Rafael waited for his sister on the beach. It would be a little bit before the contestants would arrive, by boat of course. He turned at the sound of his sister coming up next to him. "So Raf. Won't the contestants be here soon? And where are all those lazy cameramen?" Rafael sighed. Michelle was more of the director than the host. "Yes they shall be here soon....and I don't know where the cameramen are. Sis your making me nervous...." Michelle had started pacing. "Sorry." She stopped and saw that the cameramen were on their way. Rafael saw the boat. Both state, "There here!!!" The cameramen get into place to start shooting some usable film.

Vanessa sat lazily on board the boat, waiting to get to the little island that promised her a chance of a lifetime. She stared off into the water, watching the small island come closer in her view.

Missy sighed as the boat neared the island. She had let her long hair down and it was blowing in the breeze from the speed of the boat. She stood alone at the prow, observing the scenery, waiting to get to that one island in the distance.

Kail was already bored to tears. He slept most of the trip to the island. Now there he was in his bunk of the ship, just lying there wide awake with nothing to do. "I guess going on deck is better then this." Kail hopped up and tightened his belt and walked onto the deck. The breeze from the boat was fantastic. "At least if I dont find love on this island... I can always love the natural wonders the earth gives us." Kail un did the first button of his shirt to cool off his chest. The breeze felt even better on his warm skin. After enjoying the gust for not but a minute or two he looked at the island. "Well wish me luck." Kail was talking to no one in particular he just got used to doing it himself.

Erick was sitting in the boat chewing a piece of gum and listening to his ipod which was blasting 'I'm not okay' by My Chemical Romance. He looked at the drvier of the boat and shrugged. He put his feet on the bottom of the boat and leaned over the side, getting his hands all wet as well as splashing the water into his face. He laughed softly as he saw the island. He smiled as he saw a few other boats hading there as well. He put lip balm on and smiled a fake smile.

Amber lounged on the boat, wondering about what would happen on the island. She fussed with her hair and makeup, determined to make a brilliant first impression. It was slightly annoying that the wind was blowing her hair around, but Amber hoped that it still looked great. She was so impatient to find out what would happen on the show. Hopefully she would get a huge career boost from this.

Reid looked over the bow of the boat, the water was sliced through and the spray launched itself into the air and misted his face and hair. He smiled his signature boy-ish grin and turned around, making his way to the captain's cabin. He peeked inside and sighed.
"This boat is dead....no one's even talking, there aren't any hot girls...no beer....what kind of boat is this!" Reid shouted before waving his hand, signaling that he was leaving.
The sun was shining and it made his naturally blonde hair shine. His fingerless gloves, his signature piece of clothing, began to bother him. Reid pulled them off and stuck them in his pockets. There wasn't much to do and he was getting seriously bored out of his mind.
"No girls...that's the worst part. How do you have a party with no girls?" Reid sat himself down on the plush couches that the boat offered and closed his eyes, he might as well soak up some sun.

Michelle was suddenly yelling at the cameramen. "ARE YOU TAPING ANY OF THIS? I WOULD HOPE SO." She turned to face Rafael. "Ready bro?" He turned his eyes from the boat and took a deep breath. "Yea I think so." The two of them headed to the dock with a couple of cameramen in tow. One had elected to stay behind to get a different angle of the unloading of the contestents. Slowly the boats started to pull up to the dock.

Vanessa stepped off the boat, her teal sundress blowing in the wind. She watched as the hosts, and a couple of cameramen were making their way to meet them.

Missy smiled at the camera crew, and waved as she got off her boat. "It's showtime!" She said as she walked up the dock to meet the cameras.

Amber stepped off of the boat as it stopped at the docks. She was wearing a pair of white heels, brand new jeans, and a plain grey t-shirt. She wondered if she was dressed too casually; she saw another girl wearing a sundress. As Amber noticed the cameras, she flashed a brilliant smile and gave a small wave. She was ready for the show to begin.

There was merely one question resounding in her head while she had been sitting upon the boat, waiting to arrive to the island: Why was she here? She had gone over reasons so many times, but the closer they got to the now growing piece of land in the distance, the more difficult it became to convince herself that this was truly what she wanted...
It's not that she didn't want to find love, not at all. But, if she thought about it, how real could love be on a television show? And how much privacy could a person get? How intimate could a relationship be when it's shown on national television? On a channel with a set time, with viewers and such? Serena sighed. She was afraid that people would be... fake. In it for the fame and glory of being on every night at whatever time... The fame of having people see them and say "Wow, look at that." And seemingly, everything, maybe would come off as rehearsed, like all those fake shows on the worthless channels she'd flipped past...
But, there had to be something, right? Serena rose when she felt the boat tap the dock, and she stepped off the boat, black high heels with skinny jeans, and a fairly cute sleeveless blouse that waved gently in the breeze. Not to her surprise were cameras, and she smiled sheepishly, trying to dodge them as she joined the others who were there too...

Kail walked onto the dock. He was already expecting the cameras but whyd they have to be so close. One camrea was getting close to his face, and it took all he had for Kail not to sock the man operating it right in the jaw. As he walked onward he saw girls walking off and onward. "Nows the time for me to be silent" 'before they can tell im wierd.'

Her eyes observed the people whom she would be sharing this space with for the next few weeks. It was clear that this would be interesting... The girls that had been chosen for the show were pretty and had an air of confidence about them. On the other hand, she wasn't all that good-looking, in her opinion, and she was shy and quiet. How would she succeed at all?
So, taking a risk, she walked up to the first person closest to her, a guy who had just had a camera shoved in his face, and she cleared her throat before speaking, her voice soft... "Hi... I'm Serena," she said, blue eyes looking up at him in what she hoped gave an air of friendliness.
