No one is going to take Tenni's powers. He acted with my knowledge and permission, it just happened a bit sooner than I thought.
If you are mad for one reason or another, get it out here. NO guild civil war though, and if I have to I will pull out the BanHammer.

I don't see anyone acting irrational in posting. We are all just posting our opinions. Even though I was a little ticked, I understand he was doing it for the better of the guild.

Okay, I'm going to stay neutral here since I don't want to be looked upon as someone biased towards or against Tei-san.
Tei-san's actions were done with the best of interests. The main forum was all cluttered and stuff and it was good for him to take the initiative to do something some of us Crew members have been planning to do, but lacked the follow-through to do it; and not to mention how hard it must have been to delete or move all those threads. Actually, I agree with Catasrophe-san's comment about the main thread looking quite presentable now. If I were someone who would join, I won't be intimidated since it looks simple and clean now, unlike the former main forum which would be a new member's nightmare.
On the other hand, Tei-san, you should really have warned us about it and gave us the chance to consolidate with you as to what and what not to delete seeing as how some of us had some important things posted there and are expecting someone to reply to them only to find it gone the next day. Also, if you would have told us about it, we could have been happy to help you out with the clean up. I know you were only thinking of the best, but it's also important that you inform us of your plans and not just do things in the spur of the moment. There's no "I" in "Team", Tei-san, and that's what we crew members are -- a team.
In conclusion, Tei-san, I'd have to say "good work", but I'd also have to say "don't do it again". I know I may not have much authority since, compared to you, you're my superior, but I felt that I just had to say this. I hope you don't take this badly since I'm only trying to have a neutral position in this. Well, that's all I wanted to say. (-^_^-)v

I tried spelling the "Grammer" like that but my spell check was like... "you know what? Just... just screw you man." Yes, I depend on spell check not so much for... um, Grammer? But for my spelling.

Teinei, you should not be banned for such an action. Even the idea of banned you for that would be silly and ridiculous. You are not a bad RPer and your intentions are as pure as they come. As Xeion has said, you just jumped the gun. Things could of been done differently, but it's not something to be banned nor demoted about. Stop downing your actions and embrace them as something to be proud of and something you can learn from.

Certain things were lost, and as Tei said, he thought he was trimming the branches of a tree... But as someone who has seen a tree trimmed at the wrong time, I know that it isn't the best of ideas to do it sometimes.
In a nutshell, I'm saying that Tei did do something good, but we have the Grand Library to hold all of our useless and old crap. We go through the Main Forum every now and then, clear out useless crap, and keep the good, juicy bits.
I'm saying "Good Job and Effort Tei" and at the same time, I'm also saying "Do it again, and I shall personally drag you out back and shoot out both your kneecaps." (This goes for all Crew). Not trying to be threatening, but I don't want to have to wade through crap. Again.
But thanks Tei. You have made my job (in the long run), easier.

I'm still angry, but what can you do.
I seriously think it was idiotic to go ahead with deleting when there is an archive forum ready to be used. All I'm going to say, hopefully this won't earn me a ban, cause quite frankly, I lost some important info in a couple of thread conversations.
