If nothing else, his wagon is getting kind of old, so... perhaps Meirou is right. When he replaces it, Jilan will be sure to get a bigger one. Perhaps they even sell wagons with bookshelves? The little scholar doubts this, but clearly has ideas in mind for how to rig up one of his own.
And the youth expresses a bit of surprise that Meirou has apparently not yet met High Priest Kouyo. He is from the Golden World, of course - Jilan is not sure if the Porcelain in Dragonlamp even have a High Priest, but he really does not remember much at all about the place.
Still, Naming Ceremony or not, Jilan recommends that Meirou meet High Priest Kouyo at some point. He is a kind man, not scary at all ... and, if he is like he was the last time Jilan saw him, he would likely welcome more friends.
... It is quite an interesting story about the Prince, though. The little scholar blushes faintly at mention of Shuuken, turning his face away from Meirou in an attempt to hide it. Still, though, it is nice that she arrived peacefully and safely in Gaia. Does she really not know the Prince's name?

Meirou is sure Jilan could modify a new wagon by adding in a bookshelf and such. Perhaps one with a door, so he could keep the books from falling out while transporting them.... She thinks a little more, then nods. Yeah. That would work.
Meirou has met quite a few Porcelain in Gaia, but not High Priest Kouyo. She is sure their paths will cross one day, perhaps with a little assistance from Jilan? But would she need a gift? sweatdrop Kanna always says it's polite to bring gifts if you're invited...
She shakes her head at his question. No...The only connection she has left to this Prince is his jacket. Meirou is quite sure there is writing on it, but she cannot read it with her current knowledge. Perhaps Jilan, or even the High Priest can translate it? It seems to be very noble..With dragons, and a chalice, and such...

Ah, Jilan is not fully sure what the High Priest would like, since the little scholar does not know him well. He thinks Kouyo would be pleased with just about anything, though. But he lives with Setsushi, or he was living with him before Jilan left, so if he is still there, it should not be difficult for Meirou to find him.
Blueprint-colored thoughts flutter briefly through the youth's mind as he considers how to best go about constructing a new book-wagon, but Meirou's mention of the jacket quickly distracts him. Translate? Jilan could take a look, he supposes, but he really only knows Porcelain and Gaian, and ... well, he actually sort of forgot Kumoru's magic writing a little while he was gone sweatdrop Dragons sound cool, though, and he is definitely curious now - he could take a look, but little Jilan is not sure how much help he would be....

Setsushi? Meirou...doesn't know this man. Is he also a Porcelain like the High Priest? Meirou debates what to bring as a gift. Cake? No, Kanna says it's a lie. gonk
Meirou knows Porcelain and Gaian as well. She sighs, thinking his words over. Kumoru must be Jilan's caretaker, correct? If he is around, and if he doesn't mind...Perhaps he can take a look? And maybe the High Priest as well! That is...If the parties are willing.

Jilan seems distinctly surprised that Meirou is apparently not familiar with Setsushi. He is one of the Dragon Knights from the Golden World, and he thinks the first of the Golden World Porcelain to find himself in Gaia. Setsushi owns a small home and it seems to have become something of a meeting place for the other Porcelain. ... Even those like Jilan who are not of the Golden World. A pensive look crosses the youth's features for a moment, but a smile quickly replaces it.
He closes his eyes and does his best to tell her how to get there from the closest bus stop - then urges Meirou to visit sometime. As far as Jilan knows, it is not really necessary to make prior arrangements, since Setsushi operates a small restaurant out of his home anyway - if she is nearby around lunch time, she should be able to find the Knight.
... Jilan is sure to note that his information may be a bit out of date, though, since all of this was true back before he left for the Silver World, which was all the way back before his bus pass expired sweatdrop As an afterthought, though, since he is giving her potentially obsolete information, he also tells Meirou where Whitestone Used Books is - near Setsushi's home, reachable by the same bus stop; Kouyo was working there, so she may still be able to find the High Priest at that place, too.
And if nothing else, there are plenty more books she can look through 3nodding

Meirou is usually in the park, and it's very recent that Kanna has let her wander freely, so... sweatdrop
She nods, remembering that Kanna had SAID something about an udonya..So perhaps KANNA has met Setsushi while she has not! That's perfectly fine, right?
She nods again. It probably has been shorter a time than Jilan thinks. Time does weird stuff like that all the time.
Oh yes! Books! The girl gives a kind smile as they reach the bus stop. Well...Meirou hopes that they'll meet again soon, or she'll have to hunt Jilan down..erm...Ram-bo style?
"Have a good trip." She smiles, speaking again once more for practice.

The youth grins cheerfully back in reply and nods. "Meirou also," he says, a bit awkwardly and with a noticeable accent.
... And as his bus pulls up just a moment later, Jilan starts frantically pushing and pulling the wagon to turn it so that it will be easier to get through the door and onto the bus. When he makes his more amazing wagon with the book shelves, he will be sure to make it easier to steer, as well sweatdrop
