ok, but a boy of your age should have no bussness with a girl of my daughters age" I say to him.I look at my father, and protest "You are being so rude Keith, Knock it off, I'm just trying to help, and oh I don't know, Make a friend for once" I say than regret it seeing the look in his eyes."Good day to you boy" I say grabbing Jolie by the arm hard, and pull her out of the room than down the hall, and out to the car. I shove her into the seat befor driving home. Once there, I than grab her, and drag her into the house, upthe stairs, and into her room. "You will never speak to me like that ever again, and you will call me father" I say slaping her across the face. I than leave the room locking the door behind me.I kicked, and screamed while my so call father led me out of the hospital, and started to cry when he shoved me into the car. Than once we were home, I was so scared I know I turned pale. keith ruffly draged me to my room, where he scolded me with a slap across my face, and left locking the door. I lay on my bed crying, feeling the sting of his had print on my face.

I sigh and look a little sad when Jolie refuses my offer, she was very kind though and I could tell she had only helped me because she believed it to be the right thing to do. I look up glad I would be able to leave as soon as the doctor came back. Hearing footsteps I look at the door to see the man that had brought me hear.
As soon as the man speaks I can tell what he wanted to say, he would have definitely left me there until someone else had helped me, I scratch my head when he tells me someone of my age shouldn't have business with Jolie, what was he saying I look like I'm twelve despite being sixteen, and she looked roughly that age too, plus that was the age I tell the doctors and they don't say I'm lying. "It's only natural for those kind to be worried about others" I said to the man, it was obvious from how I said it that his daughter was right and not him and that he should try and learn from her.
I look in anger as the man forces Jolie to leave, I knew though from how she talked to the man that she had been taken in by him, Hearing her scream I wanted to make the man stop, I could have easily too but I still couldn't do anything that might get me in trouble with the police. I looked at the doctor as he came back into the room and put the bag on my back and walked quickly to the door, outside I began to sprint back to where the girls house was, it was close to where I had to be and I could also give the girl something.
After I ran half way I stop running and sit on a bench, I hold my chest, my heart was beating fast and I was out of breath, I took out a pen and paper and began to write, "Miss Jolie, I'm sorry to have caused you this pain and trouble, I don't know why the man was like that but you where right even if he says otherwise. I wish to make up for the problems I caused today so I hope you will one day allow me to repay your kind heart. if you wish to meet me then I hope you will come to the place on the tickets"
I put the letter into an envelope and a ticket and another letter to say that she could get in without a parent, the ticket was to a martial arts competition in the local area, it was the reason I couldn't fight, anyone that got in trouble where not allowed to enter. Remembering from the map it was about a mile from her house. I look at the time and sigh, I had plenty of time till I had to be at the competition. I stood up and began to run again, I ran until I was on the street again, I looked at the house and smiled, all I had to do was figure out where Jolie was so I could give her the letter in secret..

About twinty minuets later I hear the door being unlocked, and Kelly walked in. "Go wash you face, than watch the twins while your father, and I are out for a copple hours" She said, and left. Not wanting to get smack I do as I'm told, I walk into the bathroom, and wash my face, the redness was going away, but the sting was still there. I grab a wash cloth, run it under cold water, and bring it to my face. It felt so good, and eased the pain. Once I was done, I went down stairs where they were getting ready to leave, I pick up one of the brats, and watch them walk out the door. I wonder what they were gong to do, as I set the little one in the play area with the other one. I than turn on the tv, and breath a sigh for even tho the twins were there, I was alone, and could do as I wished.

I smile as I watch the parents leave the house, it would be easy to give the letter to her with out them there. Once the parents where out of sight I begin to walk to the house, my head spins slightly, I shake my head having second thoughts about giving the letter to her in person, after a moments thought I write her name on the envelope and also put some money inside totalling about one hundred. I scratch my head and walk up to the front door, I knocked twice and posted the letter before turning and running.
I duck out of sight, I didn't want to be seen by her since I had decided to not see her now but instead another time, the parents might have asked the neighbours to say something if I showed up so it was best left at me delivering something
what I search for I do not know, but will I have to let it go?*

I hear a knock on the door, and get up to answer it. I than walk over, open the door, and look around. I see no one, than turn to go in, and see the letter. I grab it fast, and run upto my room. I opened the letter, read it, than hide it befor going back down to the brats. When I get down stairs I relise I left the door open, I panic looking for the twins, bolth were gone. I run outside panicing, and looking around, thats when I see the neibor from next door waking them back, I tank him, and take the brats inside. Closing the door I know he is going to let my mother, and father know how careless I was with the babies, tears roll down my check.

I watch as she opens the door and looks around, when she goes back in a quickly run down the street, I didn't want to be seen by her or her parents if they came back. I slowed my running as I turned the corner, I then began to walk toward the place I needed to be, nearby I knew a place I could stop toe get something to eat and drink.
I slowly walk and notice as a boy walks onto the road to get a ball he had kicked, I quickly sprint and pick up the lad almost getting hit by a car speeding down the road. The boy is too shocked to say anything but the parents come over and begin to thank me, I smile happily "No problem, I'm just glad i was here to help" I said as the parents go in the pockets to try and repay me.
"you don't have to repay me" I say with a smile and wave before walking off, I hear the parents say how glad they where that there son was safe but then they begin to tell him off, saying he should be careful. I sigh wondering if I would have a better life with a family.

The parents came home, and I just stand there waiting for the blow. However they we'er silent, She took the twins, and put them down for a nap while He led me to the back porch. When she came down they looked at me, "Fred called he said you let the twins outside alone, Jolie we have decided that we can not foster you here" said Keith than May spoke "That is where we were just now, I'm sory dear, please go pack your things, your leave tonight". Without another word I walk up to my room, and pack the little that I had. But I was not going back to that building, I grabed my things, slowly snuck out of the house, and ran to the place that was on ticket.

I scratch my head as I sat on a bench outside the building the tournament was held at, the inside was still being prepared, I sighed, I had hoped once I finished my food and drink I would have been able to get a feel for the place but that wasn't going to be possible. I sipped my drink, it was lemonade nothing special, I smiled contently and then bit into my sandwich.
I slowly ate my food watching people pass by, they smiled as they saw me sitting there happily, "Eager to see someone in the contest" some said, I nodded not saying I was participating. I found it strange, when I was like this people where all friendly eager to chat to me, while when hurt they did there best to get away. I wonder if the nice girl would come see me, I frowned when I thought about the man, he would stop her if he found out.
I continued to sit there, people looked at me concerned now I was frowning, I think most people are strange, why not be concerned when a person's injured instead of scared. I start to hum a tune, it was a tune a faintly remembered, from where I don't know but it always made me smile, the faint memory with it was warm and always helped me when I felt down.

I get to the place where the event is going to happen, and set down my suitecase in the grass. I look down at the tickets, and start to read tham not noticing Drago sitting on a bench on the other side of the walk way.

I look across and notice Jolie, I smile but then notice the suitcase, was she running away, I looked down as tears fell from my eye, I had caused something bad to happen, I looked back up wondering what to say to her, I didn't know what she was feeling. I try to wipe my tears away but can't inside I feel very upset and my mind keeps telling me how bad I am for causing this to happen.
I stand up and walk over to he and sit down next to her, I look at grass though, feeling guilty I didn't want to look at her face, I didn't deserve to. "I'm sorry" I said "I didn't mean to cause you problems" my voice shaky as I spoke, not able to hide how I felt, "Can you forgive me?" I asked, inside I felt like I shouldn’t be.

I dont notice Drago till he sat next to me, and spoke. I look up at him, "Its nothing you did, I just don't folow the rules, and they were going to send me back to the center. I ran away for I wish not to return to such a place." I said to him.

I looked up and wondered what is was like in one of the places, I had never really had a home, Since I was young I lived on the streets I didn't have a memory of my actual parents, I dried my face and looked up not sure what to say for the moment. I wasn't going to tell her to go back though, If she had made up her mind It would be wrong of me to try and change her mind.
"Would you like something to eat or drink before we can go in" I asked since it would be a while till we could enter and then once inside no one would be allowed to eat, plus I couldn't think of anything else to ask her.
