Mizu Itsu sighed and allowed the rabbits to drop from her hand again. "You always over react Xio. I will sooner or later die so I can not be here forever. Your sister is not the problem. The one who is the problem is that whore in the sky." she said her voice was harsh. "Your muscles need to rest. Your not going after your sister then rest your body more." she said and moved towards the cave entrance. Looking at his huge body and all the changes to him made it hard to even see the old him. It was not like he had been maimed and that was why he had changed. No...the raw, thin, and wild male she had fallen for was now a large brute tainted by the moon she hated more than anything.
"Since neither of us are going after her then I hope she finds my sister or the fallen star." she kept herself from looking at Xio or his eyes. She could tell he was struggling trying to work things out. He did not need her emotional troubles to help worsen him. But she would not lie just to get him better. "Xio they only reason you feel so strongly for me is because the Moon is forcing you to want me. She is forcing you to ignore your family and protect me. I do not need to be protected. The other's of the sky...your sister...and the star...need you. The moon does not care how much she ruins lives as long as what she wants gets done. We will always be friends Xio...and I will love you..."

"What you say is not true. Why can't." He growled and lowered himself a little. Moving slowly in after her. "I loved you since back then. The moon has not tainted me that I assure you. FOr I have never stopped loving you from the frail form I was. To what I am now... this you must accept unless I kill the star that came down. I know now.. If I kill her I will lose this power. I will rest.. but again. It's not because the moon tells me. Its what I am. WHat I did even before. I love you and WILL protect you unless you tell me not to- I am to your words.. " He followed with his head much lower and slowly stated himself in where his own hay bed was. His tail minorly twitching..
If you want to me to go back. I surely will...And selfish I will be.. I no longer want to hold in what I want from life. I want you... and if you say you love me then why do you not believe me. I don't understand. Please.. Mizu. I am here really... " His paws cracked as he extended them and calmed. Why did she not understand him- why didnt she believe him!? It confused him and slowly he nuzzled the chains that were inside the hay and nudged them over his feet. "I am tired of not being heard...."

Mizu sighed seeing the entrance of the cave blocked by his massive form. She would not be able to tear off her marks of the moon just yet. She leaned against the walls listening to the chains. "I can hear you clearly Xio. I know you loved me before you were changed. But I do not think that that was fate. We were brought together because it was the moon's will. She wanted you to find me and me to find you. Because if I was near you she could have a beckon, me, for the star to find you. The fact that you do care for me made it easier for her. I will not have you kill the star though I think right now she might wish for you to kill her."
She slammed her fist into the wall hard enough that the scent of her blood would gently fill the air. "I do not want you to be at my words. You are not a servant Xio. You have never been a servant and I do not wish for you to be one. I loved you when your were frail and you were so wild and fierce. Where you did not have your body to show how strong you were." She sighed and slid down the wall to sit.
Her short ears lowered a bit and she looked at the ground. "You can do what you want to do with me Xio. I really don't care any more. We are of the same blood now...we are siblings. So our union would be wrong and forbidden thanks to the moon's change of you...."

"Then let it be wrong." He tilted his head. "I never knew you to fall under others words..." His ears sunk back. "If you have changed this much.. then I can not be with you." He shrugged... "if you cannot accept this what I am now then it should have never been." Tossing his head to the side.. as he turned fully and let his tail whirl the and change the winds path for a mere few seconds..
In his head he ached.
"Please don't let me leave Mizu....."
He closed his eyes and walked forward.. if she didn't stop him- he would not stop.. but disappear.

Mizu sighed as she listened to Xio. It was not getting threw to him. He would never understand how she felt. "Xio you are not listening to me. It is not as easy as you are thinking it is. I can accept you how you are now. I can not change what happened to you. And my love for you is still within me. I gave up my sister for you. I gave up everything for you...and I would do it all again even if you had become my sister's guardian."
She stood up slowly her long hair cascading down her body. Her eyes watched as he turned and started to leave the cave. He was so confusing. One minute he was willing to try and convince her that it should work out, saying she was all that mattered then he would turn away and say he did not care any more. He was the one who changed. She could tell that if he left this cave then he would leave her forever even if she went looking for him. She could not stand the thought of him severing something of the moon. Even if she could not be his lover any more she would not allow some other whore of the moon controlling him. She would never use him as a slave but what would another girl do?
Mizu slowly reached out a hand to place it on Xio's hip. "I still need time to work things out Xio. I can still see you when I look in your eyes. I do not want to think of you with someone else....your no one's servant or slave. And even if things have changed we can make it work out...maybe even get back to the way we were before the moon interfered."
She allowed her hand to drop from his hip she looked down at the floor of the cave. "I am scared Xio...but I know how we can surpass my mother's trickery of making us siblings. I will remove her marks from my body. I will become just another b*****d child of hers, nothing special then we will both just be night sky children free to do what we want." She reached down to pull up the make shift knife she had made. "I have given up everything for you. And the moon looks down without care for me then she will not stop me from removing what once showed me as special."
She looked up at Xio and gave him a smile that showed how much she really did love him. It was a smile from when they were cuddling in the hot springs. This one was slightly sadder but so was the task she was about to do. Keeping the smile as her eyes on Xio she placed the knife to the mark on her hip.

When she stopped him.. his heart stopped.. And melted.. Almost as easy as he heard her words... He looked to her..But what she was about to do.. he would stop. "No.. Mizu..." He said softly as he dipped his head down toward her and nudged under her chin. That smiling face as he nipped the knife right out of her hand and threw it out.. and far.
The knife in return hitting and sticking in to a tree. Slowly.. he raised his head to lay it softly on her head.. Their eyes to meet. "I want you like this." His eyes.. were still the soft blue they had always been.. "I want to keep you.. just like this... you think I would really leave you? Your my world.. but I wanted to make sure you were ready to come in to my world.. where all those worries of yours.. even your mother can't touch you.. I can hide you.. " He nudged her a little.. Closing his head.. Though it was pure bone.. he could somewhat feel her head.. that thin fur.. He could even hear it..
He raised his head enough to give her a soft lick on the cheek. "Will you be my mate?" He whispered softly to her.

Before Xio had been able to pull the knife away from her Mizu had already cut into her thigh. She sighed as he nuzzled her and took the blade from her. He was so quick to change moods. She still have every intention to remove her moon marks. But it did seem she would have to wait to do that again. She did not know why he was now so warm and protecting. "I did think you would leave...your sister and you storm off when upset. My Xio...I will remove my mothers marks from myself...I will take away all of my bindings to her to be with you. I want to believe you can keep me from her Xio I do. But if she already got to you and made you of the night she will be able to get to me and ruin things."
She gently reached up a hand to touch his jaw line. Why did she always feel calmer and safer when he touched her. If Xio's body touched her she did not care about anyone or anything else. She sighed softly again. "Xio I already agreed to be yours. I left my family for you." She smiled gently at the lick. She turned her head to lick the corner of his jaw.

Chi Sohma His tail wrapped around her as he gently held her against him.. He was a beast compared to her. The ones he was slaves too but now.. He loved one. Here and now. But somehow she also had this beastly side of her.. like the same affections to a dog.. when she licked him.. under the massive skull with the huge horn coming from it.. he blushed.
"If you agreed to be mine then why make things so complicated? Why can't you believe me that I will protect you.. and maybe.. just maybe you think too lil of your mother..But that is for another day. Now." He softly in returned licked her..loving like and softly brushing his nakkid nose against her skin..
"So many things.. that I'd like to say right now.. but nothing compares to you right now. Please.... lets stop fighting." He looked to her with eyes that couldn't even be explained by pain... it was the tiring feeling of the constant battles.. with emotions and others.. Slowly he went down to her hip and softly licked at it. Then nudging the dip on her side.. Right after that.. his body backed up just a tad to curl around her and slowly he went down to his elbows in a laying like position. Lowering his head and giving out a huge sigh.. He was tired and no one gave him time to fully heal from his injures in becoming a guardian.. It tired him out so quickly.. but the night was STILL so young.. And his sister had ran and ended up with her sunbright sister..Setsuna.

Why was it that every time he touched her Mizu could forget about everything. She loved having Xio close to her. Though she hated that he had to change...and to a child of the moon. As he started to defend her mother though she started to be snapped out of the daze he could always put her in. She shook her head. They were not fighting, no one was listening to her! She sighed and in very clam words spoke, "I know you will protect me Xio. I never questioned that. Things are complicated because they are. I will never think highly of the moon, I wish she would die actually. But you are right...my mother issues can wait. You rest now Xio." she said lacing her fingers in the fur around his skull. "I will go and get your sister if you like or I can stay here with you wail you sleep. It is all the same to me. I know she is important to you."
She could not deny the way his licks and nuzzles made her feel. Nor the feeling of his warm fur against her. But she hated what he had become. She could not blame him for changing it was never his fault. But she could not bring herself to allow them to breed together. She would not let her mother win in his matter. There would never been a moon child born from her body. After all the moon had two other females trapped here. Let them bring forth more moon children. Mizu was only special because she and Setsuna were connected. And even that Mizu was starting to question. If she forced herself to sleep during the night...she could walk easily during the day. She nor her sister were special. She was just as much a direct descendent of the moon as any other night sky Katorai or Xio.
"You just rest Xio...your moonflower will be safe. Setsuna will bring her back before night falls again."

"She is.. but she too must make her own path. I have talked it over with her.. and sadly she has gone off to seek her own destiny. Even in anger.. she will grow from it." He looked at her.. the husk and bigness he had.. against her small body. "I don't want you to leave again." Softly touching his skull to her chin.. Softly letting the skull brush against her..
Unlike other animals. The skulls on Xio's head have feeling. Little and dull but it still had feeling in it non the less. He could also withstand a lot of force in it. It was how they were made.
"Come.. we shall sleep."
He turned and stood beside her. He did not hide his size, it was impossible. The most he could do was walk.. along side her without the fear he had before. His tail coiling inward to be behind her.. As if encouraging to follow him with no real choice. Worried filled many of his thoughts but his body was ailing. And once close enough to the hay.. He curled up in a ball.. and lowered himself. It sounded... like a small earthquake. It slightly shook the cave.. but he curled down and let his head stay up until she settled beside him. Protection. He could do that.. easy..
"I worry in naught for the child.. she has the strength of many strong xio.. " A soft smile under his skull but it was suttle and probably went unnoticed. Laying his head nearest to her and his tail curling around them. He gave off heat.. but a soft coolness that could not be found.

Mizu Itsu tried hard not too get upset again. First the moon tried to ruin her life, then her sister, and now Xio was telling her what to do. she did not want to be told what to do. If Xio was of the night now then Mizu would just have to force herself to be one of the day. After all she was not special.
But she did not fight him when his much larger form let her towards the inner part of the caves. She watched him curl up and she sat down. She liked as he started to nuzzle her. She stroked him softly. "I see...so now your ready to just let her go?" She gave a sigh, "I think your sister was hoping you would follow her. She does not want us together, just like the moon, and my sister. But if you wish for me not to run after her I wont. but you just rest well. I will go and get you food in a little wail before you wake up. So if you wake and I am not here. Do not panic....I am just hunting for you in cause you wake up and need to eat." she said softly.
