i would say funimation sice the quality is nice but takes a while to load

yeah if you go to anime freak.com, you get to choose from 3 different languages, but becareful on that site, i had to turn off my computeer twice because the site was going a bit cooky, but i think it soki now! ^_^

Well I personally use animefreak.tv...It keeps up to date fairly well...the second its releaed online they'll have somebody ready to take it and upload it. the quality is good too

I usually go on rawranime.com...although they don't have episode 13 or 20. All the episodes of Ouran are Japanese dub and I think only one is in English...so yeah. Enjoy the series! biggrin

I watched them on Funimation's Video Portal. The loading never acted up for me, and they have both subbed and dubbed up on there. Plus, on top of that, it's the legal streams, which is what I love the most about it. ^^
Funimation also has them up on their YouTube channel via HQ streams as well, which is awesome too.

Honestly I love to use Veoh.com
the only problem is that a lot of the video's end up deleted
so my first choice is almost always just to search on google videos
