Mmmm...my favorite buns are taro - the purple ones. Sometimes we have those for breakfast as a special treat. I like to get my ramen from the Asian grocery too! The Korean brands actually don't have MSG, which I try to avoid (yeast infections - fun!), but they tend to be a little spicier. I tried different varieties until I found one my kids thought was fine for spice-level. Now they'd rather have ramen than hot dogs, and one package feeds me and both kids - hooray for a delicious one-dollar meal! Especially when I add stuff like fried onions or mushrooms, or bok choy, or spinach. The kids won't really touch most of that, but I can usually browbeat them into at least one bite of veggie. I need to get a bottle of dried seaweed flakes on my next trip - that'd be a great healthy add-in that they might actually eat!

Does she like dried fruit at all? My mom gives my daughter dried cherries because she loves them, and...well, sometimes she loves them a little too much! The opposite problem from yours. Same thing with pistachios, which really freaked me out because it looked like she was pooping canned spinach.

Ah Ha aha aha She does like dried cherries im actually planning on buying some. But she is just a starch lover that just so she gets to poop with ease i give her lots of water and some whole wheat bread for fiber..
And my FIL is awesome he bought me like a month supply of pasta and 6 cans of natural crushed tomatos ..

I noticed they now have mixed fruit and also cranberries as a selection now in those little boxes and not just raisins anymore. My grandchildren love a box of those once in a while, and if the little one spills them it is not as hard to clean up as one of those big pouches - it is also really nice for me to take on trips! I hope they start doing cherry ones!

Kaylee actually loves mixed fruit I have to buy some.. I went grocery shopping and had to cut some things out..
But i got her grapes and melons
New recipie too!
Some wonton wrappers 1 chuck roast (the kind you use to shred for tacos) Cumin Garlic powder Salt pepper A dash (litterally a dash) of cayenne Garlic (im using dehydrated garlic it has no perservatives and re hydrates in water) 2 cups of water and 9 baby carrots 1 cup of chicken broth (i make my own with pure chicken and boullion cubes) 1/2 cup of soy sauce
Season the beef with Garlic powder salt and pepper Braise the beef just so that it gets slightly brown The throw in the amount of garlic you want to taste. Add the chicken broth and soy sauce then the water and the rest of the spice and bring it to a boil. Let it boil for ten minutes then turn it to med low heat and ten let it cook for at least an hour. When its done pull it out and shred it.. I throw it in the blender on chop cycle to speed up the process.
The clean the blender (if used) and put the carrots in there and blend them on the puree cycle. Place in a piping bag or a ziploc bag that you can cut the corner on it.
Get the wontons out and let them get to room temp for like 10 minutes. Follow the directions on the back for sealing and place a small drop of the carrot puree and then some meat. Fold it closed and place it in the oil to fry it till golden brown it will be a fast process because the meat is already cooked..
Im thinking of doing this again but with shrimp and maybe a pepper puree..

None except for mashed sweet potatos!
I made them while pregnant
Boil the sweet potatos add 1 banana, butter and a little cream to smooth it out and FRESH nutmeg Only add to taste I recommend using the real nutmeg not the already grinded stuff because it has a better taste!

I'm posting two easy Biscuit recipes (Sweet Cinnamon Biscuits and Homemade Crumble in your mouth giant biscuits.) For a mother that said she loved biscuits please let me know if you like them. Sweet Cinnamon Biscuits *Ingredients* 2 cups of sifted all-purpose Flour 1 tablespoon of Baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 cup of vegetable oil 3/4 cup of buttermilk (I find buying buttermilk a waste because I never use all of it, so instead take 3/4 cup milk and mix with real lemon juice you only need a few small drop to curd the milk) 8 tablespoons of butter 3/4 cup of granulated sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon you can also pour milk on top once they are done. combine flour baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl and mix well. Stir in vegetable oil. Add buttermilk and stir just until blended. knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Roll dough into a 15x8 inch rectangle.(or until it looks about the size of a cutting board) Preheat the oven to 400*F Grease a round baking pan (9 in I think) Spread butter over one side of the dough. mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl sprinkle over butter. carefully roll the rectangle, jelly roll fashion. pinch the seam shut. cut the roll into 1 1/2 in slices. Arrange the slices cut side up in your pan. Bake until lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes. Serve Hot

Now For the Other recipe *Ingredients* 3 cups all-purpose flour 4 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (if you don't have this substitute with white vinegar or lemon juice) 3/4 cup butter (for those like me who use shortening it's 1/2 a cup of butter and 1/4 cup shortening) 1 1/4 cup of buttermilk (soar milk) or 1 cup milk
preheat oven to 450*F in a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cream of tartar. Using a pastry blender (or your hands) cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs (or little beads).add milk all at once and stir together to make the dough. you might have to add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky or milk if it's to dry. Do this slowly to avoid a disaster. flour your cutting board or counter. Roll dough out into a 3/4 inch thick rectangle. using a biscuit cutter or a drinking cup cut out 2 1/2 inch biscuits. place biscuits in your pan sides touching. bake until the top of the biscuits are lightly brown 10-12 minutes.
