General
The rank of General is the highest rank attainable via promotion through combat. A General can command an entire army, consisting of up to one hundred thousand soldiers, from the field or from home. Some Generals serve in the planning and overseeing of missions while others are placed in charge of bases or planets. In the marine corps, the General usually commands marine contingents for flagship-class warships, or as commander of naval bases inversely with the Admiral naval rank.
