OOC:Wont speak in anything besides common unless he has to, in which case Orc will be purple and aquan will be red. Thoughts are italic. Sorry about the late post, had a root canal and it kinda interupted everything. Graxith started to shift lightly, keeping pressure off an injury on his side, he tried to stand slightly and grunted when the chains pulled him back. "Where are we?" He looked around to see if the rest of the crew was alright, and for anything useful. Spot:my computer isn't coming up with the cursed Gaian dice so unless you want somebody else to roll for me then here's my roll. 1d20+1=8

((That's alright, I would rather you roll for yourself. Even if you are using Invisible Castle instead of Gaia. Less headaches that way.
Oh and bytbyt you do realize you have two characters up? I don't care If you play two characters. I was just wondering.))

Graxith and Vaki notice everyone is bandaged pretty badly including yourselves and the room you are in is pretty small. There are creates labeled in with strange markings lined the wall opposite of you bottles of rum. Also in the room is a rather large chest
When Drebin grabs her hand he notices her hand is covered in with moistened dried blood. "No, there will not be time later. Once you the captain comes, you will learn your fate. Like everyone else you will fight and you will die. I will be forced to watch..." She said in common as tears started to form in her eyes. Taking her hand away from Drebin, she quickly walks over to the creates. Sitting down she hides her head.

Getting up and trying to get as close as he to the young girl while being limited by the chains and shackles. Switching back to Dwarven and shaking the doll gently, "Sweetheart. Would you like to play with me for a little bit? What's your name dear?"

Fight? With as little gear as we have, along with our injuries? Sorry, no can do. I have many more trees to climb and shiny things to collect.
Shifting into a comfortable position, Vaki hits the trigger for his lockpicking ring, popping the small ruby out and revealing a set of lockpicking tools beneath.
Once I get out, I'll help anyone who wants to join me. As for you little girl, care to come with me so that we can get out of here and play in a better place?

((Sorry, I was pulled away at the last minute.))
Drebin gets about five feet from the wall before the chains stopped him form going farther. which was 10 to short to reach the girl.
The little girl look up and smiled as she wiped the tears from her eyes. "My name is Kathrine Hall, but my brother calls me Kat. You can call me that too" She said in Dwarven. Grabbing one of her dolls, she walked over to Drebin. Her smile only got bigger when she heard Vaki say he wasn't going to fight, but it quickly faded when he talked about escape, but she didn't answer him. "Most likely the captain has them, but I know where some other clothes are if you want them." She answered kneeling in front of Drebin to play
Vaki gets the chains off easily enough.
It takes Gren a moment to take them off but he succeeds as well only.
Soren hears besides the normal walkings of people on the above deck he also hears groups of people talking in an unknown language. And the sound of someone walking down to their level...

((hi! Late arrival, here, sorry. Um, here goes, I think....
also, doesn't taking 20 mean several minutes of trying at least? I believe it's...ah. The hypertext d20 says it takes 2 minutes of trying. vaki would thus be free well before gren wriggles out. so in the 120 seconds in between.... well, these following actions occur as vaki first gets loose, before gren.

A sea-water soaked mop of red hair stirs and blue eyes open farther down the wall, just in time to hear Vaki make his offer of escape.
Vesper curses in infernal, mumbling to herself as she gains her bearings.
"Ow....When I find that little cretin that blindsighted me, I'll....tch. Chainz?"
a series of thoughts whirl through her mind as the strangely dressed girl considers her options. A odd monkey-creature frees itself and offers to help anyone else; vesper smiles like a vampiress under her soggy hair.
"Pff. No thankz, I need no help. The key is with me, and is me...."
Vesper pronounces in a slight lisp, her common slightly accented. Removing a hastily applied bandage, she bloodies her finger and reaches forwards, tracing a complicated design very quickly onto the floor, moving her hands in such a motion that it looks like cursive writing; untill a circle set with a twisting emblem is scratched in blood on the wooden planks.
Bringing her scratched and bloodied hands together in front of her, vesper seems almost to be praying......But the language is not common.
"Tenebrous, Great shadow that was and may yet be, rise up for me, Your servant invokes thy presence. Show yourself!"
[[ Vesper uses the Feat "Rapid binding" to make the sigil in one round as full round action, rather than the normal minute.

((Duh! Forgot to actually roll, oops.
result: 9+10=19 on a bluff to make this rite seem more like spell than something else entirely. Probably a evil spell, though.

Quietly studying her for a moment before breaking into a gentle smile, "Kat, what a lovely name. Mine is Drebins. With an s. Nice to meet you." Making the little doll dance for a while, keeping his head down, "I know this is sudden, but would you like to work for me? I have a little shop some distance away I teleport to, it's nothing fancy, I use it to make alchemical and some magical items for sale. You really don't need to worry about heavy lifting and such, my golems and I tend to do all the work. I just want you to drop some oil on the golems when they start to get rusty while I'm not around. I'll be more than happy to pay you. Food, room and board comes standard." Looking up hopefully at the young girl.
