Slythor smiled. "I kinda like it here too, though some people don't think we should be here. We are part demon after all." He stated. "But they don't understand that, I think God accepts everyone as long as they accept Him." He smiled and whistled for Blue, who flew in happily and landed on his shoulder.

Slythor smiled again. "Oh not at all. Although Blue is picky only about if you're rough with him. He doesn't like his feather's ruffled." He watched as the bird gently hopped over onto Ty's shoulder, nibbling his ear in a friendly manner.

Tykier smiled and laughed as Blue bit his feathered ear, and gently pet him. "He's so beautiful! But... What type of bird is he..?"

Slythor frowned in thought. "Well... I don't know. I'm sure he's not a bad bird though, so what does it matter? He is probably a mix, like us." He spoke gently, regaining his confident smile. Blue tolerated the touch quite well. He was used to being pet so often... they have probably never seen a bird like him before. He ruffled his feathers proudly.

Ty laughed as Blue ruffled his feathers, poofing them out in a showy manner, "He really is a beautiful bird," he gently rubbed his feathers the right way, "Yeah, I can see it..."

Slythor chuckled. "He sure is. He's smart too, probably as smart as you." He watched the bird tip his head back and show off his feathers. He'd let Blue enjoy himself for now. There would come a time where he wouldn't be allowed in a certain place because he was a bird... well, he'd soon get that changed. He'd ask for some sort of card from the lab to show the public he was within his rights to bring the bird along with him.

Slythor watched Blue enjoy himself contentedly. He thought to himself what he liked to do. He liked to be complimented, yes. It boosted his ego that he kept down most of the time. He couldn't help but feel that he was better than some people in the world, and that he needed to guide those lesser than him, since they couldn't guide themselves. "I enjoy volunteering." He spoke finally. "And you?"

"I enjoy drawing and writing... But I never tried volunteering before..." Ty stopped petting the bird for a while to scratch and itch on his arm, "What's it like..?"

Slythor smiled. "It's fairly easy. You do jobs for people, and they really enjoy it." He spoke. "I used to volunteer at the local pet pound. They always need a few extra hands." He smiled at the boy and pat his hair gently, checking the time. "I've to go now. Job interview." He replied, whistling for Blue, who hopped onto him. "See you later." He ran out and into the street, where he continued running to his home to prepare.

"Bye!" He watched him walk off, then he turned the other direction... Man that guy's cool! I think I should try to volunteer..!!! He walked home.
