Valley blushed and smiled. She could not help feeling special suddenly. She looked around at the beautiful scene around her and gazed at the water for a while. "Would you like to go for a swim, my lord?" she asked with a perfectly polite voice but one that sounds that carried the melody of flowers.

Orsino nodded and smiled, "A swim would be nice." He stood up and stretched, his limbs feeling a little sore from sitting down too long. "The water seems so..." he couldn't find the word. "Erm. How would you say it?" he chuckled at himself. "Gentle? Calm?"

Valley smiled. "The water seems so serene. At least that is the word I would used to describe it. But calm, gentle, and even peaceful works as well." Valley giggled. She dived into the water. As she surfaced, she said, "It can be kind of turbulent and dangerous at times as well though."

Orsino followed suit, diving into the water gracefully. He broke his head through the surface and shook the excess water from his ears. "It's not windy today though so the water isn't dangerous. Although," he added in mock graveness. "If my princess was in trouble, my first priority would be your safety and wellbeing."

Valley's brush was more pronounced now as she swam over to him. "That is kind of you but you should take care of yourself first. It would kill me if you were to die." She was startled to realize that what she said was the truth. And she also knew that she would do just as he said and make him her first priority if he was in any danger.

Orsino opened his eyes in surprise and stumbled over a rock. This beautiful female cared for him! She really did! "I would never die." he more firm than he had meant to. "As long as you are around, I will never die." Orsino meant everything he said.

Valley swam quickly to his side, worried when he stumbled over the rock. "Everyone dies, it is a fact of life. But are you alright? You stumbled over that rock pretty hard and I hope you did not twist your paw or anything."

"I'm alright. Don't worry about me." Orsino flicked his paw back and forth to prove it, "See. I'm still in one piece." he joked.

Valley smiled. "I am so glad that you are alright. You had me worried there for a minute." Her eyes misted but she quickly dashed them away as she dived under water, resurfacing next to him, once again smiling at him.

Orsino tilted his head, staring at the purple fox curiously as she dived into the water. "Hmmm..." he moved closer to Valley inspecting her after she had dived back. "Is there something you are keeping from me my dear Lady?" he mimicked a British accent. Orsino stared at her, his eyes twinkling.

Valley shook her head no. "No, just that I am perfectly happy with you." His observation skills startled her and caused a blush to creep up into her cheeks. "So you are okay though? You are sure?"

"That's great!" he said, "I'm happy with you too!" Orsino grinned and backed away from her, "You're awfully adorable when you blush." Orsino said, his tail swaying from side to side, sending the fish in a frenzy. "And I'm fine. I'm a man after all!"

Valley blushed even brighter. "Well, I guess you are aman, but even males get hurt sometimes. And there is no need to be macho in front of me." Valley smiled, doing her best to shift the conversation from her blushing face.

Orsino smiled wryly, nodding, "That is true. Acting touch does not make on a man." He made no comment about the shifting conversation. There was no need to make her blush any more, she was probably feeling faint from all the blood rushing into her face. "It's starting to get dark now..." he glanced at the sky that was starting to turn orange. He sighed, daytime was too short. Just when one has fun, the sun left the sky, leaving it dark. "Do you live close to here?"

Valley thought for a few minutes and realized she had walked for a long time from the mansion in exploration. She had been about to turn back when she met Orsino and had the urge to stay. "I live about an hour's walk from here, in a mansion. A lot of creatures live there but the owner has these amazing gardens that I love to explore. I had gone out to see some of the surrounding land and guess I went a little farther than planned." Valley responded.
