Slowly strolling into the room, Old man Yata only puffed on his old pipe, his eyes scanning about the room quietly, looking over each of the other captains. He only nodded towards each of his fellow captains, allotting them that much of his respect. "Hmm.." how dynamic, those words are surely words you take with you into the next life. "Things will be getting interesting children, I suggest you take this meeting with the utmost seriousness" Yes! an actual sentence from him! It was only after his very serious words were finished that Old Man Yata finally took his seat in his usual spot, his old gnarled walking staff clicking softly against the ground as he does so. From there on, he resumed his usual silence, puffing quietly from his pipe as he waited for the meeting to come to order.

Soma opened his eyes and noticed that Old man Yata had walked into the room and had made it to his chair. Soma also noticed that Akuma, Shiori, and Sodai had appeared in the room also. So they were still missing a couple of captains. There was Akkiko, Niiro, Yuki, Ike, and the new Kenpachi that still needed to show up. So a total of 9 Captains had already made it to the meeting while the other 5 still needed to come. Soma uncrossed his arms and let them hang at his side as he looked at everyone. Soma then opened his mouth and said to Old man Yata.
"Should we start now and fill in the others as they arrive. You know the more time we waste the faster the hollows begin to take over Karakura Town."

Puffing on his old pipe with a small sigh he could only nod " Send them a message of the matter when things here are done. Begin the meeting and explain everything in full" With that Old man Yata slammed his walking staff onto the ground, causing everything to shake momentarily. "Everyone take your seats, this meeting will now begin with out the others. They can catch up later" With that, Old Man yata once again returned to his pipe.(and Iam out for the night. I wil lcatch up tomorrow morning before I goto work)

With that Soma sat down. In the end Everyone else would sit down as well. placed his hands infront of his face as he started thinking on what there first move would be against the hollows. This was all so that they could protect Karakura Town. Soma looked over to Kazei and nodded to him so that they could start the meeting themselves. It was clear the hollows were starting there attack and the living realm needed help taking them out.
"Everyone from what we know in the 5th Division the hollows have began there attack on Karakura Town. From what we also know the there are also going to be Menos Grande in this battle as well. Im not saying that Menos are the strongest hollows there. Hell we could be walking into a trap but, from what we found out Menos were apart of the attack. Any other hollow Adjuntas or higher will require some vice captains and captains to attend this mission as well."
Soma didn't move his hands as he looked at everyone each person would have a different expression on there face. In the end they all knew that fight was to save Karakura Town and help keep them from dieing in a blood bath.
"To be real I would like to hear what anyone else has to say on the matter of this mission."

"I'm sure you don't want your tendons cut without breaking flesh, my dears." - Gankona Naosu, Squad Four Taicho
Nasou gave a respective bow to Old Man Yata before retiring herself to her seat beside Soma, hands in her lap with the sleeves draping downward and just barely above the floor. Her gaze shifted to Akuma, Shiori and Sodai, those she hadn't really taken notice until now. Shiori had always been sly, as Naosu had confirmed with her quiet conversation with the newer Captain. But the woman had a good fuku-taicho for her. Despite Kana being a former member of the sixth and second divisions, it seems she had settled down in the fourteenth. It made the woman smile at the thought before she slipped another piece of candy between her lips as Soma spoke.
"Is this a direct attack to the town itself, or just a select area? If it's just a select area, it'll be unnecessary to send more than one captain and two fuku-taichos. Although, if to the town itself, perhaps a captain more. And either way, I will be unable to provide many members of my division for this mission. I'm short on staff as is at the Hospital and most of my members are still learning to properly locate internal injuries, which are more haphazard than external with the impacts of Hollow Blows..." The woman spoke up, unsure why Soma was leading their meeting. It wasn't like he had superiority over the others...But Naosu let it slide for now. It didn't involve her directly, so she'd wait and see.

Now that old man Yata had showed up, things could finally get moving around a bit. It was beginning to get cramped in the area and sitting in one area for over thirty minutes wasn't really his style. There were things at hand at the moment that he had to be getting to right now. Returning calls from girls he had met back from Karakura town, buying the Massacre Music album that just dropped last week, and hitting up a party that was suppose to be going down sometime around midnight. He returned a nod back to Soma before hopping up from the bench.
"Iight folks, listen up. We got a Menos Grande along with a lump of adjuchas and lower class hollow out. First thing we knock those adjuchas and lower class hollow out of the way. That's the first step. Nobody wants to see the human media take care of that problem for us."
He strolled over from the area around where the benches were. If they thought Soma was annoying by taking it into his own hand, then they were sure as heck going to be pissed at Kazei. But he couldn't quite give a damn what any of them thought. He was his own man and he did what he felt like it. That was just how it was.
"I don't need to go into explanation should that happen, so open your ears up. Unless you wanna spend the next couple of years being sent on missions to play hide & seek with hollows in every corner. Not to mention the adujchas themselves are a force to be reckoned with when their in numbers so be on your guard. The menos grande I'm not worried to munch about. It's the largest walking target in the city for geez sakes. Once the other hollow are taken care of we focus our force all onto the big boy and then BAM it's over. Now I don't know who's all going but that's old man Yata's decision. All I know is what I just explained needs to be done."
He said heading to the door and laying and comfortably laying back against it before popping a lollipop into his mouth. His dark bangs hung lowly above his face, drowning his eyes in nothing but shadow. However he blew upward, letting the light pour into the parted strands.

Akane Shiori "I'm always watching... You cannot hide your sins..."
Shiori listened quietly however her mind drifted to other things, those of which she felt interested her more. Perhaps now would be a good time to pipe-up that she had camera's around Karakura and had caught some on a special film, it might come in handy... And yet she decided to wait, perhaps until her suggestion would be the last peice in a puzzle or perhaps until they figure it out for themselves, her eyes were everywhere. Her camera's covered much of Seireitei, not just was walls as everyone suspected, she covered the offices, the training zones, hospital and even central 46. Everything was monitored now, for the risk of infiltration and false identities was high.
She seemed to perk up when Kazei began the explanation of the event taking place. 'Hmmm. Not my area of concern, the human realm has little to offer me....' SH emused over her thoughts for a bit then shrugged. "This is not my area of work. I will moniter the scene and keep all participants up to date with activities." Honnestly it wasn't that she was lazy, no, she loved to fight, it was the fact that she had other plans in mind and getting herself involvedout there would only delay her work. Leaning back in her chair she chuckled. It felt like a game of cat-and-mouse, shinigami chasing Hollows, but there had to be more of it, a reason behind everything and why it was happening now. Her hands shifted to fold on the edge of the table, clearly she was the type of person that did not sit still for very long, or she'd had more than enough coffee for the day.

Fεεℓ тнε wιnd bℓow thяough my haιя --- ✿ --- Fεεℓ тнε sun dancε wιтн тнε moon Mi Young Chi :: 3rd Division Captain The others filed in, and took their seats. However, without all the other division captains present, it seemed that no one was willing to display the situation, though it seemed that Soma took liberty over the first division captain.
Mi Young expressed concern. It was written all over her face. Then again, many things worried her since there was hardly a time or day that people weren't put in danger, or were falling into a dire situation. Even training days can present great risk, especially during shikai and bankai training. "If something so large as a menos grande is on the loose, then the humans should be evacuated to safety." Mi Young stated her view. "I believe Tsuiraku-san and myself can take care of that department assuming the damage is present at a minimum. Though I still worry that the stray hollows might prove to be the most dangerous."
It concerned Mi Young whether sending her fuku-taicho so early into the rear guard might prove to be something chaotic. He was still too wild and feral to go into duty so soon, and he has yet to understand the concept of being defensive. However, there was little in choice in the matter since the other squad members weren't ready yet, or were out on other duties around the world.
However, there was something under the blanket. The hollows never sent out an attack force so large before, or at least not large enough to call all the captains together to collaborate. There was something else to it, but Mi Young didn't voice it since she did not like presenting something when it might not even be there in the first place. 'Wasted effort means that you lack it in the future or thus otherwise', as the saying goes.

[Akuma] He had been sitting silently listening to the other captains and their input. Kazei's strategy seemed to perk his interest, but before saying anything he waited to hear what the others had to offer. Mi Young and Akane were also inputting some interesting pieces of information. "Excuse me, I'm sorry to interrupt." Akuma stated as he leaned forward from his seat and looked toward the others. "I'm sorry, the name is Akuma, Captain of the seventh division and researcher of combat improvement. I have to admire Kazei's input about thinning the hollows ranks, however it seems a little redundant. A team of Captains and possibly half the gotei 13 squad members all battling a few lower class hollows, if I'm not mistaken the Academy Students could do this job." He spoke boldly. "Forgive me, I do not mean to question or ideas so bluntly. Might I suggest that while a group or two try to fend off the Hollows, the majority of the group go after the said Menos Grande. If the leader falls, then perhaps the followers will fall back, and if not then at the same time their loss of numbers would surely be a contributing factor to their retreat." Akuma finished.

Soma looked at Akuma out of the corner of his eyes and said to him with a calm voice yet it seemed to be highly enlightened about the whole situation. Soma spoke to Akuma and said.
"The hollows leader really isn't in Karakura Town. From how the hollows appeared we can tell that the leader is far from being in Karakura Town. Its simple if we destroy the hollows meaning the Adjuntas, Menos, and lesser hollows we might be able to figure out there plan of attack."
Soma then turned his head to Old man Yata and said to him.
"Old man Yata what do you suppose that we do about this. Who will you send and how soon are they going to go."

Karume smiled slightly as Mi Young held out the small box of dried fruit. While Karume wasn’t usually one for gifts, she did appreciate the fact that she was being given something so sweet. The fruit’s themselves she’d always enjoyed and knowing that they were good, she knew she’d appreciate having them there for her consumption at a later time. Perhaps they’d be a good piece offering if she ever again asked her fuku-taicho into her office, and they would be a tasty treat that she would have an excuse to be eating if anyone ever forced her to stop eating sweets. No doubt she could never eat candy like Naosu did, that simply wasn’t possible, but she did have a sweet tooth on occasion and a sweet fruit would occupy her hunger if she ever so needed it. In the mean time she tucked the box under her arm and moved to her own seat, sitting beside the young woman who’d just handed her the box. She sat and listened for a bit, watching Kazei as a he spoke then proceeded to move against the wall, sucking on a lolli-pop the way she might have expected of Naosu. It seemed as though all the captains had some form of stress relief of some sort, some with candy, others with alcohol, maybe even a few had some other means, but they all had a consumption habit for stress relief. For now she’d have to pay attention for once, they were kind of talking about serious things, it might have been important to care. As much as she disliked Soma, she’d have to at least pay attention to her job, which actually did matter. As the two finished and one of her fellow captains came up with the guts to finally speak up, she looked around to the others who still sat silent, awaiting their turn. “I’ll agree with Aku-tai, it is a bit much to be sending our best to take down the easy ones. Perhaps the best thing to do would, in a better case, be to send a couple of captains to watch over and be able to cover for any issues while having the masses actually be our underlings. I’d be happy enough with recognizing the strength of some of our lower seats; you don’t have to treat that so badly, honestly Soma. In any case, I would agree that sending a few captains is not a bad idea. If there is the chance of higher beings, arrancar or anything our others might have issues with then we’d be at a disadvantage if none of us with there.” she stated simply, looking around the room with a soft sigh. Hopefully she would not be the only one to think that. While having a few captains may have been a good idea, to send all of them leaving would be a bad idea. There was work that still had to get done in seireitei and, while she did offer to have captains go, that didn’t mean she wanted to go. She’d smack Soma if he thought she should go and that was no exaggeration, in fact it might have even been an understatement. She did not really want anyone bothering her about her opinion in this situation. With enemies of hers amongst the group, she did not doubt she’d get words from them, she was simply hoping she wouldn’t have to hear it from them. Sighing softly, she looked over to Naosu, nodding slightly. She’d forgotten about her tea comment for the moment, but the moment she’d remembered she decided she speak with her about that later, once the meeting was over. Sure, Karume did have a tendency to escape in a bottle of Sake, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t enjoy herself with a cup of tea, it wasn’t an impossible feat, not in the least bit. True, she might have preferred the alcohol, but she could just as easily enjoy a gentle calming liquid like tea, she’d enjoyed it before, that hadn’t changed much.

Soma looked at Ike as he entered the area. It was sad to see a Captain enter late. Now they were missing three captains that never seemed to want to show up on time. Soma didn't say anything at all to Ike or Karume his man focus was what Old man Yata had to say. In the end Karume was being an a** like always and he didn't have time to play her little games and fuss between each other and cause different things. Soma turned his head back to Old man Yata and awaited for what they were going to do about the hollows that were attacking Karakura Town. It was simple if they were going to help then the time to help would be now and not later. Soma then said to Ike without looking at him.
"Ike next time make sure you make it to the meetings on time. We don't have time to wait for you or any of the other captains to come before we start a meeting. Im going to let this be known so Captain Yata doesn't have to tell you this."
