I love posting weird things also/songs too.

I don't. I find it unnecessary, for some reason. Maybe it's just me. But I feel your pain. When you befriend someone and they don't even bump your quest or anything. As for donations, I find that asking people for gold is much less likely to get you any than talking to them for a while, helping out by bumping their thread, or stuff like that.
