Gagging a little, Helena was glad she hadn't ate any of those pancakes, she didn't want to have to see them again. That was probably the worst thing she'd seen in her life, and she'd played some pretty bad games. Still trying to forget the image of those two puppets together, she glanced around at those in her group and sighed. With very few people in the middle, she noticed tough looking audio's, the pyro boy among them, who were going to be callous and rude and a few who looked giggly, way too giggly. There was also the whole 'it's a reality show, dudes' thing. This was not turning out like she had planned.
"I'm going to kill my sponsor when I see her next." Helen mumbled as she moved to the rest of her team. At least being a shark is better then being a seagull. She thought as she started to her cabin, asuming the ceremony was over.

She nodded in agreement, and admittedly relief, when Ariel had agreed to her plan. Good. She at least, for now, had a friend on another team- that would come in handy later in the game, she'd bet. And from what glances she'd taken of her team, they seemed... agreeable, at the least. Vomit-girl was in their cabin, but hey- that'd be alright. Maybe she wasn't totally annoying, and would help them survive this thing- hell, the girl had gotten here for a reason. (And the pancakes were an unfair way to judge, she'd admit. Hell, she wasn't sure how SHE'D survived that.)
"Great. Let's double-back to the docks, then, and see if we can pick up anything there." Not waiting to watch Ariel follow- she was certain the other girl would- Annabel paced off and back toward their entrance site, tail still held low and head held high.
On her travels, she passed near another girl- a sort of blinding neon and black combination. Jay, hadn't it been? And here she was, trying to be encouraging. Forcing a smile in return, one that seemed more feral than friendly, Annabel paused to say a passing word.
"Yeah, we're winning this. I'm with you in this." She snarled, voice contorted in some mix of honest joy and ferociousness.
"Because if the last thing I do, I'm making that sunuvabitch host pay."
And with that, she stalked off, making her way for the docks.

A reality show? Seriously? Rolling her eyes, Tiffany found herself not really caring. After all, she had the possibility of hooking while she was here, which would make it great. Right? Yeah, hopefully.
Looking around at her team, Tiffany found herself extremely disappointed with who her teammates turned out to be. A total of three guys. What a bummer. A few of the girls looked pretty badass, which could turn out well, and a few looked like suckers who she could con into being friends with. Perfect. A smile spread across her lips and she nodded - she could work with this, even if there weren't many guys, and that black and green chick wasn't on the Sharks with her. Speaking to no one in particular, Tiffany decided to be a smartass. "So, if we packed condoms, we're free to er... "mix music?" Thank God." She snickered, then got up to find their cabin.

Okay, so this might not be too bad. Out of the motley lineup that made up her fellow campers, Annabel seemed like a damn good tank. She'd keep the aggro, and Ariel would take care of damage control. She'd figure out her team members later, when she wasn't focused on finding out just what she and Annabel had gotten into.
Trying not to look like she was...well, sneaking off...she scurried off after Annabel.

Before Axl had a chance to reply to Jay, they were all dragged off toward the campfire area. He gave her an apologetic shrug, spewing something about how you'd think that since he was a rock star he'd be used to this by now... It didn't matter too much. He could just sit by her during the campfire, right? So he plunked his little butt down next to her on a stump and flashed her a smile before turning his attention to the dude with the megaphone. Now he had stage presence.
Axl listened half heartedly, he was mostly looking for an opportunity to talk to Jay again, and its not like they were talking about anything that was interesting anyway. Bored fast, he decided to talk to Jay anyway, but before he could, he heard the shocking news. This wasn't a camp. It was a reality TV show?! Woah woah woah. He didn't sign up for that!
Leaping to his feet, he was about to protest, when it hit him. A reality TV show. TV SHOW! He could get discovered for real and finally get out his mom's basement! A show with a host as cool as this totally had viewers with better taste than Audio Idol after all! Hell yeah, this was going to kick a**!
He was about to turn to Jay and ask her to be his partner in crime when he was shuffled into a team. What was this s**t?! No no no. He had to pick his bandmates! He wanted Jay!
Fretting, he totally ignored the puppet show.

Serena had gladly taken a seat on the ground. After being told this wasn't really a camp at all, she sighed. All those books she had read, totally wasted.. or at least until she heard about the challenges. That gave a confident smile to creep back onto her face again. At least it wasn't all for nothing.
And hey! There were prizes and fame involved. The fame she didn't care but the prizes sounded cool enough.
After getting her assignment, she glanced around to see who else was in her cabin. Well at least the one audio she had managed to talk to was in there. So it wasn't so bad. She was happy to be a Beaver. Her team seemed to be a healthy mixture of audio groups.. she hoped. Carefully, Serena studied the list of audios with their pictures to remember what they looked like, and looked around. Already she spotted one of her members talking to someone not listed with their team and watched them run off to the docks. Hmm.. she made a mental note and shrugged it off for now. Couldn't hurt to talk to other teams she guessed.
Anything was better then that terrible puppet show. She shuddered at the memories. Better get ready to know her team mates. Ah well.

Alex looks after the rather strange but cool looking girls who went off then after the most recent strange looking one who had a strange grin on her face. 'I think I might want to avoid her...that grin looked slightly devious...' She looked around and thought. "Well, no use staying around here, might as well find my cabin and check out what my team mates faces look like so I can figure out what name goes along with which camper." She said to herself then got up and walked off muttering something about a crazy chef and host.

After making the smallest of smalltalks with her new teammates, Jay quickly skipped back over to Axl, grabbing his paw. "This is so unfair, isn't it? I mean, we didn't sign up for it and we don't choose our teammies!"
She wondered if inter-team communication would be looked down upon. The answer was so obviously upsetting; yes. Definitely. Not that it wasn't maneageable, oh no! Jay grinned, "sit next to me at lunch and stuff! Unless you're afraid of your team staring daggers into your back, of course!"
Obviously, this reality TV show would be amusing. Better than spending a summer at home, doing 'the usual'. It was a bit disturbing knowing there were cameras everywhere, but she'd deal! She loved being seen anyhow.

"Oh Jay!" he moaned, flopping over on her dramatically, paws resting on her shoulders. "Its so unfair! Rock stars aren't supposed to be treated this way!" Okay. So he was putting on a bit of a show now that he knew there were cameras, but who cared. He really was upset that Jay was on another team.
He nodded quickly when she suggested he sit by her, and put his paws back down on the ground. "Yeah, of course, man! I gotta hang with my peeps anyhow, right? We totally have to keep doing that. Even we're sworn enemies!" He swooned dramatically again.

Helena Rose had hurried to the campfire and managed to find a seat on a log. She looked around for someone she knew but was interrupted by the loudspeaker. Upon hearing the announcements of teams, her ears perked up. She was delighted to here that she was in the same group as Noel and Cotton. Surely this would be more enjoyable. She listened to every word the host said.
When the puppet show began, she was a little confused. She started out liking the show, but towards the end she just wanted to go home. She then remembered she had yet to apologize to the chef and the host, but they seemed to have disappeared before she could approach them. She looked around nervously, wondering what sort of "challenges" were in store for her team.

Jay chuckled at Axl's dramatics. "Yeah, 'cause we were both expecting five-star hotels, what with this beautiful lakeview and all, right?" Chuckling again, she gestured to the polluted-looking water body with her paw.
She smiled when he agreed to sit with her. This could be one of those friendships that got her a dozen (and three, for now) enraged looks whenever she stepped into the cabin... The cabin! Oh, damn! If she didn't claim a bed...
"Sworn enemies, right." Jay laughed lightly, then stood, "hey, I think we should run over and claim us some beds before we're left to the floor! Rock stars, remember?" Giving him a quick peck on the cheek, she rushed off to the designated cabin, happy to see that no one else regained consciousness after that horrid puppet show enough to head out and dominate bunks.

He nodded, though he still didn't look very pleased. She was right though, a bed was needed.
Letting out a dramatic sigh, he was about to reply when she stole her kiss and dashed away. His eyes widened. Rock stars indeed... Axl had just found someone else to talk about.
Still sulking, he scooted off to his cabin.

...Huh.
"I guess that puts an end to any remaining hopes for a trip to a magical world full of dreams and adventure." Lirina was still willing to compromise after waking up with a dart in her bum, but this was really the end of it. She also decided it was time to stop answering those mail-in competitions at the back of her fantasy books, because obviously it could hurt. Those sponsors must be some new level of conniving.
"A reality show competition..." she said to herself, rolling around the idea. Lirina didn't enjoy being throw into other peoples wars, but seeing how this is all settled upon, she might as well get into the idea! The odds weren't good. It was all vague enough to be dangerous, making everything valuable. The team voting off one of its own could be troublesome for moral. Hn.
Before Lirina could compute much more into the issue, there was a period of mental blinding, involving some smelly socks and smelly acting. After it was over, she was determined to try and never think of it again.
She hoped to her feet, thinking that going to the cabins would be the best move for now. She didn't know anyone from Adam yet, including her teammates. Would making a pact with the other team be effective? Honour balked at Reason.

Beavers? Reality show? Challenges? Challenges! Finally, something that sounded fun! Ratchet wasn't at all familiar with most reality shows; she didn't watch much TV outside of the DIY network and The Learning Channel, but what she did know was that there wasn't anything she couldn't fix, and although she was sad to see that Elli, Rosa, and Carmen weren't in her cabin, the team she had been put with seemed nice. And green. Green was a good color. Waving goodbye to those who weren't with her, she headed off towards her cabin. Maybe there would be things to fix there!

Marina new she was going on the show and was ready for it , she didn't take much with her and after the speech she was ready for action. Her team mates didn't look to bad , and they had a chance at being winners. Most of the losers where on other teams.
She was ready for adventure and was hoping to get some cash for a real golden duck, but she wasn't go to spill the beans yet. She needed to make some friends and the people in her camp seemed really cool so she went off to look for her bunk.
She slipped away with out much sound and probably nobody noticed.
