Anyel frowns at the listing. Undead...that doesn't sound very good. He looks for more information.

The announcement requests that you show up at a manor in town at noon. Directions to the manor are given and noon is only an hour away.

It certainly won't hurt to look into it, and if people need to be protected from the undead.... Anyel studies the directions, then sets off in the direction of the manor.

As Anyel turns around, he bumps into something large and solid that knocks him on his rear. He peers up and... Is that a giant? No, it's a woman. A tall woman with severe features. As Anyel stares up at her, he realizes that his hood has fallen. She seems unconcerned. Reaching down, she lifts him to his feet and then steps past him to look at the bulletin.

He immediately puts his hood back up, looking around automatically to see if anyone noticed. His scales would shine brightly in the nearly-noonday sun. At least the woman hadn't reacted...oh, that's right. "Er, please excuse me, ma'am," he says, offering her an awkward little bow.

She seems taken aback by the concept of manners. Finally she manages a "The fault was mine." But she seems more concerned with the job listings than human(oid) interaction.
Meanwhile! Bel has just arrived in the town. He's been on the road for a few days as he follows a major trade route east. However, after traveling so long, he now finds himself in desperate need of coin.

Bel's eyes light up at the sight of civilization, the smell of food and wood smoke, horses, the clatter of merchants and busy people. Finally!
Where there were people, there was an audience. Maybe he could turn a coin or two and get himself some food and a soft bed. And maybe a bed mate for the night. He grins to himself and heads on into the town with a cheerful will.

Bel may make a streetwise check if he wishes to find out if anything is going on in the town.

(Don't forget to add your ranks in streetwise. That's 8 all together.)
As far as Bel can tell, this town is boring. There aren't even any interesting potential bed mates. And no one seems that interested in a performance. He does, however, notice a bulletin board with job postings.

Bel sighs after a quick assessment. Another boring, peasant-y lot. Oh! A bulletin board with job postings! Maybe this town isn't a complete wash after all.
Bel trots to the board to take a look.

As Bel is trotting over, he thinks he sees something shiny in the midday sun and, as the object moves, vaguely human-shaped, but his view is blocked by a tall woman.

Oooh, shiney! Bel tries to crane his neck to see around the tall woman...man that woman was HUGE.
Bel ventures closer to try and get a better look.

Alas! By the time Bel gets there, whatever was shiny has now disappeared. All he sees is the tall woman stepping past a hooded figure.
