The wolf nudged over the cardboard and woofed.
Awe, Pouting ain't gonna help! Turn that frown upside down! Smile big and proud Liutenant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smile!! Just once!! You know you can!!
She had predicted what he would do. Although it wasn't that hard.

Through tears of mirth, Tenn read the other side of the sign. He fell back down, his laughter making his limbs useless. "INDEED!" He shouted, the only form of verbal communication he could manage between the shudders of laughter rolling through him.

Tenn rolled onto his back, a hand over his eyes as he continued to shudder and recoil in laughter. "Stop! Stop it!" He begged, waving his hand at the wolf bearing the signs. Tenn couldn't breathe! He hadn't laughed like this in a while. Could one actually die from laughing? Tenn was about to find out! He continued laughing, his face turning red as he rolled about.
Registering barely his liuetenants comment, Tenn replied, "ByHihihihiii!" Was all he could get out, before a new wave struck him and he started hitting his fist against the ground.

The wolf looked at Tenn and sat down. It looked at him like he was funny. Then it licked his face and barked. It panted softly. The wolf was well taken care of. Not one knot in it's fur and it's breath smelled like mint. It's nails were filed. And it wagged his tail again barking.

Roar of the Ancients Through blurred eyes, Tenn watched the lieutenant Inu walk out of the library. He waved, if futilely, after him, the laughter dieing down finally. Tenn felt a bit bad for him; he looked fairly angry. Tenn would apologize later, upon their next meeting. For now, though, he would deal with this strange occurrence and realization; the wolf. He chuckled and smiled, wiping his face and looking at the creature before him. It seemed rather tame, friendly, even. He placed a hand on the wolf's head and worked his way to its ears, scratching behind them. "Well, aren't you a beaut though? Not a hair out of place and the color of midnight, with strange coloring...." He trailed, looking at the red markings on the wolf. He touched these with his other hand; he wasn't too worried. After all, it was obviously smart, having carried signs of meaning for the Captain. Plus, it licked him, and if that's not a sign of truce, he didn't know what one was. "And you're... huge" he added, noting how he had to crane his head a bit. Just what kind of wolf was this? "Did the Captain send you, O' mysterious one?" He inquired. ((Thats not the same wolf as her bankai. The wolf she sent was a grey timber wolf.))

The wolf barked it's rely as if to say yes. It chasd it's tail a few times. Then looked at the door and wagged it's tail more resulting in more barking. It looks at Tenn as if asking him to follow to the training ground. And barking even more. It seemed just as energetic as the captin herself.

Tenn sat there, perplexed as to what the wolf was doing. Then he realized; communication! Oh boy, he loved a good game of charades! Ok, first word.... probably chase... follow? One of those two. Then, it kept looking outside, chasing its tail again, barking. Got it!
"Erm.... right. You want me to follow? Yes? Well, uh, lead on... I guess. I'll be right behind you." He said, standing as he said so. He was not sure where they were going..... maybe to meet more wolves! How thrilling! He would follow intently! Though, maybe he was being too hopeful.... if this were part of a pack, they would probably have accompanied this one. NONETHELESS! He would follow. Wherever, it was going...
