Danari: *Dozing lightly, not asleep, but really awake either. Her tail wrapped around one of Janus' legs as she's curled up against him, burrowed into the warmth. Her wings folded behind her back*

Janus: -Sleeping in content with light breathing, his tail and an arm wrapped around Danari while his head rests on top of hers-

Danari: *Slowly wakes up all the way and resists yawning. She looks around at what she can make out in her room without moving. Upon remembering all the happened last night, she smiles and lightly nuzzles Janus*

Janus: -Shifts a bit as he starts to wake up from the nuzzling. Grunts and mumbles something incoherent, his brain starting to wake up along with him and kick in to register where he is and what happened last night. Runs a hand through his hair as his eyes half open and stare at wall in front of him for a moment-

Danari: *Tenses a little while trying to figure out if Janus is awake or not. Remains quiet and perfectly still, her ears perked for any sign that he's awake since she can't really see with no lights on*

Janus: -Blinks a few times, his eyes finally fully opening as he starts to officially come to and wake up. Closes his eyes back up and tightens his hold a bit as he remains silent. Nips at one of Ri's ears-

Danari: *Flicks the nipped and purrs a little* Good morning to you too

Janus: -Softly grunts/groans in response- How long have you been awake?

Danari: Been up and down for a couple of hours or so, just really woke up though

Janus: Hm, couldn't really sleep or something?

Danari: Nah. I slept good, just one of those things where I wake up, but didn't feel like getting up, so I tried to get back to sleep, but really couldn't. *Decides not to mention that the reason she didn't get up was because she didn't know how she could without waking him up*

Janus: So you couldn't sleep and suddenly decide to nuzzle me? -shrugs- I guess that is one way to pass the time if you aren't going to get up.

Danari: *Shrugs* Couldn't help it, your nice and warm *Nuzzles at Janus again, then kisses at the base of his neck* How'd you sleep?

Janus: -Softly purrs at the nuzzling and kiss- Besides being a bit confused when I was dazed off, I think I slept well.

Danari: *Smiles at the purr and answers it with one of her own that's a bit louder* That's good. If you'd like to get more sleep, I'll leave you be if you want

Janus: I think I am alright, sleep wise at least, even if I didn't expect what happened to happen last night.

Danari: Hmm, if it makes you feel any better, neither did I

Janus: And yet is still happened, which could mean 2 things.

Danari: *Pulls back a little and cocks her head* What?

Janus: -Shrugs- You figure it out.

Danari: But what if what I come up with and what you've come up with are two different things?

Janus: Then I guess we have a problem and will have to fix that.

Danari: But before we could do that wouldn't we have to tell each other the conclusions that we've come to?

Janus: Well no duh. How else will we figure this out?

Danari: Alright....You go first

Janus: Why should I go first? I'm the one who brought it up, but you're the one that wanted the sex in the first place.

Danari: *Fidgets in the dark, then pulls the covers up to her chin since she full heartedly expects to fail with her answers* Well uh, obviously it could mean that we're attracted to each other?

Danari: *Mumbles* I said you were the smart one *Blushes and the fidgets again* Uhh, no you wouldn't. *Not quite sure if she wants to say the other thing it could mean, in her head, because she hates saying stuff like that...or anything regarding feelings. Janus: -Pats Danari on the head and grins- And here I thought there was no chance in the world for you to be smart.

Danari: *Blinks, ears flicking* I got it right?

Janus: ...And now I think it is slipping again.

Danari: *Rolls her eyes then nips at his shoulder*

Janus: What? I'm just telling the truth.

Danari: Doesn't matter *Kisses the spot she nipped* I felt like biting you anyways *Stretches, the tip of her tail twitching and lightly thumping against Janus' leg*

Janus: -Rolls his eyes- Well don't I feel special. -Lets go of Danari and stretches a bit as he sits up and leans back against the headboard-

Danari: *Unwinds her tail from around his leg and sits up, dangling her legs over the edge. Hops off the bed and carefully picks her way to her dresser before digging through a drawer in the dark*

Janus: -Yawns as his tail swishes around under the covers. Eyes scan the floor so he can pick out where his stuff is, then rise to pick out Danari's figure and watch her-

Danari: *Slips on some clean undies before moving to a new drawer. Digs out a large shirt and tugs that on easily, having gotten used to the wings. Then moves onto a new drawer and tags on some shorts. Carefully picks her way over to the light switch* You ready for the lights to come on?

Janus: -Crosses his arms and inwardly mumbles since he prefers the dark with his eyes being sensitive to light and all, but nods anyway- Yeah, go ahead and turn it on.

Danari: *Flips the light on and squints her eyes against it, waiting till the adjust. Looks over all his armor on the floor* You ever get uncomfortable with all that stuff on?

Janus: -Rubs his eyes when the lights are turned on since they sting a bit, but eventually shrugs it off- From time to time, but I'm used to it.

Danari: *Inwardly grins as she walks over and plops down on Janus' lap. Puts her best innocent look on* Shall I make breakfast?

Janus:-Carefully eyes the look with a bit of curiosity and suspicion, but lets it go- If you want to.

Danari: Anything in particular you want? Or shall I make a ham and egg omelet?

Janus: -Ear flicks as he thinks. Shakes his head as he scratches the back of his head- The omelet is fine.

Danari: Alright *Leans in to kiss him*

Janus: -Leans up and returns the kiss-

Danari: *Nips at his bottom lip before pulling back and combing a hand through his hair. Cocks her head as she stares at him in a thoughtful manner*

Janus: -Relaxes a bit under the combing. Blinks and stares back at her- What are you staring at me for now?

Danari: No reason, just thinking *Strokes his cheek before hopping off his lap and heading to the door* You want me to turn the light off? *Opens the door to head into the living room and gather up the stuff for 'breakfast'*

Janus: -Watches Danari hop off his lap and shifts to get comfortable again- No, just leave it. I'll get up soon anyway.

Danari: Alright *Slips out and closes the door behind her. Briefly ponders over the weirdness of having a naked hot guy in her bed, then shuffles over to her mini fridge to dig out the eggs and ham*

Janus: -Sighs as he leans further against the head board and thinks back to everything that happened. Grins and inwardly chuckles to himself as he wonders how exactly it all happened in the first place, but lets it be as he slips out of the bed and starts to get dressed. Pulls on his boxers and pants and debates actually putting on the rest of the stuff. In the end he just slips on the shirt without the armor on it and tosses the rest of the stuff to the side-

Danari: *Sets the eggs and ham on the coffee table before slipping on her big clunky leather working boots and heading into her workshop. Picks up a near by rake and drags it along, making zig zagging patterns, almost kind of like in the zen gardens. Once she's finished she heads back inside and heads to the bathroom while humming*

Janus: -Combs his fingers through his hair and then gathers it up, leaving a few strands falling over his face, and ties it back. Ears perk at the sound of humming and someone approaching-

Danari: *Heads into the bathroom and walks right to the bathroom cupboard. Stacked neatly on the top two shelves are: dishes, and pots and pans. Grabs a pan and the stares at the large head shaped dent in it.* Oh yeah... *Shrugs, grabs down another pan and heads back out to the living room. tosses the dent pan onto a couch, calls out* You want any bacon or anything with your omelet?

Janus: -Head out in to the living room once he is done and stares at the dent in the pan on the couch- Uh..yeah, sure... -Is curious, but won't ask-

Danari: *Follows his stare* Got a visit from one of the local spooks, so I cracked him over the head *Shrugs, then digs out some bacon from the fridge* Then I just forgot to fix the pan *Stacks the egg, bacon, and ham onto the pan then heads into the workshop*

Janus: A local spook? -Picks the pan up and looks it over- There are several of those around her, so which one are you talking about?

Danari: He had a long ponytail and old fashioned clothes *Heads to the oven and turns on the burner* Covered in blood *Puts the pan on the burner and begins cutting up the ham and tossing it into the pan*

Janus: -Ears pin back as he matches a face to the description. Scuffs- That guy...Wonder what he wanted from you.

Danari: *Begins adding the eggs* Don't know, don't think he'll be back though. You know him?

Janus: -Tosses the pan back on the couch- We have met once or twice, but I don't exactly know him.

Danari: *Looks back at the doorway while using the spatula to stir the eggs and ham* What's your make of him? He seem very dangerous or anything?

Janus: To me, no. To someone else... -shrugs- Seems so from what I have heard about him.

Danari: What have you heard?

Janus: Just random stuff. People he has targeted, ehat he has done, what he's like, ect ect. He has a thing for messing around with his victims while trying to kill them. Nothing sexual or anything though.

Danari: So he's not a creepy rapist?

Janus: If he is, then there is no info on it running around right now.

Danari: Well that's reassuring. *Puts the pan on a different burner and heads back inside to go to the bathroom and get some plates*

Janus: -Shrugs- Well his targets are both guys if that is anything to you.

Danari: Maybe he's gay then *Heads back into the workroom and dumps the eggs onto one of the plates, then starts on the bacon. Once the bacon is simmering, holds the plate of eggs and another plate out to Janus* Here you go, the silverware is in the cupboard in the bathroom

Janus: -Takes the plate and raises a brow- You keep everything in your bathroom?

Danari: Yeah, didn't need much space, and they're all clean

Janus: -Shrugs- If you say so. -Sets his plate on the coffee table and heads to the bathroom-

Danari: *Finishes up the bacon then dumps it onto another plate. Heads back inside, closing the door to her workshop. Sets the plate of bacon the coffee table and then takes the pan into the bathroom to clean it*

Janus: -Opens the cupboard and stares at all the plates and silverware in there with slight amusement. Shrugs and takes what her needs, then slips out as he sees Danari coming-

Danari: Dig in *Motions to the bacon, then starts cleaning the pan in the sink*

Janus: -Does a quick nods of the head and heads back to the living room. Takes a seat on the couch and tastes some of the bacon-

Danari: *Takes a seat next to Janus and pulls over her laptop. Checks something on it while nibbling on some bacon*

Janus: -Continues nibbling on his own bacon and leans over a bit to see what Danari is doing-

Danari: *Poking around on her web site, checking for new orders* I need to get some of my newer stuff up...

Janus: Still not doing as well as you want to?

Danari: Not really, I keep getting orders for wedding rings though

Janus: At least you are getting something, even if it is weird.

Danari: Yeah, but most ask for cutesy stuff. I like the weird ones, but I hate cutesy. Like...flowers and stuff, blah

Janus: You shouldn't complain as long as they are paying. Especially if they are paying you well.

Danari: Yeah... *Ears perk* Ohh, I got a knife order

Janus: -Shakes his head and goes back to his bacon-

Danari: *Closes her laptop and sets it to the side* Any eggs left?

Janus: -Nods to the plate- Yeah, there is.

Danari: *Reaches over and scoops some onto her plate* Any good?

Janus: -Nods- It's not bad. Least I'm not dead yet.

Danari: *Raises a brow* What? You thought I was going to have deadly cooking or something?

Janus: It was just an idea. -shrugs-

Danari: Can't blame you really

Janus: Why is that?

Danari: I wouldn't peg me as a cook if I was someone else

Janus: I guess anyone can..cook, you can just cook without relying on a microwave-

Danari: .... *Looks to the side and forks some eggs into her mouth*

Janus -Shrugs and just relaxes on the couch- Don't choke.

Danari: *Flips Janus off while continuing to eat*

Janus: -Rolls his eyes and slaps Danari on the back of the head-

Danari: *Coughs and presses hand to her mouth since she has food in it. Glowers*

Janus: What? You asked for it.

Danari: *Swallows her food* If I end up dying because of something you do, I'm haunting your a**

Janus: -Scuffs- Right, I'll remember that at your funeral.

Danari: Don't think I won't, if that ghost guy can float around here, so can I

Janus: Whatever you say. You're the vengeful one here.

Danari: Damn straight I am *Scowls at what's left of her eggs, not really hungry anymore*

Janus: Aw, someone need a hug?

Danari: *Raises a brow at Janus*

Janus: Or you can be bitchy. -shrugs-

Danari: Didn't peg you as the hugging type

Janus: I'm not. I was being sarcastic there.

Danari: Thought so *Leans back agains the couch, pull her knees up and her shirt*

Janus: What? You wanted a hug or something?

Danari: *Blinks in surprise* I do?

Janus: Yep. So harsh and unloving. Bad for your karma.

Danari; *Looks down at the ground and scowls, mutters* I can be loving...How's it sad?

Janus: -Turns his head so Ri ends up kisses his lips instead of his cheek-

Danari: *Ears perk, softly purrs while lingering with the kiss*

Danari: *Shifts and leans against Janus a little* You all done?

Janus: Hm? -Ears perk a bit as Danari leans against him- Yeah, I think I am.

Danari: Anything you want to do now?

Janus: We could have done that treausre hunt, but it is a little late for that I guess.

Danari: Maybe tomorrow?

Janus: Maybe, if you really want to.

Danari: I do...it sounds fun

Janus: Then I guess we are going to try it tomorrow then.

Danari: Are you staying the night again?

Janus: -Blinks and stares at the ceiling- If you want me here, if not I guess I'm leaving.

Danari: If I didn't want you here *Lifts the dented pan* You'd know it

Janus: Well then, I'll be staying here again then.

Danari: *Smiles a little but hides it under her shirt collar* Lucky for us then, I have a big enough bed

Janus: If you didn't then that would be a problem and I would probably be on the floor or something.

Danari: Nah, I have at least some manners. I'd give you the bed and sleep on one of the couches

Janus: And I would have no problem with that.

Danari: Tired? *Takes her knees out from under her shirt and pushes to her feet, gathers up the dishes and heads to the bathroom*

Janus: A little, I guess.

Danari: *Calls out as she starts to clean the dishes in the sink* You can go ahead and head to bed if you want?

Janus: -Leans back against the couch, arms crossed- I'm fine. I don't need to sleep, yet.

Danari: *Comes back out a couple of minutes later and takes a seat on the arm of the couch* Need anything?

Janus: I don't know. My life to come over here with me before I go crazy?

Danari: ...Nah, to easy. *Crosses her legs so she balances on the arm rest* Wouldn't you rather go back to it?

Janus: Sometimes, but, eh sometimes not, but I figure that is normal.

Danari: *Nods* It is, it'd be weird if you didn't

Janus: Why is that?

Danari: Because what you knew your whole life, is gone and you're stuck here

Janus: What about you, do you wish you could go back?

Danari: *Shakes her head*

Janus: -Raises a brow- No, why not?

Danari: *Shrugs* As I'm sure you've realized, my personality is the kind most people don't like. So, I wasn't the most popular person in town. And well, after my brother left I was kind of *Rubs her arm and mumbles*

Janus: -Taps a finger on his arm- What, kind of...lonely?

Danari: That and *Rubs the back of her neck* I was under investigation from the police

Janus: Well that's nothing exciting...

Danari: For you maybe *Scowls at the memory of it all*

Janus: Psh. You aren't the only one who was hated, though I was hated outside my clan, so it wasn't a big deal when I was home. Try moving around when you are wanted in a good list of towns and empires.

Danari: *Shakes her head* I meant that it's not exciting for you because you don't know the full story, I can't tell you anyways though. *Shifts so that she's facing Janus while continuing to balance on the arm rest* And I also meant that compared to your life, my stuff is all small time I imagine. I wouldn't expect exciting stuff to me to be as exciting to you

Janus: -Shifts so he is laid out on the couch and shrugs- You never know until you say something. Just cause someone lived a different life doesn't mean they can't so interest in something different.

Danari: *Tucks her shirt over her knees* Do you want to know?

Janus: If you are willing to tell, then I'll listen.

Danari: Well *Runs a hand through her hair as she figures out how to tell the story without giving out Calum's secret* One of my friends got into major trouble, and it wasn't his fault, and he got....sick. Essentially the whole town was calling for his head on a platter and the people were in charge were going to give the masses what they wanted. My brother was of high rank with in the police department and he let my friend go, and then he vanished himself. Of course since the people didn't get what they wanted, they were pissed. Friend was gone, and my brother with him. So, they wanted to put me on the chopping block in their place.

Janus: -Ears and tail flicks as he listens to the story and ponders what kind of "sick" she is talking about- Sounds like your town if really messed up, but then again people are always trying to kill off what they don't understand.

Danari: It was full of religious zealots. *Shifts* Anyways, I booked it out of there. There was nothing left for me there and I really couldn't afford to have the cops sniffing around me. *Shrugs*

Janus: At least you made it out, and no one really wants your head here.

Danari: Hmm, I don't know about that *Grins a little* I'm pretty sure my ex's wife wanted my head when he realized who I was. *Cocks her head* And there were a couple of times where you looked like you wanted my head

Janus: -Turns and looks up at Danari- I won't deny that fact, and yet there it is still sitting on your shoulder

Danari: I'm hoping it stays there

Janus: Then stick to peoples' good sides or stay away from them.

Danari: *Raises a brow figuring that her personality says it all*

Janus: Don't worry, I don't figure you to do such a thing.

Danari: The line and I have a very well intertwined relationship *Crosses her fingers and holds it up while nodding* We're like this

Janus: -Rolls his eyes- As I've seen multiple times since the day we first met.

Danari: *Grins, then wiggles. Slides off the arm of the couch and walks over to stretch out on the other couch* It makes life more interesting

Janus: Well you know some relationships don't last forever, so you have to wonder how long you two can be that tight.

Danari: Until I get killed or for whatever reason, find a reason to settle down

Janus: -Folds his arms behind his head and props his feet on the arm of the couch- I have a feeling one will come way before the other does.

Danari: *Blinks and rolls onto her stomach* And which are you thinking?

Danari: *Shakes her head* I went first earlier, it's your turn to go first

Janus: -Shrugs- It could go either way.

Janus: -Scuffs and scratches his nose- Yeah, a ninja who is more in to annoying her target than killing it. -Looks over at Ri- What are you smirking about?

Janus: -Rolls over to his back is turned and curls his tail around his waist- Don't get too cocky in your skills.

Danari: *Stares at Janus' back* Why not?

Janus: Cause it can end up being a downfall in the bigger picture of things.

Danari: It could, if I was honestly cocky about it *Pushes up and shuffles off to get a blanket*

Janus: -Stretches and gets more relaxed on the couch as he stares up at the ceiling- Just a warning.

Danari: Yeah yeah, thanks I think *Sighs and thumps her head agains the wall in her bedroom* You want a blanket?

Janus: -Ears flick at the faint sound of the thump- No, I don't need one. -Starts to wonder why he even uses one when he is naturally warm-

Danari: Alright then *Shuffles back out in a Ninja Turtle blanket, curls back up on the other couch*

Janus: ...What's with the blanket?

Danari: *Blinks* I was cold

Janus: No I mean...the turtles on the blanket..

Janus: -Raises a brow- ...Your worlds are just.. -shakes his head-

Janus: And I never said you did, especially since you don't seem to have a problem with it anyway. -Spins so he is sitting up right again and gets up to his feet. Stretches and walks off to the bedroom-

Danari: The looks are nice, the attitude is better. *Shifts and peeks out from under the blanket* Going to bed?

Janus: I could be, or maybe I'm heading to the bathroom to stab my eyes out with some forks. -Waves a hand- Who knows.

Danari: Stab your eyes out? Why would you want to do that?

Janus: -Stops and heads back to the living room, arms crossed- ...I'm starting to wonder if you are slower than I first thought you were.

Danari: *Thrusts a finger in the air* I am VERY slow, especially when I'm not really thinking *Rolls off the couch then onto her feet and shuffles to the bedroom*

Janus: -Shakes his head with a sigh and follows Danari to the bedroom-

Danari: *Dumps her blanket on the floor, then sheds her shorts before crawling into bed*

Janus: -Walks over to his pile of amor and strips down to his boxers, then undoes his hair and ruffles it a bit-

Danari: *Watches Janus while laying on her side, her wings hanging over the side of the bed*

Janus: -Stops ruffling his hair and looks at Danari from the corner of his eye- Find something interesting?

Danari: Maybe *Yawns then burrows under the covers*

Janus: -Starts to think Ri is more like some kind of groundhog than a cat with all the burrowing. Runs a hand through his hair to make sure nothing is tangled and then slips in to the bed-

Danari: *Immediately shifts to curl against Janus and his warmth*

Janus: -Yawns as he shifts and rolls over, wrapping an arm around Danari as he drifts off-

Danari: *Softly purr before slowly drifting off herself*

Danari: *Quietly peeks into Janus' room to gather up any of her stuff that she might've left behind*

Janus: -Is laid out on his bad, arms folded on his stomach and book open and covering his face-

Danari: *Blinks and stares at Janus. Part of her find it extremely adorable, the other part finding it hilarious. Bites her bottom lip to hold in a laugh before trying to quietly pick over the floor, scooping up her wallet and keys*

Janus: -Ears turns lightly at the sound of something or someone sneaking in to his room. Lifts the book up and stares at Danari- You're not very good at sneaking in to someone's room.

Danari: *Shrugs* I tried, and isn't it the though that counts?

Janus: What thought? You're snuck in to my room.

Danari: With the intention of quietly collecting my things and letting you sleep *Stuffs her keys and wallet into her pocket*

Janus: -Carefully swings back over to climb down- Hold on and hope you don't fall. -Grins as he starts to climb down the side of the building again-

Janus: -Rolls his eyes as he continues to climb down the wall, leaving little marks where his claws dig in to the wall- Then I guess it won't be funny if I jump the rest of the way down.

Janus: Maybe, maybe not. If I wanted to, I certainly could just let go of the wall and jump down.

Danari; If I didn't die of a heart attack, I'd probably have to strangle you *Opens her eyes to sneak a peek at the ground*

Janus: Like you practically aren't on your way to doing that now. -Looks down to try and estimate the height to see if he really wants to jump the rest of the way-

Danari: Hmm? *Grumbles and blushes a little before loosening her hold a little. Shifts to hide her face in the curve of his neck*

Janus: -Tightens his grip on the wall and adjusts himself to ready himself to push off the wall- You might want to tighten your hold again.

Danari: *Does as she's told without arguing, figuring it'd be pointless to*

Janus: -Takes one final look at the ground and then pushes off the wall getting enough space to ensure a safe fall and landing-

Janus: -Keeps his eyes locked on the ground as the two of them fall, easily landing on his feet like it is nothing once they hit the ground- I assume you had fun? -Grins-

Janus: -Lightly shivers and purrs as he sort of bites down on her shoulder when his shoulder is scrapped along. Wraps his arms around her waist while pulling her closer and moving in closer himself-

Danari: *Lets out a hissing purr when her shoulder is bitten, her nails digging into his back a little*

Danari: Why do you think? *Looks over the cut, then dumps the bloody cotton balls on top of the pieces of his shirt. Grabs up more alcohol drenched cotton balls and climbs onto the couch. Crouches down and pushes his hair out of the way to start cleaning his back*

Janus: I think I know, just wanted to make sure. -Hisses and growls at the pain shooting through his body when the cut on his back is touched for cleaning-

Danari: Mhmm *Slips back into silence, frowning at his back while wondering if she should clean the cuts more or not*

Janus: -Closes his eyes and slouches down a bit, biting his lips since moving irritated the cuts on his back- You almost done?

Danari: Yeah, just have to put on the bandages

Janus: -Nods- Alright. -Just concentrates on raising his temperature to see if that will sooth the pain-

Danari: *Dumps more bloody cotton balls with the rest. Opens up the thing of bandages and then begins wrapping up Janus' wounds*

Janus: -Tenses a bit and stays still so Ri can bandage him up-

Danari: *Does a somewhat efficient job. It's not the best, nut not te worst either. Slips off the couch and puts away the first aid stuff, then gathers up the bloody cotton balls and shirt pieces. Heads into the bathroom with them*

Janus: -Lays on his stomach on the couch, just happy he can lay down now and not have to move around-

Danari: *Comes back out with a blanket and tosses it over Janus. Goes over and kicks off her boots, then sits on the other couch*

Janus: -Closes his eyes and mumbles out a "Thanks"-
