@ Naaku: but yours looks so good. eek it even has line edits.
mine is only the result of much playing and a tutorial i found in arabic... i don't speak arabic... gonk so most of what i did was guess work. and i have no idea how to make a darker body, for instance. sweatdrop

the shading i used from the template, but when i put the color layer on top it comes out looking really light for some reason.
any tutorials would be awesome though. thanks. heart
i'm going to see if i can borrow my friend's template too, to see if i can figure out how to do line edits. he may not let me though, but i can ask. ^_^; right now i'm just using the touch pad on my laptop.
i've gotta go for now though... get lunch and work on homework and studying for my upcoming exam. gonk i'll be back on later though. 3nodding

I am getting a tablet in a few days, belated birthday present from my mum, so if anyone wants help with theirs, I am more than willing to help out. At the moment I am using a laptop touchpad. ^^;;

When I get my tablet I will make my other two CYO, I figured that I would keep the two Chou in the same shakey mouse styles, though. xD;

EDIT:: I found two black spots on the body of Chou that were missed, they were hair color that had been erased, so I fixed that... and she is now flipped on her cert! That was an accident, but it looks better that way I think. xD;

Sanrio did that with a her touchpad? I couldnt even do a straight line with my touchpad. Ive improved my lines and edits since ive gotten my tablet but i still fail at them. Id really ask for your help for some hair edits when you get your tablet cuz id at least like my guy to have some hair.

Im trying to upload him now so that i can post his WIP here for design advice.

Okay, id figure id post this here since everyone else is trying to upload for the same reason as me.
Im having a problem uploading my CYO in photobucket. For some reason it keeps telling me the the file type is invalid. I save it as a PNG file before i save it so i figure it should work but it doesnt. I even tried one to see if saving it as a JPEG woulod work but it didnt.
I was told having my Photoshop registered would help, yet it is registered and it still doesnt work.
I would really like some help so that i may upload my CYO.

Hmmm. It has been like this all day? I uploaded just fine this morning, soon after even when I editted Chou's image and cert. I even just uploaded an image now... I don't know, did you use the bulk upload option?
