“For the first time? Were you guys friends on the internet before then?” For some reason Finn started to think about all the online dating sites that he browses when he gets bored, much to the entertainment of his roommate, and how hundreds of people become friends with and fall in love with people they never met face to face. The internet was such a strange and wondrous place.

Finnegan carefully inputted his number into Ciri’s cell phone, making sure to put in the area code and his last name, in case the kid was curious. “I really like your phone, pink is such an awesome color. I wanted my parents to get me pink rimmed glasses, but they put their foot down after the lime green ones.” Finn touched his glasses and smiled, today he was wearing his old black ones because he wasn’t in the best of moods, but he might switch to red when he get’s home. Today has definitely been looking up.

Finnegan smiled and took his phone back, maybe they met on an online forum of some kind? Finn had plenty of those kinds of friends. And 98% of them were jealous that he lived in Japan now, he totally got cheap pokey here(even his cousin wanted him to send stuff every once and a while, the next package heading home was totally having that canned bread he found. His sister would die, and then feed it to her husband, she was scary like that) and all sorts of goodies.

“Pink is definitely your color.” Finn said this seriously and shoved his hands in his pocket as he turned away when Ciri changed, he might have concluded that he was a man but that doesn’t mean he was a man creeper like Ashton was. Poor Dante. Finnegan might giggle from time to time when he remembers it, but usually he can keep his entertainment on the inside.

“I have yet to get the glasses, but next time I go to the eye doctor those are going to be the first thing on my list. Unless they have zebra stripes or leopard print, then those might have to come first.” Finnegan sighed as he thought of all the time it takes him to pick out lenses, the people behind the counter usually glare at him for periods of time before he goes to ask them for help. Then they usually laugh at him, or help him try on ridiculous frames until they are both bending over laughing. He was proud of all the glasses he has, they not only allow him to see far away, but also help with his moods and artistic ability.

Finnegan laughed at Ciri and his ego that just seems to inflate when he is praised. “You aren’t afraid to show your body around are you?” Not that Finnegan was too scared himself, but he certainly didn’t flaunt himself like Ciri seemed to like doing.

“I really do hope that they have them, and I would totally get one of each frame if I had the money and the space to put them.” Finnegan might have gotten a little starry eyed at the thought. “So many glasses, so little time to change them in.”

Finnegan might think that Ciri was kinda insane and odd, but that was totally an awesome way to look at it. “You have an awesome view of the world Ciri.” He really didn’t resist the urge to hug, even if the kid was only wearing a bra. It wasn’t creepy because Ciri was in fact a man, and Finnegan totally couldn’t go to jail for this.

He hoped.

“Some people are always afraid what they look like to other people, because they don’t like how they look?” Finnegan scrunched his eyebrow trying to explain it, “I really don’t have much of a problem, since I know that I have a few people who would still love me even if wore something atrocious. And whatever is comfortable is good for me.” He shrugged and tried to think if there was a store in the mall that did glasses. There must be, but he hasn’t seen one yet.

“Maybe after I get some nice clothes for my art show we can go looking for it?” Finnegan gave Ciri an awkward smile, he totally felt like he was asking for a date. God. Dante was this awkward. “If you still have some time?” He still had a few hours to kill before he hung out with Ashton.

Finnegan might be tearing up, but it was just so funny that this kid thought how most people should that he wanted to burst out laughing. And possibly take Ciri home with him, but he has the feeling that many people would object to that.

“That is really good advice.” Finn grinned and piled up all the clothes he wasn’t going to buy (all of them) and was waiting for Ciri to put a shirt on, because no matter how comfortable he was with his body, Finnegan really didn’t want to get arrested for child proposition.

“I was going to get something but then you had to make me try on clothes.” Finnegan rolled his eyes and grinned. To show he wasn’t annoyed, he was actually quite happy that he had been kidnapped by the little guy. “Then we can go on grand adventures to find awesome glasses.” He didn’t keep his prescription with him, but he could come in later or ask Ashton to bring it from the apartment when they went out for dinner later.

Finnegan wanted to say something when Ciri took his clothes and just kinda stood there in line when the kid paid for his things, even putting them in a separate bag. He flailed a bit and then went to pay for his nice clothes (with the money he borrowed from Ashton).

He gave Ciri a weak smile and didn’t say anything now that he had the bag in his hands. What was done was done, there was no use talking the kid out of it. Finnegan has learned this much.

“A grand adventure is to be had.” The urge to throw his hands up in the air was large, but Finn resisted. Only just barely. “Do you think it would be on the first or second floor?” He really had no idea where to look. He knew he didn’t want to go near the food court, Ashton sounded pissy on the phone so he wouldn’t want Finnegan walking around bothering him.
