.12-.56's.
That'll give you a nice, deep, crunchy sound.
Anyone know the average guage for the B on a 7 string?
I'm pretty sure the B on a 7 is a .56 xD
I'm using .46's and i'm in Eb... i'll probably end up going down to Drop Bb though xD I like the kinda... weird sound you get from having too light a gauge.as if on fire24 DR Black Beauties. I would use .54's or .52's.

i use medium blue steel strings man nothing gets better than that.
