Shiro blocked and it would seem that the last phrase of his chant was directed at his opponent and their current situation. The assault was nothing to him, and easy to block. "Only one among us can stand under heaven" On his last words he would push off from his attacker and Shunpo away. When he reappeared he would have his black bow in his left hand. He pointed it at Shinji. Everyone would see what looked like a Quincy arrow on the bow aimed at Shinji.

Interesting. Rednal thought, continuing to sip from his cup of green tea. Shinigami, as a whole, were usually a bit more focused on using melee weapons. Sometimes the weapons had a long reach, but as a whole, that was the usual style. Seeing a change of this particular type was nice. So the natural question was 'how would the other Shinigami react to this?'

Just as Shiro pulled away, a very small, dark, red flame would appear in between Shiro and Shinji. It was so small and lasted for such little time that it would likely not be seen by anyone other than Shinji. As Shiro pulled away, Shinji would also jump back. He was quite surprised at what Shiro had in his hands; something very similar to the weapon of a quincy. He just shook it off, focusing on the battle. "...." Right after Shiro would aim the bow at Shinji, Shinji smirked. Shiro's torso clothing would ignite in flames. The flames were darker than the average flame. This was successfully accomplished due to Shiro continuing to take Shinji's attacks instead of pulling away sooner. He allowed Shinji's zanpakutou to make contact with him while he focused Riatsu into the blade. As these flames seemed to manifest from seemingly no where, Shinji decided to give a little advice. "In close-range combat, your main goal should be avoiding strikes, not blocking them. From the looks of your shikai, I would have to guess that you're one that's more used to long-range and mid-range combat..."

The flames would disappear as soon as they started, it was a simple matter to use his own riatsu to push off a foreign riagtsu. He fired the arrow was fast almost instantaneously it would be piercing Shinji's chest.

((They would be warn off that easily...but whatever.))
As the arrow came towards Shinji, he began to speak. "Burn From Hell..." Shinji would move slightly to the left. "...Narakuhouka." The arrow would just barely graze his clothing as Shinji's Shikai began to form.

((the reason i sherked it off so easily is because you didn't have your shikai fully active.))
Shiro instantly started analyzing the blade so that he might be able to copy it later. He fired arrows at rapid now, he was just stalling waiting for a counter attack. Really at the moment there was nothing he could do to agress other than keep shooting.

Ike watched two shingmanis fight other each with his hands in his pockets. Hmm this flame look like same mine zanputako but different kind of name as someone's zanputako. Ike smiled at someone who used that flame. "That flame isn't going to working against me."

((I didn't have my shikai active at all...but the flames are still the same. They aren't nearly as dangerous, but their durability is the same.))
Upon Shinji's right arm, a black, tattoo-like dragon appeared. The unusual part was that it followed down to his zanpakutou as well, moving along the hilt and blade. The only other change in appearance would be a long, dark red piece of cloth, being three feet in length and three inches in width. In contradiction to most people's shikai releases, Shinji's didn't release a large exertion of Riatsu. It normally would, but Shinji was suppressing it. The second the shikai was formed, Shinji spoke. "Enkou Harou..." He then swung his zanpakutou as the dragon that was formed obtained a dark red glow to it along the outside. A dark flame would be manifested along the outside edge of the blade. After Shinji got done with his swing, the flame was released, being sent flying towards Shiro. The flame was two meters in diameter. As the flame was sent forward, Shinji swung his zanpakutou again; this time, it was in a horizontal fashion.

Shingi moved back rapidly, "Hrunting." The dagger formed in his right hand shifted to a large black arrow which he set in preparation for a shot, drawing the bow string back till it was tight. He vanished using shunpo and reappeared 20 feet up his eyes now red with an odd black shape in them. He was locked on shinji's head as he released the arrow which shot at an out outrageous speed.

((Well, you should call it off...no need to kill a fellow shinigami xd
And take note that the incantation to this kidou is either unknown or there isn't one. So it's at full strength...))
As the arrow came towards Shinji, he used shunpo to disappear, only to reappear at the very edge of the arena. "Bakudou Number Eighty-One, Danku!!" A rectangular wall of energy formed ten feet in front of Shinji. It was one of the strongest known barriers. If it didn't stop the arrow, it would at least be able to stall it long enough for Shinji to make something else. "Mirror forged and folded, reflect all you see, protect those away from your sight, but never shun the light...Kyoumon!!" Another barrier was made. This one was a glass-like barrier, one that was easy to destroy form the inside, the side the faced Shinji but not on the outside. If the first arier didn't stop the arrow, Shinji was sure that the second would. No matter the strength of the Shinigami, no Shikai should b able to do so.

(( Trust me... never, ever declare victory until you've actually won. ^^ ))
I wonder if fire as an element is desired because that's what the Captain-Commander has. Rednal mused. It wasn't necessarily impossible. While there had been, and still were, powerful and respectable individuals who had nearly every element you could imagine, there was just something about fire that attracted people, and oftentimes, they were among the best. It might have been the high attack strength the element possessed... but whatever. This was great entertainment.

He quickly summoned Caladbolg and transmuted it to its arrow form while he had Hrunting redirect to a weird path. What he was doing was interesting as he let Hrunting go at a weird angle to the second shield it looked as if it wasn't meant to hit the first shield, but the second. He fired the Caladbolg arrow and it hit the first shield a half a second before the Hrunting arrow passed through the hole made. The Hrunting arrow would hit the second and cause a massive exploding that would likely blind the Shinji, or at least that was its per pose now as Shiro was already stitching blades to his Kansho and Bakuya, he used Shunpo 7 times consecutively to build massive speed. He was there just as the blast cleared raising his swords to the sky he cried his attack. "OVER EDGE!" The blades extended to 6' in a n instant as he dropped them down on Shinji who would have about .25 seconds to react now that he could see. The cordination of this attack would have been impossible for anyone but Shiro, as he was the only person alive with the Ocular Augmentation.
((now look what you made me do, i had to go all out on you.))

Takashi finally made it to the scene of the spar. Okami was still sheathed; he didn't plan to have 'some fun', just to observe. Takashi sat in a 'L from Death-Note' fashion, gazing at the battle. It did him some good to get out of the office; with a Division Leader like Kenpachi, the paperwork usual fell on him. "You're unusually calm." Okami's crystal female voice rang in Takashi's head. He nodded. "It isn't my place to jump in so late in the game; wouldn't be quite as fair. Not my style." Okami sighed softly then fell silent.
((Sorry I didn't post much, can't... think straight. Got some parental issues happening with my cousin... stressed I could very well be going to jail before the whole things other if my Uncle doesn't win custody of her. I'll be damned if I let her live with a b***h of a woman she has to consider a mom if things don't work out in court. ))

Having nearly no time, it was impossible for Shinji to dodge the attack. His only hope was pure luck. He lowered his body and raised his zanpakutou above himself. He used his Enkou Matsudai Nenshou technique, causing flame to engulf his zanpakutou. He didn't have any defensive techniques while in shikai; this was his only hope. He was hoping the blade would make contact with his zanpakutou instead of himself. Either that...or hoping Shiro would call off the attack, stopping the unnecessary, deadly assault.

Shiro stopped his attack roughly two inches from Shinji's Zanpakutou, there were 2 cracks in his enemies Zanpakutou where each blade would have hit. And Shinji himself would be pushed into the ground making a small crater. That was from the Riatsu alone...
His Shikai vanished his red Katana forming on his left side again as his eyes returned to normal. "Next time know who you are insulting." He began to walk away his direction was the garden. If anyone paid close enough attention to Shiro they would see blood forming in the sides of his eyes as if he were crying blood.
