Kyuutou's ears droops slightly at the comment as he continued on. Several minutes later they have finally made to the end; managing to not get stepped on.
"We made it...," He huffs and then points to a hut on top of a small hill," She's up there on that hill." Kyuutou starts towards the hut.

"Okay!" Trotting to keep up, Jinx keeps right on his heels. She offers up silent thanks that the pair of them made it out of that mandhouse. "Dunno why it got so crowded all of a sudden." Then again, it had been right around lunch time... so maybe.... she shakes it off. "Uh... thank you, by the way...."

"Lunch is always packed and your welcome~!"
They made it half way up the hill and Kyuutou calls out.
"Tween! Are you home!"
A dark figure appears over the edge with a sinister looking smile.
"Why, yes I am~!"

Jinx stops dead, her eyes widening in horror as the figure appears. "Kyuutou! It's gonna eat us!" She turns a fast circle, yipping softly, uncertain, though the fear in her is plain.

Kyuutou grabs her scarf. "Don't be afraid...ugh..." He looks straight at the dark figure with a slightly annoyed look on his face.
"Tween...! Stop that! I don't need you to scare my friends away! She needs your help, anyway"
The dark figure known as Tween stop smiling and tilted her head. In a split second a grin appeared.
"Well, then! Bring her up, Kyuu-kun!" As she motions for them to come whole heartedly.

Caught, Jinx stares up at the figure in fear. It takes Kyuutou's words a moment to sink in, but as they do, and as the figure seems to abandon its creepy, she relaxes. But only a little. A healthy dose of paranoia never hurt anybody, right? "So... what is she...?"

He lets go of her scarf and sighs. "She's a genetic mutation. Shunned by the village, but she's very nice. Just a tad scary at times." Kyuutou grins reasurrance to Jinx and continues to walk up the hill.
Tween walks back inside her hut with her tiger tail swishing around lightly. "Its nice to have friends over every once in a while~" She purrs quietly to herself and sits on her futon waiting for them.

"A-... a mutation?" Jinx's nose wrinkles as she tries to swallow that... genetics. It seems vaguely familiar but she can't quite wrap her brain around it. "So... how did you end up here?" She moves to his side, glancing over at Kyuutou.

Kyuutou looks down in some discontent. "Yes...and how I met her...she found me alone and hurt in the woods when I was a kit. Ever since then she had been my friend." Kyuutou starts to smile again thinking about that in his life. "But don't concern yourself too much about it. Ah! We're here!" He stood infront of the medium sized hut made of wood and straw with the door wide open.
Tween's sweet filled voice rang though the surroundings.
"Welcome to my humble home, new friend~"

Jinx allows him to move ahead. Peeking around him, she blinks, getting her first look at the hut's interior. It looks so much larger than it does from the outside. She looks up at him uncertainly, then back through the door. "Uh... hello!" What had he called her again? "H- hello Tween!"

"Come in! Come in!" Tween then lights a candle to illuminate the room to see her orange skin with black stripes etched on it, her dark blue eyes, a tiger's tail curled around her feet, her ears flat on her head, her flowing black hair, and a scar over her left eye," It is nice to meet you~" A purr suddenly erupted in her throat.
"Tween, this is my friend, Jinx. She needs your help, right?" Kyuutou nudges Jinx forward with a smile.

"Uh- uh huh." Jinx is pushed forward toward the tiger hybrid. She pads forward silently, and has a seat several feet away. "It's nice to meet you too." She draws a deep breath. "I- I don't even know where to start... um, Kyuutou told me that you could tell me what element I was linked to...."

"OoOoOoh~! So you have come for that, hm?" She narrows her eyes that were filled with slyness," Well, my young one. It is very easy to tell, that even, Kyuu-kun could have told you. But he never met your kind before. Though what you have, Jinx, is not really an element per-say." Tween rubs her chin with a grin on her face.
Kyuutou stood there staring trying his hardest to figure out what Tween was talking about. "Huh...?"

Jinx glances between the pair, then turns back to Tween, her dark eyes wide. Her ears laid back. "Is it bad? What is it? Can I get it off?" She rises, turning another tight circle, too much energy for such a small body. Her eyes turned to Kyuu questioningly, pleadingly.

Tween laughes quietly to herself. "It's not bad to say the least to answer your first question."
Kyuu didn't know what to say at all to her about it. All that he could do was stand there with a sad look on his face for not knowing how to answer Jinx.
"What you are is a rare breed. Not seen for a good while... the element of darkness..." She chuckles lightly. "Your third question: you can't rid of your birthright. That my friend is crazy." Her chuckle got a little lower.
