Swiftclaw started to get irritated as talk of twolegplace spread. Wouldn't talking about it only raise more fears? And why did they seem so worried? He had never been in twolegplace, but he was a warrior. He wasn't to fear some strange place just because he had never been there. Even if twolegs were dangerous and that place was supposed to be full of twolegs...
"How much longer now...?" he muttered to himself, shifting his paws in impatience.

Moonstar looked down, feeling something wet against her paws and then hissed softly at Bleedingmoon. "Would you stop that? This is not the time to fantasize about food, you fool." The leader moved away from Bleedingmoon, still giving him a glare, and settled next to Swiftclaw, even more irritated now.

Tigonheart made his way to the fourtrees gathering. Two of his fellow clan cats had been taken, he would work with the others to help get them back if it was the last thing he did. He made his way through the trees and bushes towards the four large trees in the center of their territories. The smells of all the cats who had already gathered were getting stronger as he made his way there.

"Ah, the views of seeing cats from different clans." What was strange about it, was that Featherstep was quite agitated with this many cats gathered, from all four clans. Not that she was hostile toward them but seeing many other cats made her cautious. Slowly, she looked at everyone, identifying everyone as she gazed at every single cat. Everyone was annoyed, from what she saw, and thought. What a perfect... situation.

The one everyone was waiting for, was, sadly, not here yet. Bummer. She didn't expect much from this mysterious stranger. Of course she was going to get lost. After all, with so many cats guarding borders, maybe she was trapped in one of clans, waiting to announce her arrival and accuse which clan kept her captive?

Could this stranger be hostile?

She dwindled on that for a second. Hostility, danger, who knows what... Not everyone was nice despite how hard they try.

It didn't look like many Thunderclan cats were coming, much to the dismay of Spiderheart. It was just him and Rosethorn. Didn't Fishertail say she was going to come too? He glanced behind him to make sure that there weren't any late stragglers. Then he glanced all around him, looking for any signs of the guide they were promised.

His ears pricked up at the sound of leaves rustling. Was that her? Finally? He strained his eyes in the increasing darkness, trying to find the rogue, and what he saw was vastly different than what he expected.

An old she-cat stepped out of the bushes from Thunderclan's direction. She had leaves and small twigs stuck to her pelt, which were taken care of by a quick shake. It took even longer for her to come a bit closer so that everyone could see her in her full glory.

"You all must be the clan cats the spirits have told me about." She said slowly. "I have gone by many names in the past. But for now, you may call me Theresa, speaker of the Earth."

She glanced at them all again before shaking her wooden snail shell pole. "I want to make several things clear before you start making impressions of me. First, yes I was contacted by the spirits you call Starclan. Particularly the one named Featherflight? Am I correct?"

There was the briefest silence as she coughed and continued on with her small speech. "Secondly, though I'll be with you all for most of the time, I ask that you do not press your clan beliefs and or traditions on me. You may educate, but it is unwise for any of you to press, otherwise I may have to press my ideas onto you, and that will invite chaos. Not that you'd believe them anyway.

"And lastly, no one shall ever touch my staff. Ever. For the fear of a fate worse than death."

Theresa clutched her staff closer to her body as she said that. Another quiet moment passed before she spoke again.

"Well, I believe that's it for introductions. I believe I will enjoy meeting each one of you, but there's no time to waste. Is everyone from the clans here? If so, let's move."

Sunflare eased quietly from the foilage into the clearing, her chest heaving rapidly from her run. The news of Riverclan hunting in Windclan's territory had been discomforting, but it was nothing compared to the shock of two-legs hunting clan cats. In their leaders' announcement, it was said that a patrol of all clans was to be assigned the dangerous mission of bringing the captured cats home. This made Sunflare uneasy. The other clans together did not always assure peace.

Sunflare's decision to go on the possibly fatal journey or stay wasn't made until the last moment, when she realised that death wasn't such a bad option for her. If she went to Starclan, she'd see her daughter again, taken from her far too early. Even after many moons it still pained her to think of Peachkit, but the thought of seeing her again unnaturally eased it. Sunflare wouldn't go seeking death as her clan needed every warrior, but she wouldn't pass away kicking and yowling.

Taking a place amongst her clan, she sat and smoothed down her fur as she listened to the strange and slightly frightening rogue guide that was speaking.

SweetPear raced through the undergrowth as fast as his stubby legs would take him. The rotund little Thunderclanner bobbed up and down unnaturally as the branch he clutched in his teeth swung back and forth, snagging on the occasionally bush and sending him flying head over paws into the dirt. Time and time again he picked himself up, retrieved the branch, and continued on. He had to be getting close.

The scent of familiar cats reached him, and SweetPear rounded the corner with a bit more more speed then necessary. Digging his claws into the ground, he managed to avoid tumbling into the russet pelted Spiderheart, but he did give the older cat a sound thump on the back of the head with his pear.

He was gasping for breath after his run, but the little white cat gave his clanmates and their guide a big smile. "I'm here!" he announced gleefully.

Tornadotail's eyes were drawn to the old she cat that had just appeared. She reminded her of traveling wise cats he had met in his past, he got to his paws and gave her a respectful nod.

His eyes now scanned the cats that had assembled, it seemed Windclan had come in the biggest number, but that wasn't surprising with the current freshkill situation. It was then that he noticed Sunflare among them, a slight pang in his chest came as he thought of Peachkit. The kit that had begged him to stay with the clan, if he had stayed at that time would the kit still be alive? No, it wasn't his fault that, that had happened to the kit, but he made a mental note to guard over Sunflare during this journey.

"I think everyone is here." Tornadotail said looking about.

As soon as the rogue appeared, Hawktail shifted her full attention to her. Beside her, her tail flickered as she took in the rogue's strange appearance. Everything from the strange accessories she bore, things that reminded her of the few twolegs she had seen, to the stick she clutched so possessively made the windclan warrior's pelt bristle slightly. This was a strange cat, but Hawktail was interested to see what she could learn from her. Even as more cats were coming to join them, the brown she-cat was ready to get going.

In such a large gathering of cats, Fleetwing decided to remain silent. She had never been overly fond of large groups of cats outside her own Clan--she had avoided Gatherings when at all possible, volunteering each time to guard the camp. She hadn't been to a Gathering since her first, not long after she was apprenticed. This wasn't nearly as large, but she was still on edge, especially since no full moon guaranteed their safety.

She watched in awed silence as the odd-looking rogue stepped out, trying her name on her tongue to ensure that she remembered it. Theresa. An odd name, unlike any name she had ever heard. Maybe she'll explain later...or maybe not. She doesn't seem quite friendly enough to strike up a conversation with. "Are we ready to go?" she asked Hawktail softly, her eyes never straying far from the old brown tabby with her staff.

Moonstar nodded in agreement with Tornadotail. While her group was small, and a bit sorry, it was better than none. "I also believe everyone is here." She reserved judgement on Theresa. The leader wasn't at all appalled at the old she-cat's unwillingness to like StarClan. Sometimes Moonstar herself didn't like the Clan of dead cats either, even though it contained her loving parents and ancestors.

Spiritspine flicked his tail and rose from his laying position to stand. Though he was a runt, he was still a valuable cat to have. He looked the rogue guide over. Then his gaze rested n the staff. A curious trinket. But why would they suffer a fate worse than death for just touching it? He narrowed his eyes and rose.

"Well then, lets get a move on, or the cats taken might be gone by the time we get there."

"Oh, waitwaitwait!" A reddish tom darted from the underleaf, eyes wide with surprise as he breathed heavily. Redleaf looked around wildly. He should have gotten here earlier, but he had made it with a bit of luck. He padded over to Spiderheart and sat next to him, looking at Theresa respectfully, bowing his head too.

"Sorry for coming late." He murmured.

"Good." Theresa gave the gathered cats a look-through before focusing her attention on Redleaf. "Late is better than never. Especially since my herbal expertise is minimal at best. So you would be useful."

Picking her staff up in her mouth, she flicked her tail once before heading back in the direction she came from, towards Thunderclan and the two-leg place.

"You know, I think it might've been easier if we were suppose to gather near the two-leg place rather than at Fourtrees." Spiderheart said before following the rogue. He wasn't really complaining though. At least she showed up, and had some sense in where they were going.

((You guys can continue RPing general travelling stuff until I get back later this afternoon. When I come back on, everyone will have reached the two-leg place and I'll roll a dice to see what happens.

Also, last chance for people to hope on, cause I'm not accepting new people once the dice is rolled!))

Don't you love is enthusiasm? -shot-

Windsong dragged himself into Fourtrees, observing the other cats with mild distaste. The lithe ShadowClanner groaned softly, closing his eyes momentarily. He was here for the missing cats. He was here for the missing cats. As long as he kept repeating that in his head, he would be fine. Maybe.
Not that he approved with banding with the otherclans for this. They should focus on getting their own warriors back before heping the others. But that was just him. He padded down towards the other cats, orienting himself near Moonstar. She coudn't send him away at least for lack of spirit. They needed all the cats they could get.
