As he's being addressed, Jin stands straight and bows. Standing up again, Jin grins a bit, "I am humbled by your praise. I agree with the your thoughts on the moronic thief. Though I hate to say it, if that thief gets injured in my presence I am obligated to heal him. Before we proceed further. I must ask. How much of what I was told was true? Will I be able to bring salvation to my brothers' souls?"

Furious just rolled his eyes and walked passed Jin and the girl. He continued to walk into the garden, admiring the sensory. "Who ever takes care of this place does have a thing for plants. And they aren't half-bad at it." he said squatting down near a set of roses.

[Gin] The girl looks at you, then unfolds her hands to make a motion on the air with one slender finger. A small black rock blurs into existence; floating over her palm. Snapping her fingers, the rock floats over to a small 5 foot sandbox nearby, and sets down of it's own accord in the center of the sand. Turning to it, she waves her hand over it, as though spinning a wheel. Lines and grooves spiral outwards in the sand, like a unseen whirlwind. She looks up, and speaks again. "We do not lie. If it was promised, so we give. But...we also teach. We have the power to relieve you of your curse, but only you have the hands to do so. To set yourself free...." She pauses, and twin pebbles are summoned into her open palm, and she places them in the sand about the center rock, creating more swirls. "You must become wise. There are threads which bind the soul you seek to you; you could release them, if only you knew how. That is what we can give; knowledge to become wise. Through wisdom, you can understand why the Great Wheel will not turn for them...."
Turning, she looks over at Furious Jing, admiring the plants. "You asked who does the landscaping. We do. All and none...." [Jing Man] As you look up from the roses, there is yet another girl standing in front of you, but this one is dressed differently, but looks the same physically. She is clad in a red (chinese styled) shirt, set with gold patterns like loose flame. Bellow her waist is a armored leather skirt, and both hands are covered by black leather gloves extending up almost to her elbows. Oddly, you notice she is barefoot. Her eyes glow orange like dull flames, and she adresses you. "hrm? What was that? Did you mock this place as a "fairy" tale? Very unwise, human. You are definitely a fighter at heart; but learn this: not everything is to be attacked. That can get you into trouble..." This young woman seems more casual that the other, more to the point and less crytic.
a clatter can be hear in the garden as Jing the Thief fiddles with a latch. [Jing] The door refuses to open, but bears no lock of any kind. Noting it is just paper and thin wood, you attempt to punch through it and feel around for a lock on the far side....but it refuses to rip or break, and repulses your hand with a wave of energy; the symbol for heaven flickering over the door in a ghostly image before fading.

"No, I didn't mock this place as a fairy tale." Jing Man said standing up. "I mocked the sleeping "divine dragons" as the fairy tale, this place is real." He added walking over to another group of plants. "Besides, That is one rule I already knew. If you attack everything then you will soon face an army. And that is one fight even a dragon doesn't want to fight." He stated before turning around to look at the girl again. "So, why are you and your twin here?"

"sleeping dragons? My, My, Jing. You have trained so hard to master the power of the mind, but put precious little into it. The celestial dragons are quite real, Of that I assure you." The warrior girl comments, then idly traces a finger along a stone planter box's edge. "why are we here? Well- Oh, and get used to this face-I'm not a twin..." The Young woman smiles mischeiviously. You are tapped on the shoulder by a 3rd person, a identical version of warrior girl. " we are the living will of this place, it's hands that reach out and touch mortal lives. You'll encounter as many or as few of us as we need to make our point. The better question to ask...is...why are you here? "

"Fine you believe they are real, so what? Those how put faith in anything only die on their knees. So forgive me if I only put faith into things I know are fact. Like the power of my mind" Jing said as he started to walk along the path ways of the garden. Still admiring the work and lay out. "As for the reason I am here is for some quest, so your dragons can take the credit for our work. " Jing said as he walked

[Pan Tang] the girl with you, slightly young, points ahead of the bow as the hooded figures row on, pushing the skiff through the sea of ash and battle debris. A set of wooden gates looms up out of the gray haze, 3 set in a row; each one slightly bigger. As You wait and struggle to find a better way to express yourself, the skiff passes through the gates, one after the other, and upon reaching the third one, there is a blast of light and the skiff rattles, threatening to knock you over. [[balance check, if you don't mind....]] ---------------------------------------------------------- [Gin, Jing Man] as you two converse with the spirit-girls in the garden, a rush of water blasts along the crafted river diving the area, A small skiff squeezing out of the dark opening in the stone walls the waters flow from; rocking back and forth from the sudden arrival. It is crewed by three hooded, robed figures in red, and has another girl on it, this one looking like the priestess type but being younger. A fith figure is also present....
The First Girl to appear, the priestess, turns to look at this commotion, and the two warrior types look up as well, one clapping in minor suprise. "Ah! she's come back. Wondering what took so long; we were much swifter in gather our targets, you know."

Visibly annoyed, Jin was ready to voice the fact he felt cheated, he stops when he feels a gentle hand on his shoulder. Seeing his brother Bo, Dimitri takes a deep breath and bows again, "I thank you for your offer. Excuse me for a moment, I would like to see the zen sand pool."

[[success for the skeleton! not that it was major, but it makes him look more dignified.]] As the skiff slides to a halt in the decorative river/creek set in the garden, A skeletal figure stands upright upon the deck, not even budged by the rocking. While it looks sinister at first, the girl on the boat hold up her hand in a "stop" motion, then whips out a metal object; a section of shoulder plating. She hands the ornate shoulder-guard to the skeleton; a black piece of metal with jade trimming and a dragon's image set into the center of it; carved as a relief on a small red stone. The priest girl, the first, speaks. "Ah, one of our last cast members has arrived for this little chapter in destiny's play. You'll want to keep that; Warrior Pan Tang. It marks you as favored warrior of heaven and not force to be feared by those who desire peace and calm. To those who would destroy, I imagine you shall be fierce bane to them, as you have been already." The hooded figures push down a ramp, and the girl waves at her skeletal passenger, stepping down the ramp and signaling him to follow.
The two warrior girls standing by Jing frown, even as he steps over towards the others. "hey, wait a sec-" "You can't mock the Celestials like that!"
At this point, a slightly sandy desert traveller enters the garden from the main chamber, a orcish look to his build. as various questions fly and actions go on, confusion spreads. The first girl grows annoyed, and in a wave of her hands, she fades, and her 3 counterparts do so as well, leaving the garden of floating lights quiet for moment. The hooded beings on the skiff push off, and it vanishes supernaturally as it came: down the dark hole through which the stream water flows.
As you all wait, the Young Woman returns, this time more regally dressed: a fine red shirt of nobles is upon her torso, decorated with gold. The left sleeve is of sky blue fabric, the the right earthy green, as lush leaves. Just behind her back floats a large golden ring, ornately cast into the shape of twin dragons chasing each other about. Her waist and below is a armored skirt of polish, black iron tiles linked into several sections that hang down, and twin Jian hang at her hips. Again, she stands barefoot, with white silky hair spilling to her hips and orange eyes that glow as the morning sun.
" It seems we divided too much for order and harmony to persist, so we have simplified. You may call this form Lan Mei; to give you a name to use." She pauses, and turns to look up at the lanterns floating about in the otherwise dark garden. "You all have questions and agendas, and you are all of the will to resolve them; what shall be offer is a means to achieve it. The first thing you must realize is that you are not at any point on a normal compass as you stand here; this is Heaven, or rather, A heaven, a small one. This temple is it's sole structure, and it cannot be reached by foot or left by it; you'll find that beyond the frontal walls and towers, a staircase goes down into the clouds but breaks off. Do not dispair, however, as you were not called here to be trapped or lied to. We was promised to you will be given; be it adventure, peace, knowledge, or revenge. There are...problems....in your world now, ones that are very sinister and run deep. while you may not care at first, you must realize that the matters to be addressed; why you are here.... Make no mistake, they threaten the air your breathe, the water you drink, and the land you stand on. We will not ask without offering, first, however, so that if you accept our requests and aid us and the Celestial Ones above us, you will each in turn gain what you seek as payment for your deeds. Will you hear us out? That is the question I and we ask, and shall await a answer to. Call to me when you are ready, and I will be back to explain the nature of our request. Untill then; please, enjoy the garden and look about, but I caution you: we are this building, and it is us. everything you do here is known; theft and destruction will not be accepted. As for your smaller questions..." Lan mei points to a small building to the left side of the garden courtyard. "In there you will find us, that is, another one of our forms to address any such questions. if you desire food or drink, request it of us and we shall so to it. Now, then, we shall await the time when you decide wether or not you would like to hear us, or wether you would return to where you came from. it is a option, but it would be...disapointing. Untill then..." Folding her hands in front of her; one fist tucked in a palm, Lan mei bows and fades away like a fog, blurring away into fog wisps.
You all await anything further, but the garden is quiet now, save cricket from someplace. The large sand pool ahead lies open and acessible, with trays of object sitting by it's side: rocks of colors and sizes, miniature trees, bits of colored glass and small blocks of metal; each representing a different force as traditional use of such a sand pool defines.
meanwhile, as Jing the thief continues his fiddling with the doors, he finds another ward on a second door, the right side's far door; again a symbol for heaven bars his way. -doors checked:
(altar) [shielded] [shielded] [short hall+ladder] [?] [long hall] [?]
[[flamability...? Oh, right, pyro flaw. ne, I'll look into that. what is that agaist, again? hardness? Hp?]]
