Hair: Lira's hair is the color of fresh corn. A golden yellow, with touches of lighter yellows mixed through-out. Lira always wears her hair in the same fashion, two pigtail's held at both the top and bottom with a blue and white clasp like braclets. Her bangs are held up with a gold and blue clasp. a gold start and blue music note.
Eyes: Lira's eyes match to color of the blue-green note on her clasp, and the teal bow on her cloths. The are large and round, ovular in shape.
Physical Description: Lira is on the very small side of girl her age. Being underweight, and very short. Overall, there is nothing amazing about Lira other then the length of her hair. Her walk is nothing fancy, simple step by step about halfway through her full stride. No distinguishing feature stand out, because she doesn't have any scars.
Clothing: Lira wears a white full body dress that falls to her upper thigh, the ruffels falling to mid/mid-upper. On top of the full body dress she wears a black corset with an upper mantle, held together with a terquose bow. Her shoes are black and dressy, combines with thigh high black socks and maids anklets.
Background: At a very young age Lira was nervious around people. She would become distant, not talking for weeks on end, an instead she relayed her messages through nods, and shrugges. Often the other person would have to spend a very long time asking her questions to get any type of answear out of her. As she grew up, she became better at her shyness. Able to say one or two words as long as she wasn't looking at the person she was talking to. So Lira's shyness is a natural. Her high amounts of energy however; is due to her parents nature. They figured that if she wasn't going to talk, she might as well have been put to good use. Which led to her becoming the chor doer of the house. Washing dishes, cleaning rooms, laundry. All became her's to do, and all was done in a single day with enough daylight. As she became more skilled at her chors, her parents found her to be finished so early and with so much energy left, that they suggested that she put it to better use. She was naturaly silant, and with the amount of energy she had, she would make a perfect ninja. With more then a little reluctance, she agreed, finding her own reasons to join, much deeper then her parents.
Personality: Lira is very shy, often being stuck of fits of silance and blushing. She finds it hard to look people in the eye when she talks to them, due to the judging nature they hold. However; despite being shy, Lira holds high amounts of energy within her, making her a valued traing pattner to befriend.

~Appearance~


Headband: None. When he does he wears it around his bicep.
Height: 5’ 3”
Weight: 122 lbs.
Hair: Snow white, feather-like hair. Is spiked up in the back, the sides just hang down and the front flows to a point in front of his right eye.
Eyes: Very pale blue/gray eyes to look like they were formed from ice.
Physical Description: Slender body with pale skin, but still shows some muscle on his bones. Although his skin is pale it shows a very faint blue tint to it due to the chakra in his body. Has a slender face that comes to a rounded point at his chin.
Clothing: Wears a white kimono with black tribal to reflect his nobility and respect of his clan. The sash around his waist is also black along with an extra pair of sleeves underneath his white. Like most of the Fubuki children he decided to wear the black metal gauntlets on both hands. Wears a silver cross necklace with a sapphire under his kimono.
Background: Growing up in the main family sect was a struggle for Yoroi. His father,who would help guard the Mizukage. His father, taking up the responsibilities of one, would teach Yoroi about his clan and the art of being a shinobi. When Yoroi entered the academy, his father was sent on a mission. He never came back. Unknown if he died in the mission or is still striving for its finish. When Mistress killed off most of the Fubuki he was placed into hiding by his mother. His mother died saving her son from the slaughter, by placing him in a small boat. The boat wrecked on the coral and so he washed up shore, returning to the village. He now grows up under the care of the remaining clan, all looking out for each other as their own. He trains daily, dedicating himself to becoming strong to help defend his clan and find his father.
Personality: Driven, dedicated, keeps to himself on occasion, respectful to elders, and always loves a challenge.

~Appearance~


Headband: None although he does have a bit of cloth tied around his left arm with the insigna of the gang he used to belong to on it.
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 72 kg
Hair: Somewhat mad looking, messy and wild. It's dark green and out of control like he's just been electrocuted!
Eyes: Bright green orbs that match his curious slightly darker hair. They never fail to betray his emotions.
Physical Description: Not exactly attractive but not ugly either. If he cleaned up a bit he'd probably look quite nice. Kazuma's body is quite decieiving, he doesn't look like a particularly muscular person but none the less is fit and actually quite strong from hard work as opposed to training. With a tendancy to hurt himself naturally leads to having a few scars, the major one being his right arm which is covered in a burn scar to about the point of his elbow. The other most obvious one being just under his right eye on his cheeck running horizontally across his face.
Clothing: Never having a stable home it's get what you can take or freeze, an old well worn jacket covers most of his torso although it is so torn and ragged it offers little protection from the weather, his only real reason for still wearing the old thing is he beleives its lucky. Underneath he wears a simple white shirt that always hangs open and he usually has the sleeves of both the shirt and jacket rolled up. Muddly colored baggy pants hang loosely from his hips held up only by a thick belt that has a number of odd trinkets secured to and hanging from it. Poking out from under the baggy pants are a pair of heavy boots that make alot of noise when he walks around. The only peice of clothing he wears that isnt old or in bad condition is the plated glove and forearm guard he wears on his right arm. Clearly stolen they look considerably valuable and of good qaulity with an intricate design etched into the plating.
Background: Born in the Grass Country Kazuma was on the streets at a very early age after his parents disappeared in a very suspicious manner. Joining a gang was his only chance to survive the harsh environment. He was with the gang long enough to pick up the skills so survive on his own and left the Grass Country soon after, making his way east towards the ocean. Doing what needed to nr done to get from place to place during his travels, mostly involved hurting people. Naturally by the time he reached his destination he had alot of enemeis and no friends. Taking to the sea was his only option at this point and piracy wasn't a far stretch from that though after a few "accidents" he ran out of crews to hop from and had to hit land again, this time in the Water Country. After all that he still hadn't learned his lesson and continued to find trouble for himself.
Personality: Loud and obnoxious with a nack for finding trouble, he'll go out of his way to start something just for fun. Living by a weird set of morals that seem to change on a daily basis makes it extremely hard to trust him. Amazingly immature for someone who's had to live quite a hard life, it seems to be a sort of coping mechanism to just act like a fool.
Other: Even after burning himself quite severly he still has a fascination with fire that borders on pyromania.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
Cp cost: 1 per ft

Requirements: Dexterity 20+
Training days: 3 days.
Special: When rolling initiation checks or racing, or anything that involves speed, add chk mod to the dice roll.


Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)
A basic technique taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this jutsu.

Damage: N/A
Requirements: Learn in the Academy.
Training days: Academy time.
Special: Roll an escape artist skill check when using this. Add your chakra mod to the check.

Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique)
Multiple balls of fire are sent at the target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.

Damage: 6 - 15 per ball that hits.
Training: 7 days
Requirements: Chakra Control 10 + 2 per ball.

~Appearance~

Headband: Has yet to receive one.
Height: 5'5 ft (165 cm)
Weight: 138 lbs (62.5 kg)
Hair: Dark blue (closer to black) hair that is spiked up in long, haphazard points.
Eyes: A brilliant blue, however when not seen up close they appear black and beady. When under water or in high stress environments a nictitating membrane (3rd eyelid) will instinctively cover the eye in order to protect it.
Physical Description: As with all Hoshigaki, Ban has features similar to a shark such as small slits on his cheekbones which serve as gills for breathing underwater and sharp, pointy teeth. His skin is a light blue with the texture very close to a shark's: smooth in one direction, sandpaper in another. He is very physically fit however lacks the definition of muscles. Ban is tall for his age but average for the majority of Hoshigaki boys. Due to the "purity" of his family's bloodline, Ban has more shark-like features than most Hoshigaki do (prideful traits for Hoshigaki's). He has a small dorsal fin made of tough cartilage measuring approx. 3.5 inches down the spine of his upper back, which gives him a slight hunch-backed appearance when wearing shirts (but a really cool effect in water!)
Clothing: Ban wears a loose fitting black shirt with a white long-sleeved undershirt and knee-length black shorts. The shorts are made of a very durable fabric, similar to canvas, and have multiple pockets for storage of different items such as scrolls and kunai.

Background: Bansame Hoshigaki was born into a very proud family of the Hoshigaki clan. Although they have no official political status, nor do they consider themselves truly"better" than other members, Ban's family is one that has more prominent shark-like features and as such are held as one of the "revered" of the Hoshigaki. Being more shark-like doesn't just mean physically, Ban's family is known for their great strength and bloodthirstiness. His father was one of the first Hoshigaki to fight during the invasion of the Masters and currently serves as one of the advisers to the leaders of the clan.
Bansame's childhood, although fun, was almost entirely focused on his education. He learned of chakra and the manipulation of it at an early age, of tactics during battle, the advantages/disadvantages of affinities, and (the fun part) swimming. Swimming was (and still is) one of Ban's favorite things to do. Because of the clan's bloodline Ban could swim with a high level of efficiency and breathe while underwater, making a simple day at the beach into an undersea adventure.
His aspirations are simple-minded, as they would be for one his age. Ban wants to eventually cross the sea and visit the other villages, seeing new things and learning as many jutsus as he possibly can. Though he has gone far out to sea, he has never been away from Kirigakure.

Personality: Bansame is a warrior by nature. He strives each and every day to become stronger than he was before, often volunteering himself for difficult tasks and enjoying the tough, physical labor required. He has a high level of confidence and optimism, however he does not let many emotions show. He enjoys taking orders from those of a higher authority, which is a useful trait when your father is in a prominent military position, however he hopes he'll be able to give orders in the future. Despite showing humility Ban is somewhat cocky, believing that due to his "head start" in battle tactics and his bloodline he would be a greater shinobi than most at his current level. He does not let this interfere with the need for team cooperation though, mostly because of what he learned about teams during his "head start"...see the cycle?

~Appearance~

Headband: Affixed as a belt buckle across her bra/shirt.
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 125lb
Hair: Naturally multi-colored(or so she says) With streaks of blond, red, blue and white, not in that order.
Eyes: Inverted black with red iris (meaning the part thats normally white is black)
Physical Description: A somewhat veloptuous woman but mostly due to athletics and staying constantly on the move (You'd swear she had ADD or something). She has a tanish skin due to the heat of the Suna sun and full lips. She has a nice stomach and cut arms. And a lovely tattoo of some sort of symbol on the small of her back.
Clothing: Her most noticible piece of clothing is the belt bra/shirt she wears. It has an oversized black band that covers the unmentionables well enough and she had her headband specially altered to fit atop the belt as a belt buckle. She wears no bra for her belt works as a bra and a shirt. Her pants are of an arabian making, pure white, to keep her legs cool and give her plenty of running capability and flexibilitiy. Her hands are covered in thick, black craftsmen gloves though at all times.
Background: Her's is probably a story best left unspoken to those who adore love. Her's is a tragic tale that has driveen her to the depths of insanity and back. As a young girl, she lived and played with her grandparents and a few of her cousins. They were all of a ninja family, a proud family of the Suna village. Long time members of the villages elite guard but there was always something very strange about the family. Star course, learned the secrets of her family and crafting at a young age although she was always thought ot be a very low class user of the abilities and almost innept at crafting. As she grew older, she poured her heart into the abilitie becoming almost on par with her Grandparents who were masters of creating some of the most beautiful puppets with some of the most deadly abilities. Her skills, however, were constantly put to the test as she had a bitter rivalry with an enemy ninja. She met this nin on one of her earlier missions to escort a messenger to one of the smaller villages. They all believed that things were smooth sailing as this was only marked a C rank mission. They were wrong and her entire team was wipped out when the messenger turned out to be under the control of enemy ninja. It was at this point that she was 'saved' by one of the enemies. They released her and ever since she has held a bitter grudge toward that nin for showing her mercy just because she was the only girl in the group they slaughtered. At that point, she became consumed with revenge and, as many emotions do, this revenge began to mutate to something...more. The more the two met, the more vicious their combats became, even getting to the point to where their ranking officers began to fear the two and the amount of destruction they'd cause. In the end, it became a game of cat and mouse although who was what is still unknown. They're meetings became more frequent as each took on missions they thought the other would be sure to take on and sometimes even ventured out simply in search of the other to do combat. The enemy's name was Lorin Kage, a powerful ninja from the unnamed village. It was a tale of the times, constant battle florishing into a twisted love. Each enjoying putting the other in pain so that they may secretly nurse them back to health in their own way. However...the fates ahve a way of twisting people, playing with them only to release them and laugh at the results. A silent night fell upon the village but this night was deft only to those who cared not for the Rialto family. That night, the screams of every member of the family could be heard. The family had been slaughtered by Kage's own team without his knowledge. They had taken Kage under a genjutsu spell and forced him to reveal all he knew about the family and their home and used this knowledge to destroy them. All that was left, was the girl they had left alive all those years ago. That girl...had become stronger...far moreso than before. And with this newfound strength and her rage fueling every cell in her body, she killed all that she saw, including her love. She was too blind to notice the Genjutsu over Kage and by the time she realized it, his body had drawn it's last breath. Such a peaceful, happy life drawn to such a tragic event...so very sad. But within all evil, their lies a bit of good. Using her absolute maxximum skill and working long into the night without rest, she crafted her first complete Crow doll in Kage's image and, using the families 'Confinement' jutsu, sealed his soul into the puppet so that he may live again, always by her side.
Personality: Obviously, if you read all that, you realize she's not a very sane individual. She doesn't go on killing sprees or anything but she is known to go into spats of random events for no odd reason. Manytimes the events result in massive destruction in or around the village. However, due to her eeriee personality, only the Kage and a few ANBU dare go near her to make her pay. She is free as the wind and does as she pleases to whatever and whoever she pleases.

Description of Jutsu: Much like the Tobidogu (Projectile Weapons), this jutsu is used to seal up items for easier carriage and storage. However, this jutsu varies from that one as it is meant only for the sealing and carrying of dolls. The user prepares a large scroll (like a summoning contract scroll) and puts the names of each doll being sealed within. Along with this, the user can opt to create an image of a Doll House upon the scroll for use in a later jutsu. Several puppets can be carried around at once with this scroll.

Description of Jutsu: This is a special crafting technique that only the Rialto family fully perfected. By crafting a increasingly hallow center, the puppetter is able to use the puppet as a body armor. The puppet breaks apart at the puppetters command and applies itself to the user as a large suit of armor. The reason this is difficult to do is because the puppet has to be crafted with the puppetters safty in mind so the weapons do not harm the puppetter once they are inside the puppet.

Jutsu Name: Ningyou no Shinri Sen (Mind Games of the Dolls)
Description of Jutsu: This is a jutsu perfected for dual combat by the puppeeter and the puppet. Using a special tool placed inside the torso of the puppet, the puppeeteer is able to control the puppet without chakra strings. Instead, the user is able to inplant battle commands before hand and only needs to reapply the commands every so often. The tool used is also filled with chakra that is disbursed throughout the doll to give the doll mobility to perform it's tasks. This was created to prevent people from finding a puppeeteer in hiding via the chakra strings. More chakra must be supplied every 5 turns. [[or if puppet uses all chakra via jutsus first]]

Jutsu Name: Fuushigi Yugi no Jutsu [[The Mysterious Play]]
Description of Jutsu: The product of a twisted mind and way too many lonly nights. This is a jutsu that uses the 'Doll House' portrayed within the Ningyou no Shiiru Scroll and makes it a physical manifestation. The target is trapped within the house while all of the dolls and tools sealed within the scroll chase after the target with the entent to kill. While the house is an illusion, the puppets are not and real damage can be suffered from being caught in this jutsu. It is not a very pretty sight to see someone who comes to the 'Play'. It takes a high level of concentration and the user is usually left wide open while the 'Play' is conducted. Usually, they conduct the jutsu from the safty of a barrier jutsu or with allies around. The range of the jutsu is defined by 4 sealing tags placed in a square formation. Anyon that steps within that area is immediatly subjugated to the jutsu. The range of the tags is no more than 500 meters from each other.

Jutsu Name: Fuuinjutsu: seishin no shiiringu (Sealing Technique: Sealing of Souls)
Description of Jutsu: This is the families most prized jutsu. Using an innimate object already prepared with the proper sutras, the user takes their chakra and forces a link between the body of the target and the object being used. This can come in two forms;

Form1:
Temporary Sealment: The user creates a powerful seal using their own chakra. They push their chakra into an unconcious foe and force a chain to be made between them and the object. The Soul is carried along that link and implanted into the object. If the object is destroyed, the soul is forcibly dragged back into the body by the chain. Also, additional chakra is required to prolong the sealing.

Confinement of Souls: This is the form that is most noticible for the family. The seal placed upon the soul is perminate and cannot be undone even if the user wanted to undo it. This seal is usually performed upon the freshly dead or those who are on the verge of death. The seal captures the soul as it is leaving the body and confines it to any object that the user so wishes. In the case of the family, it's usually the body of the puppets. Through this method, the family achieves a sense of immortality. Although, if the puppet is complelty destroyed in then the soul is lost forever, not even permitted to enter the after life. It is for this reason that puppets made using this method are usually not of the combat veriaty. Once a soul is placed within an object, the object takes on qualities of the soul, in th case of puppets, the puppet may even gain the ability to speak and move on its own, although limited. Puppeeters are still needed for complex movements beyond walking and basic gestures.

This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Konoha Daisenpu (Leaf Great Whirlwind)
A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in mid air, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the intended target ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past them and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.

Background: Nik has lived in Kiri all her life with her two brothers, one younger and older, and her parents. Her parents have hated each other for nearly as long as she can remember. She is closet to her younger brother Kashiko. They are together nearly constantly. When the village was first attacked, her best friend Muzai was killed brutally. On the second attack her home was destroyed. Her anger grew into motivation to become a ninja.

She always hated being one of the girls though, girls just weren’t fun enough. They didn’t like to get dirty and poke dead things. So she became one of the guys. Physical Description: Hagane has very pale skin due to the fact that he likes to go out at night instead of the day. He has a thin frame that is packed with hard muscle, he is not massive but he has some power behind his frame. He has straight perfect teeth and a slender jaw that complements his narrow cheek bones. He has an average nose and then eyebrows. The smell of embalming fluids always seems to float around him.
Clothing: He is always wearing the same clothes, a black kosode, a black hakama, and a black haori. He prefers to wear geta above any other footwear.
Background: Hagane was born on a stormy night, his mother labored in pain for twelve hours before giving birth to her son. She lived just long enough to name her son, Hagane Bala, before the life left her body. The child was small but as healthy as any could be, with one exception. His left eye was gone. The father thought the child an abomination and refused to accept him. So the boy went to the only other living relatives he had, his mother’s parents. He spent the first ten years of his life in bliss; his grandmother treated him as her own and doted on his every whim. Then around his tenth birthday his grandfather was stuck with an illness and was soon taken away. His grandfather’s last wish was that he be taken into the family business. You see, Hagane’s grandparents ran the village funeral home. They took the dead and embalmed them then laid them to rest. So, the first body that Hagane ever embalmed was that of his grandfather. After that he began taking a more active and active role in the family business. Soon the smell of the chemicals clung to all of his clothes and the adults as well as the children began to avoid him. The whispered behind his back, the y called him devil spawn and abomination. So Hagane changed again, he began going out at night to avoid the villagers. His grandmother watched all of this with despair in her heart. Her beloved grandson was turning into an unemotional monster. She knew what she had to do, for the next year she saved up all the money that came her way and on the eve of Hagane’s 12th birthday she confronted him. “Go,” she said, “leave this house and don’t return until learn how to feel, until you become a man.” She gave him food for a journey and the money she had saved, and then threw him out of the house. Hagane stood there for a moment waiting, hoping that the door would open and he would be let back in, but he waited to no avail the door remained closed. He felt tears form in his eyes and quickly blinked them away, no he would not cry. He would never cry, he hardened his face and his heart. He knew what he was going to do. Hagane decided to travel to the Village Hidden in the Mist. There he would train to become a great ninja, one of the greatest ninja in history. He turned his back on his home and left, not once looking back, heading towards his future.
Personality: On the outside he is a very cold and calculating person, preferring solitude to company. On the inside, however, he longs to play and have friends like the other kids do but he suppresses these feeling, for where he comes from to show “them” emotion is to throw yourself to the dogs. All he needs is one person persistent enough to try and become his friend. He aims to one day become a world renowned medical-nin and Hunter-nin. He pursues all his goals with a single minded ferocity that astounds some people and overwhelms other.

Very average in stature with messy light brown hair that spikes up on one side a little more then the other. He has small dark blue eyes with no pupils.

Clothing: Brenks Outfit
He wears a long sleeveless shirt with a small collar around the full neck, long sleeves that cover over his hands are attached at the shoulders. Over his shirt he has a chest plate held on by a strap with a button going over his left shoulder, two more going around his chest and the last three are connected to his pants two in front, one in back. His pants go to his knees and are quite baggy with a camo pattern on them. The shoes he wears are like most of the ninja sandals but have a small divider between the big and second toe.

Background: Brenk lost his parents at a very young age and so he doesn't remember much about them. He has one old photo of his parents he keeps with him most of the time. He decided he wanted to become a ninja to help out in any way he could. Brenk doesn't have any dreams or great aspirations cause he doesn't want to let himself down if he doesn't complete them and has never let himself want something he didn't need. He lives alone in a small apartment and never uses the front door cause he broke it when he first moved in and never got it fixed.

Personality: Brenk loves to make people laugh and smile. If he see's someone in need of a hand he's right there ready to lend his. He's usually quiet in class and listens well to the teacher. He doesn't have many friends cause he usually keeps to himself but if someone approaches he loves to talk with them.

Other: Brenk usually looks grumpy but he's genuinely in a good mood the majority of the time.

Physical Description: Slightly muscular through physical discipline, although he is otherwise unremarkable. His hair shows no sheen, his eyes no sparkle. He is not pretty, but rather rugged. Although he keeps his face clean, no one would look twice at someone unless it was to realize he is not a native islander.
Clothing: Leather greaves and breastplate that does not provide any advantage. Around his shoulders he had as cloak, which is normally red, so it doesn’t show any sort of blood if he uses it to dress a wound.
Background: Born to a trader’s family, he spend most of his time at sea. As he learned the ways of the ocean, he also learned of its dangers. Storms, isolation, madness. These were the ocean’s greatest weapons. Through his trading he saw many people and places, but he was most enthralled by the ninja who traded with his family. They were like sea gods, strong of mind and body, prepared to lay their lives down at a moment’s notice. Surly these people were superior to all others. When the Village went to war, profits tumbled. Many turned to piracy, and Gaius learned of another danger, the other men in the abyss that was the ocean. They took the ship he was on, looted it, and executed all on board. Or so they thought. By a string of luck, Gaius survived, but only just. He washed up on the shores of Kiri, and adopted the village as his own. What he saw shocked him, both psychologically and emotionally. The powerhouse that Gaius had perceived was in truth a fraction of its former self. It was ruled by an ineffectual and corrupt tribune, all who were more interested in feathering their own caps with riches than raising their nation up. Gaius had previously had no surname; such things were meant for the deserving and privileged only. Now, answering to no one but the god who seemed to lay his path, he adopted the surname Silvanus, and the title of Magnus. He knew that the people of Kiri were superior to all others in the world, but they had no leader, no single figure to push them towards their destiny. Empires are made at sea, and Gaius made the decision that he would unite all the known world under the power of Kiri.
Personality: (In the personal manuscript kept by Gaius Silvanus Magnus) I am the only one left who is fit to rule this country. I will save this country, and I will save push out the tribune with my iron fist. I deserve respect, respect and obedience. I know what is best for Kiri. New lands! Living space, territory, slaves! Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this Jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per Bunshin.

*The user assigns a number 1 through 6 to themselves and each of their clones individually. The attacker rolls a 6 sided die to see what they hit.
The Intelligence check DC to see through an attacker's Bunshin is the 1/2 the attacker's int mod + half the attacker's chk mod.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
the user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic Jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.
Cp cost: 2 "+1 per minute the Jutsu is maintained"

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique)
this is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Physical Description: His skin is neither pale nor tanned and is fairly dry. His muscles aren't much to brag about and his height and weight are fairly average. Overall a fairly average kid in terms of appearance.
Clothing: He wears an orange short-sleeve shirt under an open brown flak jacket along with brown cargo shorts, orange ninja sandals, and orange fingerless gloves.
Background: Karake comes from an island in the southeast of the Land of Water known as Natsu Island. Before the Fifth Great Ninja War, this island was an independent country and harbored it's own ninja village, the Village Hidden in the Storms. However, they were conquered by Hidden Mist one hundred years ago. Karake's great-grandfather, Izou Takasora, was the fifth and last Natsukage, leader of the village. In memory of the village, many of the children on Natsu Island are sent off at the age of ten to be trained as ninja in Hidden Mist. Karake is one such child. His life up until now has been fairly average. His parents are both alive and healthy and his few friends have never had serious harm come their way. His grandfather died fairly recently, but this hasn't affected him much. After a few days of crying it off he was fine. His loyalties lie with Hidden Mist, however, he often dreams of the rebuilding of Hidden Storm.
Personality: Karake is fairly cheerful and polite. He is skilled at analyzing a situation and forming a plan. He acts more cautiously than most children his age.

~Appearance~


Headband: Worn tied around her waist, like a decorative bealt. The cloth is made of black material to match the rest of her plain outfit.
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 120 lbs
Hair: Long, waist length and a nearly platinum blonde. In bright sunlight, it looks nearly white, and in the dark, it looks almost silver.
Eyes: Has dark Hazel colored eye, in the dark though, the look nearly pure black. The odd coloring of her eyes give them an almost unnatrual beauty to them.
Physical Description: is of average height. She has light, sun bleached blonde hair that reaches nearly down to her waist that she only bothers to tie back when she is concentrating on something she feels is of great importance. Her skin is very pale, which may seem odd considering she spends most of her time outside. Her eyes though are what makes her stand out, because she has very dark colored eye, hers being a dark hazel. Her appearance may seem a little strange to some because the extreme contrast between her light overall look and her dark eyes.

Clothing: Her outfit is simple, because truth be told, she couldn’t care less about her looks. They never where of any importance to her, even though people kept telling her that she could be beautiful if she actually tried. She wears a simple black tank top that hugs close to her body, and a pair of black shorts that also hug close to her body. This is her standard outfit that she wears daily because it’s simple and no part of it gets into her way. The only time her outfit ever changes is when it gets colder and she wears a black coat made of leather. She wears the standard shinobi sandals, also black along with a black leather band around her wrist that she uses to tie her hair back when she needs to, and a small weapons pouch hangs off her left pocket, making it easier for her to quickly snag something with her right hand when she needs to.

Background: Hitomi wasn't raised as a student in the academy to become a shinobi, like most others of her age. She had just been raised as a simple house girl, living with her mother and her father. But after the first attacks on Kiri had begun, Hitomi was shocked by the thought of people wanting to harm the village she had come to love. So after much thought, Hitomi decided to approach an older shinobi by the name Andou and asked if he would help her out because she wanted to become one of those shinobi that protected the village. It took a little bit of persuading from the girl before Andou finally agreed to take her on as an extra project, privately training her. The shinobi trained Hitomi in all the basics, giving her a decent background so she would know what she was doing. They trained early in the morning, and occasionally late at night when Andou had the extra time and energy to spend on her, giving her difficult training to keep her up to pace, much harder then the training that most would receive at the academy alone. Hitomi was excited to hear one night after a training session that Andou believed she was strong enough and ready enough to be placed amongst the genin ranks, and that she would soon enough be added to a squad.

Personality: Hitomi has an unmistakable confidence in herself. Most of her confidence comes from the sheer fact that she is fully aware of the beauty that she holds. Though the girl is very confident, she tries to keep herself level headed by down playing her looks as often as she can, explaining her lack of interest in her personal appearance (what she wears). She tried to keep things as simple as she can, but at the same time, making them as efficient as she can, so she isn’t afraid to use her looks to her advantage if she really needs to. She has no problem working with others, in fact, she encourages working with others because she believes that things get done faster when there are more then one minds working on the same thing.

Other: The name Hitomi is Japanese for "pupil (of the eye)." This name is usually given to girls with especially beautiful eyes.

Ninjutsu-

Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this Jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per Bunshin.

*The user assigns a number 1 through 6 to themselves and each of their clones individually. The attacker rolls a 6 sided die to see what they hit.
The Intelligence check DC to see through an attacker's Bunshin is the 1/2 the attacker's int mod + half the attacker's chk mod.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
the user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic Jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.
Cp cost: 2 "+1 per minute the Jutsu is maintained"

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique) ]/i]
this is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Requirements: Must have something to replace with.

Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)
This jutsu is where one uses a cloak or a piece of cloth to make oneself blend in with the background, interpreting oneself invisible.

Training days: Academy time.
Special: Add chakra mod to your Hide check.

Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)
A basic technique taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this jutsu.
