Name: Eerielin
Nick: None
Mother: Unknown
Father: (Deceased)
Siblings: None
Age: Cub
Personality: Prideful, Calm, Arrogant
Quirks:
Artist: odet amo
Plot Thoughts: Eerielin is definatly going to need to be adopted by someone. Though she is proud and very self assured, she still wants and needs the company of a older lion to look up to and learn from.
The aged lion whom she has known as her father has failed to waken one day. Leaveing Eerielin to mourn his passing. However, his wisdom will have prepared her to take care of herself. Most importantly, he would have filled her head with stories of the importance of belonging to a Pride. How important it is to have cubs, and how important it is to have a mate one can be proud of. Eerielin would begin her search for this 'worthy male' at this point, though she will be quite critical. All aspects of a male is important. From the grace of his movements and the cleverness of his tongue to his own personal views and opinions of the world in general. Eerielin will have in mind a vauge 'perfect mate' for which she will search for so she can focus on having a cub of her own. I would expect her critucal nature and arrogance will make for a few unpleasent encounters. But such events would do well for her and help her grow as a individual. I personally do not have a clear idea of what Eerielin is looking for, which should make for interesting encounters when she meets other males and begins to question, challenge, and provoke them to test their 'worthyniess' of being a potential mate. I rather find the idea of her someday informing a male that 'Youll do. Give me a cub now' as incredibly amuseing. As I believe her nature will end up being very blunt and straitforward.

Prideful Eerielin resists being helped right away. She is determined to put forth her best effort to do something herself, and it wounds her when she obviously fails at something.
Calm She does not lose her head easily, nor is she easily shaken in a state of fear. Eerielin is able to hold herself together at least inside and keep her wits about her under reasonable conditions.
Arrogant While she does not believe she is perfect, Eerielin does hold herself with the surity or a lion who is meant o be acknowledged as someone special. She does not yet know what it is that makes her better then most others, but she's willing to find something to validate her feelings.

Pt 1 'Never be ashamed of who you are.' These were the words that Eerielin remembers most clearly as they were spoken to her often by her father. As a cub she has no idea why these words were so important to the ageing lion. Over and over, like a mantra, he taught Eerielin to repeat her pride filled words back to him. It wasn't until she began to grow a bit older that she began to truly wonder. As is often the case with a cub, she asked a multitude of questions. And her father attempted to answer them all. All but the curiously important ones. Who was her mother? Why wasn't she there? Why was her father so old? Oh yes. He was quite old. His eyes had the faint film of age over them that hinted at coming blindness. His walk was quite slow and Eerielin could not recall ever seeing the old man run. He never ate quite so much when they managed to catch something. And OH! How the old man rambled on about random things. Or were they so random? Perhaps his tales of un-named lions meant something, though to a cub all they were, were tales to listen to before slumbering. Eerielin was blessed with a calm and peaceful youth. Her aged father taught her the important tasks that a female lion needed to know. Though he could not show her, he was a excellent verbal instructor. WHich in truth worked out very well to their benefit. Eerielin was taught duty and respect. More importantly, she was taught self Pride.
