sweatdrop I hate white. Would a mid-light cream look possibly good instead of white? I've never been good with white. v-v

I don't tend to use white anyway in my edits, it limits the possibility for further highlighting ^^; adding a subtle colour to your whites make them a little more interesting too, say a bluee-gray as opposed to a moderate grey.

I always use a blue grey (purple grey) or a cream when my edits call for white. It depends on the colors around it what shade I choose.
There's just no way to highlight pure white, or really shade it effectivly.

Before my photoshop computer died I was working on some edits for a wedding store, so much white!
I greyed the edges on some of them, making the white stand out in highlights, but for alot of them I just made them really lighet versions of another colour.
