Unguzo nodded, then looked at Hit and motioned with his head for her to come to him. She did, happily, sitting at his feet and purring. He looked back at Dunia and offered her something that was very close to the almost-start of a smile.

"I... we'll see you again," he said, nodding. He watched her leave, patiently, letting Hit wave and call her goodbyes with giggles. He picked her up when he felt it was time to return to the den, carrying her back to their temporary home and feeling rather content.

Hit, of course, had plenty of energy from her exciting meeting and the time she got to spend outside, so his good mood faded and he spent the rest of the day trying to calm his daughter down by ignoring her. It didn't really work.
