"Such a large family!" She gasped out loud. "You don't have a Father?" She asks him, in a gentle tone, unsure whether it'd upset him if she asked or not. She removes her head from his paws and looks him in the eye, her own sparkling from almost crying twice at the thought of losing her family. But, she knew she was right and would see them again at some point.

"No I don't have a father.... Well I mean I suppose I technically do have a father but he has never been around. My mom doesn't really talk about him. She is happy to have us as her babies and we make up the family." The fact that he didn't have a father didn't really bug Zuberi, he hadn't spent that much time thinking about it.
Seeing the tears in Twana's eyes made Zuberi incredibly sad. He lifted one of his paws and grazed her face with it. "Please don't be sad my young one." Zuberi said to Twana... then blushed realizing what he had said to her.

Twana smiles brightly to him, her cheeks flushing terribly at being called 'his'. She lowers her head trying to hide her blush. "I'm not overly sad anymore Zuberi." She smiles to herself at saying his name for the first time since their original encounter.

Zuberi snuggled Twana at the mention of his name. " I will never let anything happen to make you sad." Zuberi told her. He was going to take care of his little one he was sure of that. Zuberi knew he was just youngen but he was going to be responsible for her, one day if not know.
He nuzzled her head with his, "I should not be keeping you up so late at night, are you doing ok? " Zuberi asked her. He didn't really want to leave her but he didn't want to cause harm to from keeping her up all night.

She yawns again, this time for real and then nuzzles Zuberi back. "Stay with me tonight?" She asks. "Stay til dawn?" Her eyes were near pleading. She'd have to tell her parents soon enough of her late night ventures and ofh er leaving them.

Zuberi was firts taken back by his little ones request, not in a bad way but in a way that touched him. "Of course I will stay with you Twana. " He of course was referring to just this night but in the long run he also meant forever. "You have to promise me that you will sleep at least a little while I am here though." Zuberi told her. He didn't want her to get sick from lack of sleep... she was still so young, though obviously very mature.

Twana didn't even hear his request. She was already sound asleep. Her head still resting on his paws although she scooted the rest of herself closer to gather his body warmth. She had let her tail drift closer to him and it skitters on the ground softly as she dreams of him. Just a simple dream, them together in the fields as they were every night but, there was an eclipse and they sat together witnessing it.

Zuberi had been watch his little one sleep for hours. He could tell when she was dreaming and it was an endearing sight to see. He knew now that the dawn was approaching and he was sad that he would have to leave her soon.
He gave Twana a little nudge, "Wake up my young one." he said softly. He could feel her stir sweetly beside him. He gave her a small lick on her cheek. He was really sad that she would be leaving her for the day.

She groans lightly and blinks twice noticing the sky had changed to a light red/orange, a soft frown hit her lips and she looked to Zuberi. "You have to go.." She says softly, stating a realization more than anything. "I will try my best to get into your pack, I don't want to be without you." She says, even being just a pup she let her feelings go and speak their mind.

"Sadly it is time for me to go." Zuberi really was sad to leave her again. "I hope you get into the pack soon, but I will be back tonight, get more sleep." Zuberi stretched and stood up getting ready to depart. He leaned back down to lick the top of Twana's head.
Zuberi was confused by the feelings that filled him, he knew he was young to be feeling this way but he didn't care. As he ran back to his pack land his thoughts were till on Twana.
