Ivy_tsuki I am bisexual and I am pagan and I don't think it matters at all. People come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and yes sexual orientations. And yes Wiccans and pagan are people too! It does not matter what you are! Me personally I love pagan girls, hehehe especially asian pagan girls OO so hot.... xd I have to say this: WOOT WOOOOT!!! I SO CONCUR!! Anyways, this topic is getting silly and abit out of hand.... Everyone take a deep breath for me and hit the 'Guild Forum' button...

Galdrea This seems, to me, like a really silly question to ask. I don't understand why anyone would be objectionable to bi or gay Wiccans. The Wiccan community is persecuted enough without persecuting each other for something else. It still happens among some i hate to say...

Isnt there a religion for gay pagans? Something like Green or something? I was in borders and there was a book with a naked gay guy and I picked it up and looked inside, and said something about being a gay pagan. I forgot what it was called but I know its green something.. neutral
Avalonwatcher, What book by Christopher Penzack? I so knew he was gay when I read his book! xp yeah it's a book on a sect of paganism for gay men following the path of the green man. I have it along with Gay witchcraft by Christopher Penzack. there both really good books. I had no idea there where so many queer freindly gods out there.

Homophobics are NOT usually Christians(xtians is kinda stupid, sorry). You don't have to be Christian to be Homophobic, trust me there are many Homophobic Pagans, Hindus, Buddists, etc...Homophobic is a psychological condition..

Of all the religions that you just named, no other is more outspoken about being homophobic than the XTIANS. Do some research before you give out your uninformed opinions.

I've been told to respect your elders...but please...right now I am gonna through that out the window. I may be only 18, but I am bisexual...been bisexual for atleast most of my 18 years on this planet...now..they may be the most OUTSPOKEN Christians, but there are alot of Christians who believe Homosexuality is right...I do research, thank you very much, don't tell me I don't research. I do more research then you probably. There are alot of Homophobic Pagans too, I have researched that. It depends on how you are brought up..You can be racist and Pagan too...or Racist and Christian, it does not just pile up to being in ONE religion, like its bad mouthing the Christians..What have the Christians ever done truely in this century....in this life time for you to have the audacity to bad mouth them?

True, but those don't go for all the Christians lol. And of course, there will be peace, I'm just one of those who debate to piss off the whole world...trust me, I've had death threats in school before lol.

Oh man, you took the freaking words out of my mouth! lol! I agree with everything you said, even about the asian pagan girls, lol.
But really, I think, as others have mentioned, I think if you can find love in both sexes then more power to you! You've got a lot more options than most of us! People should be able to love and marry whomever they please, though I sort of draw the line at animals, you know? lol...

Whoa Texas and Hammer. You two kind of scared me there...glad you two are at amends with your debate...
but I must point out that both of you seemed to have misunderstood each other which is why it got so heated. Sara...to be Christian, you must follow the Bible. In order to follow the Bible, you must believe that Homosexuality is wrong. Plain and Simple. If they do not, they are no Christian unless they feel they are part of a sect of Christianity that allows it, which I have so far heard of none, but it is always possible since you don't need more than one person to follow, it could just be yourself who believes it. But still, that would mean you are not Christian but a branch of Chirstianity.
Texas, while you were right on that, you were completely ignoring the point that Sara was originally making. She wasn't disagreeing with the fact that a Christian can be homphobic, just pointing out that it isn't something entirely religious. Homophobia is in fact a state of mind and that you can be Pagan and any other religion and still be homophobic unless your religion says otherwise, which you will then be making a branch of that belief, but it will originally be your own nontheless.
Sorry for bringing up something like this, but I just thought it HAD to be cleared up. ^_^
As for my views. Ditto as most people here. People should have the freedom to express their love towards each other so long as they both love each other. Nothing matters as it is a choice between partners and not something that will hurt someone or eliminate the rights of another. God forbid (no pun intended) our sexuality is threatened by people living their lives as rightfully as you or I. <_< pft...homophobes...

now what if i where to add to the thought of there not beign able to be that male:female connection that so many wiccan believe is a good power source. In other words God:Goddess and not God:God, or Godess:Goddess. do you have any comments on how you think that natural sexual attraction works between males and females, and how it would differ from just a group of male wiccans or just a group of girls wiccans. Just courious about all of this and other peoples thoughts on the subject.

for what it's worth...UM HELLO!?!? SINCE WHEN DOES SEXUAL ORIENTATION HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH RELIGION??? it doesn't matter if u are gay, bi, hetero, or confused as hell! it's a religion if you believe in it practice it! no one can make you stop!('cept maybe the pope...*wink*but we can fix him up can't we*wink*) so yeah...im obviously an allie, but im of a sound belief in the seperation of church and state and in this case church and body...same goes for abortion...*thumbs up to innovative thinkers*
