Yo ho yo ho...
Hey it's not just this guild that's having issues.
My home guild the UGMF is having some serious issues that make this place look like Walstreet.
I just think that the guilds just need to find a new way to attract people in. Possibly an interesting role play story and plot, open and active disscussions about things that would fit the guilds topic {ex for this guild; music, dance, whatever else gang people do I don't know these things >>; } And also interesting contests like the bump one I can see you have, or a riddle contest, or even games like the one word story or twist the wish. Even putting some of those open subforms to use like opening an art subform for all forms of art, pictures of yourself or friends, poems, rapping, dance, music compositions, whatever. The UGMF got the majority of it's members through people who were already members with an ID in their siggy posting around open forms because people were curious about the ID.
You guys still possibly have a chance of rejuvinating yourself as your guild topic is very popular, and you already have a large ammount of people. You just need to encourage them to post. You don't necessarily need more members, just make people want to post. Maybe send out messages to people who are inactive to post. Even though that's an enduring task it's been very useful. I've seen some guilds have a guild mule which all members are friended to so there can be an activity chart set up.
But that's just me.
