Well i do have the skills of a Co-Leader ( or that rnak under the co. leader) because an Elite Hsould be a HIGHER rank , or well it sounds as a hihger rank <3

Current # 70+ Elite Members (as of March 2009)

ALL IV MEMBER WHO ARE IN THE GUILD ARE THE ELITE
We have 500+ IV members as of March 2009 and only about 100 + members are in the guild. This is because we felt that only special members should be in the guild and the rest should just be regular IV members aka THE CITICENS

The Citicens
current # 400 + IV citizens

ALL NON GUILD IV MEMBERS

THE IV RANKINGS ARE NOT FOR SHOW, RANKS SHOW ATTHORITY WITHIN THE GUILD, ALL MEMBERS MUST FOLLOW DIRECTIONS OR ORDERS FROM THEIR SENIOR RANKING MEMBER OR BE DELT WITH BY AN ANOTHER ATHORITY FIGURE.

to sum it up, lower ranking members have to do what you say >.>

THERE ARE A BUNCH OF THINGS YOU CAN DO TO GET PROMOTED
anything that falls under these catagories or are similar can earn you a new rank:
recruiting
bumping in other ivs threads
being active in the guild
supporting other ivs
welcomeing/adding new ivs
chatting
being in towns
donateing to IV members quest
or anything that is helpfull to another IV member

POWERS POSSESED BY RANKS
MEMBERS have the ability to recomend lower ranking members for promotions AND demotions as well, simply pm a co-leader or myself

once you obtain a certain rank you also have the ability to recruit members without notification to me or co-leaders, as long as they follow proper joining procedures

and of course you have power over lower ranks

so really, being promoted not only makes u look good but gives u athority. and the higher the rank, the harder it is to get there >.> so try your best..... if u want

Pardon my french, but what the ********? Are you serious? King is THE leader of IV's... neutral he MADE the rules, and you and I, even though I may be an Officer, have to abide by them otherwise... ksssct x.x. we get emoted, or kicked.
