He seemed to mull that over before he gave a nod of his head, it was true he didn't have a lot in the way of friends. A few people he met here and there that he'd met. Mostly it as just him and his Master that roamed and the Monster God was one that seemed to understand him despite his lack of a voice.
Pan turned his attention to the pad of paper before writing down on it, "Where to?" Wonder where else they should check out. It was his first visit to the zoo and she seemed to know about the place.

Remi quickly figured the letters at her face contorting. "Let's see now, there's the Lions." She pulled a ragged map out of her bag checking something. "Of course it's too crowded right now." She pointed at the feeding time for the Lion noting it was about to begin. "And of course, the lion isn't as cool as Mr. Bagheera."
She took the pencil gently from Pan's hand circling the Monkey's the Reptile House, The House of the Arctic and The Elephants. "Go ahead, pick one"

The ends of Pan's twin tails set to wagging before he lifted his hand up and tapped a finger against the reptile house. It might be a little obvious but he was quite excited to see some animals similar to him. If they were lucky maybe he could find a silver snake?
He gave Remi a smile, hoping that she wouldn't mind going to see snakes and stuff like that since she was a girl.

"The reptile house is really cool~!" She smiled just noticing his lower half. She grabbed his hand gently "C'mon I know a shortcut over there" she smiled and giggled a bit hoping she'd spot Ama to tell her where they where headed off to.

The snake boy looked quite excited, eagerly following after Remi toward where the reptile house was and forgot all about Vishal who was standing off a distance away. He didn't get to just get out and about playing with people his age often so it slipped his mind that he'd come here with his Master... oops... it would be something he could worry about later.
The Monster God watched as the pair headed off and gave a bit of a laugh. So Pan was making friends, huh? That was good... so long as he didn't get himself lost. Vishal watched him go before he headed off to where they kept the 'creepy crawlies' like spiders and scorpions. He was a big fan of those.

Remi dragged Pan through the crowds till the reached a silver door gleaming in the sunlight. "Here, lies the reptiles of the words" she giggled pulling hard to open the great door holding it for Pan.
Ama caught a glimpse of Remi dragging a small strange boy away from the Panther. She laughed and shrugged turning and wander far from the scene.

Pan slithered in quickly, pulling his two tails inside so as not to get them stuck in the door before he looked around, his eyes getting wide as he took it all in. What an... amazing place! He couldn't help but stare as he slithered over to the first tank, looking inside at the brightly colored lizard that was sunning itself on a flat rock under some artificial lights.
It was so pretty! He lifted a hand up to lay it against the glass and turned to Remi grinning, wanting her to come look at the pretty creature too.

Remi scurried over to Pan's side looking into the glass too. "He's really pretty~" she giggled her eyes sparkling back from the small sparkle off the lizard. "There's chameleons towards the end~ Oh oh oh, c'mere" she grabbed Pans hand dragging him across the open space to another tank a large snake climbing up a tree limb greeting their eyes.

Pan smiled, allowing himself to be pulled along to the other tank and peeked into it. His eyes went wide with delight at seeing a snake inside. He looked it over before looking down at his own long, silver coils before looking back to the serpent. It was an interesting feeling that overcame him, one much like kinship with the creature in the tank.
He laid his hand against the glass nearest to the snake and watched as it slithered closer as though to inspect Pan in the same manner Pan was watching it.

Remi giggled softly smiling tracing little patterns on the glass watching Pan's delight from the corner of her eye. "It seems to like you" she whispered walking around the tank.

The snake boy gave a nod of his head, almost glowing he was so happy. It was a silly thing he was sure but the zoo was such a wonderful place. After a long moment more of starring at the snake he turned his attention back to his friend before he moved to the next tank to peek inside. He didn't see anything... which caused him to tilt his head from side to side trying to find the creature.
They were the ones that Remi had talked about, the chameleons and while they were right there in front of him Pan didn't even see them due to their ability to blend in with the things around them.

Another giggle escaped Remi's lips as Pan looked for the Chameleon. "It's over there on the tree branch" she pointed the chameleon blinking quickly giving himself away. "He almost had me" she tapped her temple slightly looking around for the other one.

Pan looked where Remi as pointing and it still took him a moment... then he gave a jump when suddenly it started to move. He lifted a hand to his heart which felt as though it had skipped a beat and took a deep breath to calm himself. That had been shocking! What he'd thought was just a leaf had moved!
When he was once more calm and collected he scooted close to watch the reptile that looked almost as though it were dancing as it walked.

Remi smiled her tongue creeping out of her mouth as she looked around. "There, on the rock" she whispered pointing to a misshapen bulge on the rock, hoping this one wouldn't scare Pan too.
