Sasha dug through her purse and withdrew papers, protected in a plastic folder and handed them to him.

Raphael looked at the papers carefully. "Those are fake." he handed them back.

"No they aren't! if anything YOU are fake! Though my grandmother did mention that she had some squatters." Sasha sighed and walked around the room. "It could use a good cleaning but it seems to be in pretty good condition." she said, pleased.
