Ignoring his words, Ziarre simply swiped at him again, hissing loudly. She was past talking now, past the hassle of words. She'd given him his warning, he'd refused to heed it. Tough luck for him. Gathering herself in a crouch, she prepared to leap at him.

This time he actually took a hop back to avoid the paw, successfully escaping this attack. Ha! Slow, lady. He flexed his claws out, though he didn't totally intend to use them, crouching low to the ground, which may be unwise considering she plans to jump on him. But that's okay, for now. "You're gonna make me? " He dared, ears perking in some sort of amusement.

"Dense one, aren't you?" came the scathing reply. "I only told you that three or four times already." Jaws clamping shut again, she barreled forward before hurtling into the air. Whether he left here or not, he'd end up with scars to show for his troublemaking--she'd make certain of that.

See, that actually got a response from him. It may be surprising to know, Raiden hasn't actually been attacked before, so when the weight comes down on him, complete with claws, his first instinct is get her the hell off. He snarls, pushing up against her weight and twisting to try to get his claws to reach her, until they simply aren't claws anymore.
In his haste to get the clawy mass of fury off his back, Raiden shifted into the shape of a buffalo, effectively killing any illusion that he's just a normal lion. Though the change makes him substantially larger, his age reflects on this form as well; his isn't as big as it could be, and neither are his horns.
He pivots and kicks, before finally escaping this attack, unsure if he hit her or not, trotting a few feet away to glance back at the lioness. "Nice try! " He snarled, borrowing a bit of voice from thunder for effect, and shifting back to his normal form, wings spreading at his sides.

Flung from the back of the...thing...Ziarre could only cough raggedly for a moment as sense returned to her rattled brain. What the hell had just happened? Whatever had tossed her, it most certainly had not been a lion, not even the winged one--wait what, winged?--that stood before her.
...Oh, <******** be damned if she'd let herself be cowed just because the a** sprouted a pair of wings, though. Gods weren't respected here unless they were worthy of respect. With a guttural roar, she charged forward again as she let her claws fly.

He'd be lying if he said that face she made didn't make him smirk like an idiot, flicking his tail with satisfaction. That had been nice. very, very nice. But he'd also been somewhat surprised when she came at him again, but this time he sucked in a quick breath of air, and simply vanished, almost instinctively.
One second he was right in range, and the next he was a few feet behind her, fur prickled like he'd just avoided getting hit by a train. "Hey, watch it! " He growled, frowning. No fun, lady. Maybe he should just make this fun. Yes, new game, run around like mad, don't let crazy-lady touch you, and piss her off. Sounds about right.
He grinned, picking up speed to trot in a wide circle around her.

Ohhhh no...she wasn't going to fall for that one. Tilting her head back, Ziarre sent a loud roar echoing into the pass, the sound bouncing back and forth from the mountainsides. That done, she smirked as she decided to indulge his little game and leapt forward. "A game of tag, is it?" she quipped, paw lashing out at him. "I do hope you don't cheat!"

"Cheat? " He laughed, glancing back at her, though speeding up a bit more, for the sake of his poor little tail. "You mean, like this? " Without much of a warning, the god had sped a bit more, but this time created a shorted circle, to turn around and run right at her. Only, once more, he was quick to change shape, this time to the adolescent equivalent of a bull rhino. Big, mean, and with a really hard hide. Ideal for the moment!
He didn't really intend to hit, but really, now it was a game of chicken.

Oh, what the hell was this?
Scrambling out of the way, Ziarre whirled to hiss venomously at the young god who seemed hell-bent on spiting her. "You're a coward, hiding behind such a form. Fight me as you truly are!" she bellowed, her challenge in her words loud and clear.

He smirked at the success, stopping once he was a nice distance away and glancing over his shoulder at her. "And why would I want to do that? " He teased. And, he wasn't an idiot. Fighting hurt, and though he didn't doubt he could probably do a good deal of damage.. well, why should get get all scratched up when he can have fun like this?
"You don't really make a good case! " Though, he was just about done here. Lets go for just a little more.. then he's out.

"Upholding what little honor you have left?" Ziarre sneered. "Really, for a god you don't act like a very good one. What are you, the god of Useless Prey Animals?" She spat and swiped at the ground, sending a shower of pebbles skittering towards Raiden. "Some god..."

"I don't care if you think I have honor. " He purred, flicking his ears. What did he care what mortals thought? "Rhino, a pray animal? really? " Well, maybe a baby rhino, but he'd like to see someone get that, without a big, pissed mom rhino up their a**.. not only figuratively speaking. Ouch.
"Well, " Raiden spoke up again, vanishing from where he was and reappearing on the rock, where she'd first seen him. "As much as this has been lovely, it is time for us to part ways! " He sighed dramatically. "But worry not! I will leave you with a parting gift. " Namely, a headache.
He twitched an ear, and, on cue, an ear-splitting sound cut through the air, the sort of thing that's so loud it leaves your head ringing, though he'd toned it down a bit (the last thing he wanted was to actually make anyone deaf). "Enjoy! " He bellowed, bowing a smock-courteously as possible, then simply vanishing. A pleasure, indeed.

Staggering sideways as the blast of sound buffeted her, Ziarre gritted her teeth. She'd show him...if he ever showed up again. At the very least, she could hope that she'd discouraged him from showing his craven face anywhere near the borders she watched.
Head pounding and ears ringing, she made her way back to the ushujaa's camp.
