The Green Man looked relieved when the transformation went successfully, and he slowly drifted back out of the hall to find Lilium and tell her the news.

Sajhiri waddled off to her room for a small nap demanded by her growing child.

((Jhiri's meds demand she take a nap now (as if her craptastic poses weren't indication of that...heh). Please proceed and consider Cervus and Jhiri both out of the hall for the time being.))

Rosa walked in rather quickly, wondering what commotion her kin were up to already. She ended up standing off aways, close - but not against one of the fabric decked walls, so that she had angled herself with a perfect view of the main dancing area and the result of the transformation. A crimson feathered mask with a red and gold gown may have shrouded her identity to some, if the very colors of the outfit hadent given it away. Watching her person for more then a couple of minutes might have further given her identity away, however, as she couldent seem to go three minutes without batting the crimson works of hair behind her mask, playing with her nails or smoothing out her dress.

"Oh this always happens.." She muttered heavily and somewhat annoyed to herself, glancing lazily at the transformation aways before her. "Poor girl. Honestly though, women and their need to show their pain infront of *everyone* and create a big circus out of it. I never did that..." As if the self-delusion of these facts made her feel better, she nodded in agreement with herself. Figuring nobody else could really hear her little mumbling, she continued with them, gazing around the room making little remarks about peoples outfits.

Nodding, Feles reached up, smiling to the other Fey. It wasn't that he didn't smile... it was that he didn't do it often unless it suited his purpose. Now, however, he flashed his best 'happyfuntime' grin at Lupinus and moved to pad along behind him, boucing on the balls of his feet as he moved, as Youko had told him to do. The fox had gone on for ages about how cute he looked, and Feles swore that when this was over, he'd find out just how sharp the point of the costume horn really was.

"Okay!" He chirped, half leading the way to the refreshments, as any rambunctious young child would. He was very glad that he didn't have to do much to hide his wings. They were small enough that they had been able to fold underneath the tunic. He kept his gaze on the little girl in pink. THAT had to be the one that Nox had mentioned in her meeting about the party. Once they had stopped again, Feles nodded towards the girl on the other side of the room as if to bring Lupinus' attention to her.

"She's cute," he said simply, bringing his hands up onto the table and standing on his toes right next to the punchbowl, giving a bit of cover to Lupinus and his actions.

Ursa panted a little, pushing out her dress so she didn't look too big in it. Perfect. She straightened up, and eyed herself once more in the mirror before fleeing the bathroom, she wandered out into the open, watching as more and more people filled the hall up, most of which she couldn't put a finger too, there costumes were just oh so good. Instead she retreated to a nearby table and seated herself down, securing her mask on once more, with a light tap so it would affix itself to her face for sure.

She'd watched the entire thing with wide eyes, recalling her own painful experience as she was half-blinded by the light.

Filix was tempted to run after the adult, to check that whoever it was recovered all right. But she resisted, remembering that all were to remain anonymous till the right time.

So instead, she moved towards the middle of the floor, and spotted a red and gold clad woman entering. Filix already had half a mind about who that would be; even more sure when she noticed every detail was close to perfection. Especially the hairstyle.

She drifted closer, and in a low voice, she told the woman, "Your hair is falling out." Filix would have grinned, but she kept serious faced as she moved away again to be half-hidden behind the thin floating fabric.

Winny beamed, when another kid waved at her. She didn't know them, and Elle was right next ot her, so it HAD to be a new friend! She waved excitedly back, and pointed him out happily to Elle.

Lupinus half-smiled behind his mask. Aranea had been right, this little one was helpful-- and a good actor as well, he thought, watching the small fey bounce around energetically. Lupinus casually took the vial he'd concealed tucked into his belt and took the stopper off, closing his hand over it carefully. He followed Feles's gaze to the little girl in pink. Was she the one, then? "Yes, she is cute, isn't she," he said, eyeing the girl as she waved back at Feles, and returned his attention to the punchbowl in front of him.

He filled a glass for Feles and then one for himself, and as he lowered his hand back to the bowl, he tilted his hand, emptying the vial into the bowl. He sighed inwardly-- what with Feles bouncing around and the cover of his wings and cape interfering with the view as well, there was no reason for anything to look amiss. He handed one of the the cups to Feles. "She's waving at you," he added, glancing again at the little girl.

Rosa flushed out of her little outfit-judging trance long enough to give the woman who had approached her a glance. When her words clocked in, a near wail of terror came as her hands jolted up to feel if her precious tresses were indeed secure. After a moment, and a few tugs on her hair, her hands slowly started to reced - still shakey from the sheer 'horror' of it all. She exhaled just as slowly, and flashed a surprisingly scary glare for the prissy Countess she was at the other, before she shook her head. "Oh Gee.. I wonder who you could be." After her statement had come out, she looked over the others outfit and shook her head, deciding perhaps her original thought on the persons identity was wrong.

Oh damn... well there WAS the thought that maybe he would have to interact. After the vial was emptied, Feles took his cup in both hands, sipping form it as he watched the girl for a moment. "Have idea," he said softly, the movement of his lips hidden by the cup in front of them as he let a wide grin come to his face and stood on his toes to wave back.

Who better than to get the trust of a child... than another child?

He didn't want to say anything else aloud, in case anyone was listening... But Feles suddenly was struck with what had to be the most brilliant idea of his young and thusfar short life. HE would befriend this one, and would likely be able to lead her off relatively easily amidst the confusion that would be bound to happen later.

Lupinus nodded slightly. Yes, this might be easier than he'd thought. He watched Feles waving back at the girl. She'd seemed rather excited to see the young fey; he'd let Feles go off and see what would happen. The child had proven he was quick, and Lupinus was interested to see how he'd go about enacting the plan he'd come up with. He filled a cup from the drugged punchbowl and handed this one to Feles as well. "Perhaps she'd like a drink," he said.

He moved away from the punchbowl with his own drink, not wanting to attract any attention. Keeping half of his attention on Feles, he glanced around the room, silently taking inventory of the number of fey present, and watching for other Moon Court fey to arrive.

"Kay," Feles said, taking the other cup and making SURE he kept his own cup in his left hand. THAT was the one he drank from, he kept telling himself, but looking for all the world like he was just trying to keep the drinks from spilling as he toddled across the room towards Winny. Once he reached the girl, he smiled and held out the cup to her, an almost bashful look on his face. "H'lo..." he said, faintly.

There was a sort of noble, almost regal air about this man as he slowly entered the room. His mask was from out of Phantom of Opera, and his hair hung down loosely over it, making him look like a hearthrob of an opera singer. Bright amber eyes observed the room around him carefully as he clasped his hands behind his back.

Since this was a somewhat formal event, he wore a tuxedo, but to fit with the costume of the famous phantom, he had a long black cape that swirled around him when he walked. The inside of said cloak was a gold silk that matched his wings that became somewhat visible as he moved.

As elegant as he appeared, he was hard to place without his face visible; although he was fairly certain close friends would recognize him. He had not brought his Kithain, for she had shown a shyness and disdain for parties which confused him, but he felt obliged to let her stay at home. It was only part of his duty to go, not hers.

Alces entered the room blinking a bit and straightening out his mask. He had put his costume together at the last minute, and had decided to wear darker colors and a 'scary' mask since he was always so bright and cheerful. He looked back, once more to see if his Kithain had shown up, but Xannyia had warned him that she was going to be a bit late. He figured it was because she was semi-forced to wear a dress, and hadn't been to happy about it. In fact, he wouldn't be surprised if she didn't show up at all.

Stepping further into the room he glanced around at all the other Fey in costumes, a big grin on his face which gradually became smaller. Slowly, he began making his way some of the other Fey to greet them. He stopped once he was near Aesculus and gave the other man a polite bow of his head and a simple, "Hello." as a greeting while fixing one of his gloves.

"Hello," Aesculus responded, bowing his head politely. Recognizing the voice he peered forward, as if to get a better look with which to identify the individual behind the mask. After a moment he smiled, although it looked a little eerie with his own mask.

"Alces, is that you? I expected you to come in some bright colors... if you had not spoken, I would not have recognized you and even perhaps wondered where you were, if not here!"

Filix couldn't help but grin, she loved to torment her sister like this. The glare didn't bother her, so she just gave Rosa a slight bow, and told her, "I could be anyone, Rosa. Anyone at all..."

Then Filix drifted off to find a good place to laugh.

Meanwhile, Winny was smiling even more. She was right, he WAS a friend already! She tugged Elle closer, who just looked embarrassed and wriggled around. "Hi! I'm Winny and this is Elle."

Elle muttered, "Hi," and wandered off to find her mommy. She wasn't ready to meet strangers yet, so she found Neith and clung to Neith's waist.

Winny shrugged dramatically, as she took the cup. "She's really shy. Is that for me? How did you know I was thirsty? Don't you think the people are really pretty? Some look like princesses! ...are you one too, because you're pretty in your costume?"

Filix came back out, and head straight for the two male newcomers. It was hard to place who the Phantom was from where she'd been standing, and she wanted to get a closer look at them both. Filix paused beside them, and grinned from behind her sparkly mask. "Evening, gentlemen."

Alces gave Aesculus a small smile and a slow nod, "That's why I wore the dark colors. You know, I almost came as the Phantom, however, I discovered this mask. Not to mention it would have been a bit of a challenge with these." He moved his eyes so they were facing up towards his antlers which were now painted a gold color and disguised as rays of the sun thing on his mask. He then grinned a bit wider, "Nice cloak." he commented as he looked down at his own which had rather similiar colorings.

When Filix came over he gave her a polite bow and returned her greeting with, "Hello mi'lady."
