Aludra smiled a bit at the petting from the angel, nuzzling against his hand a bit, though it was more involuntary. He let his eyes slip half-shut and continued to smile placidly until Cestoloria began speaking again, at which point he raised his eyes toward the elder male and blinked a couple times. He nodded a couple of times, tugging gently at the sleeves of his shirt to pull them down more properly, awkwardly trying to hide the scrapes and cuts that covered much of his body, marks that were in an attempt to convince himself that he deserved the things he had.
Aludra nodded in reply. "'Ludra's glad Lor is glad," Aludra stated, the statement a bit awkward, though it made sense none-the-less. He shrugged a bit, thinking over what the other had said.
"Has recognized. Stealing makes true owners of stuff upset, angry 'r sad when doesn't deserve pain," he replied, his words surprisingly deep and sophisticated for a child his age, though it was very obvious that much of it was stemming from the fact that he believed that, if anything, he deserved to feel the emptiness caused by wanting something that he couldn't have. He looked up toward the other once again, tail tapping gently against the ground behind him.
"Is... selfish to still want things when others need, not just want. Hurts 'Ludra to be selfish..." he mumbled, eyebrows knitting on confusion as he bit at his lip curiously. "But... Greed is selfishness," he added, finally letting his tri-coloured gaze fall fully on Cestoloria. "Is same for 'Lor? Well... selfishness. Does hurt, too? Or... is just 'Ludra? From Greed being hurt with selflessness, Humility being hurt from selfishness..."

Lor listened very intently as the child spoke, he felt a twinge of guilt. The poor child was so...mixed up with his feelings. He wasn't sure how to help him...or if there was anything he could do for him. Though he had noted the marks on the boy he didn't comment on them. There was no reason to make the child feel any worse than he did now.
"I don't hurt in the same way Aludra.." He murmured trying to think of a way to help this conversation turn onto something more positive.
"Just believe in yourself. If you don't want to steal then I am sure just putting the effort into that idea will stop you from doing that. " He tried to encourage him.

The confusion in Aludra's eyes only lead way for disappointment at the reply from Cestoloria, tail swishing back and forth on the floor. Then... it was only he who actually felt that way, wasn't it? Part of him wanted to cry, but a similar part of him knew that was a childish reaction that wasn't going to solve anything.
Once again, his mind was contradicting itself.
Believe in himself... Something in him immediately rejected that as a solution, as though it was able to find pride in it. But it wasn't there. As his analytical thought process tore the idea open and into a thousand minuscule pieces, there was nothing prideful about believing in oneself. A smile slowly grew on his face, and he reached out to grab onto the arm that had been petting down his hair, hugging it tightly before he let go in surprise, flushing slightly.
"Thank you. Er- sorry, too. 'Chever," he said, chuckling a bit, though he looked surprised when Adhara tapped his shoulder, a gentle smile on her face.
"Aludra, it's time for us to go; dad's going to be expecting us home any minute," she said sweetly, making Aludra pout a bit.
He smiled up at Lor a bit as he stood, dusting himself off and correcting his clothing. "Was nice to meet. Can see again sometime, right?" he asked, blinking with interest, flicking his tail tip.

Lor had been a bit surprised at the sudden intensity in the hold in his hand he...felt his heart cry out wanting to help the child more but it wasn't his place was it? He wanted to say something else but suddenly the girl that was with him Adhara was telling them it was time to go. And then he was gone. Unsure...he felt his arms move to hug himself...somehow he felt as if he had let the poor boy down.
