Pilgrim looked towards the filly and chuckles while watching her. He skidded slightly to make a turn towards her once again. "Thats it, Brio! Even while you are having fun, you still get stronger!" He moves even faster to get a bit closer towards her. "You can do it!" He pants slightly while his tail and mane was flying in the wind.

As her heart sped up, Brioso slowed down a little, realizing that her leg muscles were starting to feel rather... Weak. Playing with other foals don't require half the energy used against a full grown stallion! Taking in quick, deep breaths, the filly tried to keep going, determined to remain in the game of tag for a longer period of time; after all, this might be fun, but its a sort of training too... And she'll always give her 100% in trainings!
Narrowing her eyes, Brioso raced towards the river she was in some time ago, but her knees gave way as she prepared to leap over it. Crashing down on her knees, the filly tumbled and rolled before dropping into a rather shallow part of the river with a loud 'splash'.
Climbing up to sit on the riverbed, Brioso looked both surprised and bemused at herself. Water trickled down her head and her hair, dripping back into the river. Some sand particles from the riverbed clung to her messy hair, and she tried to shake them off, only to send water flying in all directions; her eyes were wide as she panted, staring at the approaching Pilgrim.

Pilgrim watched her and gasps when he saw her fall into the small river. "Brio!!!" He called out with concern in his voice, running towards her. He skids to a stop into the shallow part of the river. ".. Are you alright, my dear student?" His eyebrows drooped down as they made him have a sad look on his face. "Did you hurt yourself?" He tilts his head while flickering his tail to brush the water off of her and anything else that may be on her.
"Come.. I know of a spring nearby that can get the sand off of you.. Then you can go on home. It has been a long day for the both of us, my dear student." He nuzzled at her, not caring about the sand or anything else. He was quite worried about the filly more than his own look.

"I'm fine," Brioso finally replied after a moment, clearly still rather shocked and embarrassed by her little stunt. She closed her eyes at being brushed, and scrambled up on all fours, returning Pilgrim's nuzzle. Giving a small smile, she climbed up onto dry land; indeed, her pride hurts more than her body does.
"Lets go then!" Brioso exclaimed happily, as if wishing for the incident to be forgotten. It had been quite a day, and she was feeling rather tired from the exercise... Besides, her mother would get worried if she don't get home soon.

Pilgrim nodded softly and led her to the spring slowly, staying close to her. "That is good. I was a bit worried that you may have hurt yourself, Brio." He then showed her the spring with a smile. "Go on.. Get into the spring. It'll help your muscles and get all of the sand off of you."
He stood at the bank of the spring, watching over her. He was quite proud to be her teacher and hoped that she would be strong over the years. "I am proud to be your teacher, Brio. You have done very well today. I know you had quite alot of fun as well." He said softly with a smile. "Be sure to tell your family what you have done."

"Okay," Brioso replied, making a rush for the spring; the sand was bothering her somewhat, and she would be pleased to see it go. Ducking under the water as best as she could, she shook herself to get rid of the sand before resurfacing. It made her relax and rather refreshed. At Pilgrim's words, the filly grinned proudly at him; one more step towards becoming a great heroine! Sure, there was still a long way to go, but now, its her victory.
"I'm really proud to be your student too!" She exclaimed happily, trotting out of the spring and giving him a quick thank-you nuzzle. As she turned and headed in the direction of home, Brioso half turned and gave another grateful smile before increasing her pace and speeding home.
