"It just took me a while to think of such a good idea." Josh decided. "Let's go to the art shop!" He took hold of Vinny's sleeve, and started to drag him. "Come on, we have to get Nattie the perfect present!"
Vinny nodded. "He likes to impress the girls." He said, rolling his eyes. "I think it's a 'Prince Charming' thing. He seems to like acting like a knight, or something. He's much nicer when we're home." He frowned, and pushed his older brother away. "I can walk just fine." He said.

The tall girl giggled softly at Vinny's words as she stood and gathered her parcels so she could follow the boys just in case something else was going to happen. It seemed to be her entertainment for the day, watching these particular brothers. "He's just excited over his idea," she grinned as she took on a slower and lazier stride, her tail twitching behind her.
It was cute the way Josh seemed to behave just over a girl. She quietly paused at the entrance of the art shop and she pondered the possibility of buying herself some clay to play around with, maybe she'd make something nice! "I think I'll buy myself some clay to make something with," she announced out loud more or less to herself.

Vinny rolled his eyes again, but was too modest to point out that it had been his idea in the first place. He'd let Josh take the glory--this time. Next time--okay, maybe he'd let Josh take the credit then too. That was usually how it went. "Clay's fun." He said, looking at Wynni with a smile. "Going to make something cool?" He asked.
Josh turned around to frown at the two. "You guys!" He protested. "Could you walk any slower? At this rate, there won't be anything left!"
Vinny sighed. "The art store's always being restocked." He pointed out. "It's unlikely that they'll run out of anything soon."

"Going to try," she replied to Vinny with a small chuckle and shrugged, "might as well have something to do with my time. I always find myself looking for more to do all the time; it kind of tends to annoy my mom because after a while I start getting into things." The smile turned into a small sheepish grin and she shrugged causing her wings to shift subtly.
Pink eyes shifted to gaze at Josh slightly ahead of them and she giggled at Vinny's retort and she nodded faintly, "Yeah, they do, and if they don't have it out in stock we can usually ask if they have anything in back. I am sure they'll be happy to check if we ask nicely," Wynni pointed out patiently as she moved forward. Most of the time if you were nice to the staff in the store they do their best to please you.

"I know people like that." Vinny said with a nod and smile. "Mom says it's called being.. Dill-dilligent" The boy frowned slightly, that word always gave him trouble. "I like keeping busy myself--there's always something new to do at our house."
Joshua looked up at Wynni. "Do they really?" He asked, sounding relieved. "Then I guess we don't have to hurry." Still, that didn't keep him from walking as quickly as he could.

The preteen nodded at Vinny in an encouraging manner, "Yep. My birth-mother is Polondraeli the Diligence Angel, so I guess that has a lot to do with it," She grinned lightly as she proudly stated her angelic lineage while they walked in to the store. For a moment she seemed distracted as she gazed at the selection, they had so many art things! So awesome! She was glad she had helped Vinny 'implant' the idea in Josh's head. Wynni nodded at Joshua with a small smile, "Not at all, we got all the time in the world, hopefully," she giggled softly as she gazed at the displays, "What kinds of supplies are you going to look for?"
