The shinigami did hear what the captain said but thought nothing of it. So what if there was another squad 3 captain, This was given to him by Yamamoto, he was wearing it as a sign of peace. He reached the squad 3 building and glanced over to it as he made his way to squad 2.

Akino still sat there, holding her parasol. Ikkaku's head was still on her lap, she doesn't want to stay longer or both of them will catch a cold. She couldn't even carry Ikkaku.
"Anyone, help?" she said, not bothering if anyway could hear her. "Bowling ball." she poked ikkaku's forehead. "troublesome" she said.

Kei stepped out into the rain, his sandals sinking into the mud. He stood there for a moment, concentrating and instantly found the riatsu. He turned towards the left and saw someone; it was the source of the riatsu. "Oi! You!" He yelled out. "Stop right there!" Kei ordered as he grabbed the hilt of his zanpakuto and started to make his way towards the shinigami.

The shinigami stopped noticing the glair from the zanpakuto. His head turned to the side as he glanced over to the brave shinigami. He did not see a Haori, or even a patch leading him to believe he was a low ranked shinigami. " What?" He simply said as he looked at the shinigami with a deep pain in his eyes. Nothing was the same, sense his son died all Isshin could feel was sorrow.

"I demand to know who you a...." Kei's voice trailed off as he got close enough to see the shinigami's eyes. Right then Kei could tell that this shinigami wasn't there to attack, or at least it didn't seem that way. "What do you want?" He asked as he released the hilt of his zanpakuto. "Why are you here?"

Akino felt Kei's reiatsu. Something had just struck her. "Kurosaki...Kurosaki...." she murmured, she remembered a file that was stored in the office. "Kurosaki, Isshin..." she mumbled, then remembered that Kurosaki Ichigo is Isshin's son. Her eyes widened of shock. "Bad idea, Kei." She mumured, she couldn't leave Ikkaku alone although she wanted to go to where Kei is.
She had no choice but to carry Ikkaku. She dropped her parasol then slowly carried Ikkaku on her back. "H-heavy..." she shunpo'd to the 4th division's clinic to drop Ikkaku there. After a while she shunpo'd back to where she stood. She panted then ran to where Isshine was. "Kei no!" She exclaimed, stopped running. She was behind Isshin, she panted.

"I have returned to meet with the current Soutaichou of squad one. Do I need some sort of hall pass for this?" He said as he pushed his hair back out of his face. He glanced to the captain behind him, then back to the shinigami. "My name is Isshin Kurosaki, Former captain of squad 3 and resident of Karakura town.

Kei looked towards Akino, than towards Isshin. "Kurosaki you say? You must be related to that Ichigo I've read about." Kei sighed as he ran his fingers through his rain soaked hair. "One does not simply walk into Seireitei, especially after recent events. However, if Akino-san thinks you are of no danger, than I will escort you to first division."

"Yeah what Ikkaku said. " She stood straight then shoved her hair away from her shoulders. "It's great meeting you Isshin-san." She greeted, smiling. "We're very sorry, we thought you're another stranger planning to infiltrate Seireitei." She apologized then chuckled, scratching her head. "Oba, Akino Current 8th Squad captain." She bowed respectfully at him.

Having been disturbed from a rather enjoyable nap from the immense reiatsu being released, Seto had decided to step out and get in on the action. Turning a corner he came out into the path where he had felt it all coming from and stepped into shunpo to catch up with how far it had gotten. Rubbing his eyes and yawning, he took note of everyone else that was around. "Hello everyone! It seems I've missed most of the fun...again..." Sighing, but laughing a bit, Seto made his way closer to the group.

"There is a weak point in the security just south of the west gate. I would send someone in that area to guard it...." He said hoping someone did not follow him to the soul society as he made his way to the squad one building, placing his hand on Akino's shoulder as he pasted her. As he got to the door, he took his shoes off and placed them just inside the sliding wooden door of squad one.
"Sir how may I help you?" A shinigami asks as Isshin enters the building."I need to talk to your Soutaichou" He said respectfully as the shinigami began to walk twords her office."This way"
(I will be opening a thread just for the Meeting so it doesn't confuse anyone. GO about your shinigami rainy day activities.)

Kei looked towards Akino, than walked up to her. "He had better be this Isshin Kurosaki." than looked towards Seto. "Who are you?" he asked with a confused look on his face.

She made a sigh of relief. She smiled when she knew everything will be okay after this. Akino glanced at Kei then placed a finger on her chin. "Kei, where's your haori?" She asked, blinking innocently at him. "Oh and don't forget to follow what Isshin said." She grinned, twirling her hair strands.

"What do you mean? It's right..." Kei reached up to grab at his haori only to find that he wasn't wearing it. His expression went from serious to annoyed instantly. "It's in my office...." He groaned with great annoyance, than looked towards Akino. "I was worried that Aizen had come back. I was in a rush to intercept the source of the riatsu, so I forgot my haori."

His head visably dropping a little, Seto sighed and turned away, the Devision Four crest clearly visable on his haori as he goes off, "Forget about it...I'll be off now, have paperwork to finish and wounded to tend to..." Sighing, he once again entered shunpo.
~I know I don't get around much...but am I really THAT unknown...~ he thought to himself as he headed back to his office.
