Dropping his gaze he blushed, ashamed at his blunder. "Then... what should I call you, M'Lady Neria? Do you have a title I can use?" Slowing his pace to match the short strides of the filly he glanced down at her before turning his gaze to the land they moved through. The valley he had entered not long ago seemed to rise up into an open forest, he had no idea what was beyond.
Suddenly he looked down at her, ears pricked as she spoke. "Two-leggers? You mean.. they exist?" Mind whirling with all the tales of his father's past he lifted his head, pausing mid-step as he gazed over the plain, over the forest, imagining the Kingdom of his father's land beyond. Could it be true? His father's stories, the wondrous tales of courts and counts, of knights and warriors...
Resuming walking he caught up with her, shaking his head slightly. "No, but I have heard of them, my father... " Pausing he fell silent, not at all sure if he should continue. Surely she would laugh... as the others had.

Two ears perked suddenly at the words that followed from his tongue, had he really not seen of them? What also followed after the thought evidenced that fact. Giving a chuckle, she nodded gently, watching Ehrens reaction playfully amused.
"they really do exist! They are such enchanting little creatures! All wandering around, some even carry smaller two leggers, which I feel is the equivalent to a foal" Being able to tell such things made a bright spark snap inside Neria, telling people stories or describing things was partially the filly's passion.
The fact he was so surprised, also surprised herself, it was very cute. His silence was baffling, but the two orbs searched for his once again but as all searching failed, the two head wings spread out, the right one gently trying to lift the princes chin with its tips.
"Aww please tell me, you dont have to worry, I'll listen. And please, Neria will do fine Ehren" she gave a warm comforting smile, whatever it was he surely needed encouragement! It was a pleasure to offer it to him too.

Lifting his head at the touch of her feathers he blinked down at her blushing. A young filly offering reassurance to an adult? Smiling softly he had to admit she was very grown up for her age. Chuckling lightly he tilted his head, relaxing in the face of her upbeat enthusiasm. She didn't seem to expect anything from him and that, along with her youth, helped him relax. There were no measures to be judged by here... no Elder or matriarch watching for the first slip or fall...
Dipping his head slightly to meet her gaze he smiled more warmly. "I believe you, and I would like to see these two-leggers... " Pausing as she enquired after his half-spoken thought he looked a way a moment then back, smokey grey eyes uncertain before he took a slow breath. "Well... my Father, the Demon King, is said to not be of this world. I do not fully understand, but he seemed to travail by water, moving from one world to another, then coming here, to ours. In these other worlds, he walked upright, danced with swords and called on the power of the very first Demon King." Falling quiet again he glanced down, muscular legs still striding over the grassland. "It sounds like some kind of myth, but as far as I know, its the truth. I understand if you don't believe me though, few do."

The nature of his voice brought Neria to a complete trance, what he was saying was incomprehensible to creatures on four legs but in all fairness it was possible. She knew this because her mummy, brother and sister could become two legger.
"Nope, I believe you! That is unbelievable, in an excellent way." a smile coiled and she could only continue to keep ears perked. Ehren was so interesting it was hard not to listen out for all he spoke of.
"See... My mummy, brother and sister also have the ability to become two legger, so its not impossible that yours can't! I have no doubt about it!" Lifting two hooves, she placed them down , stretching out into a playful trot across the field, turning a head to the prince. He was so calm but it was a wonder if he liked to run though the fields for fun?
She liked it, however it was usually when there was no one around to make a fool out of herself, princesses have to contain a standard afterall... She didnt feel the need to change at all though when Ehren was around. Strange.
"The village is just over this hill" Neria smiled back sweetly, chuckling, rolling two soft blue eyes in an innocent manor. "would you like to play a game on the way there?"

Pale ears perked in surprise as she replied, storm-tossed eyes flickering to look at the filly. It took a moment for Ehren to accept what she had said and recover from the shock. "You... do?" The sudden rush of relief that filled him made him smile warmly at her, dark eyes relieved, happy to have found someone that didn't simply disregard his belief.
Yet what she told him next was so startling he stumbled over a small rise in the ground. Catching himself, large wings flaring out to each side for balance he stopped stock still, staring after her. "They can? Truly?" Excitement filled him, happiness that his father had been right all along, that they were right and all the doubters had been wrong made his spirit lift. Thrilled with the news young Neria had offered him he smiled brightly for the first time in a long time.
Looking after the trotting filly Ehren spurred himself forward to catch up, long muscular legs striding over the ground in a smooth, flowing trot. Wings tucked once more against his sides as he caught up to her. Slowing as he reached Neria he looked forwards, to the crest of the hill that rose in front of them. They had come diagonally across the basin and the forest now stretched off to their side. Looking down at her he tilted his head, once more looking a little sheepish. "Certainly, though you will have to explain the rules to me.. what kind of game do you wish to play?"
His head was still ringing with her news, that soquili could transform into two-leggers! His father had been right! How was it done? How could his own family do it, what happened when one transformed? Questions whirled round and round his head, as if trying to make him dizzy with their clamouring. He couldn't wait to meet Neria's family, maybe they would have answers to his many questions?!

The filly's ears flickered back and forth with searching innocent pools watching the strides the pale stallion took towards her. "Of course I do!! Its unlike anything you could ever imagine!"
A light gasp was heard as Ehren stumbled, but it was soon filtered into secured air when the large wings either of his sides balanced the abrupt attack of mounded earth. "Oopsie, are you alright? That was quite the trip." it didnt take long after to catch up his strides were more than her small trot, but it was amazing to watch him.
He looked happy and relieved of something, or fascinated, Neria looked over with a certainly satisfied smile that she had given him an even more brighter expression to hold she fluttered the little wings above, then nodded briefly, glad that they could also play on the way.
"Well maybe we could...Race??" two pale cheeks became a fairy tapped pink and the once wide smile became an ever so much more softer one, eying the male. Shed never really had much chance to play, so it was exciting to hear him accept the offer.
What would Daddy say if they were ever to meet? Surely he'd welcome him, but it became a curious thought, gradually in the back of the filly's busy mind;hopefully, he could meet him one day.

Blushing faintly he never-the-less smiled at her words, dipping his head. "Yes, my apologies, I was just surprised and didn't look where I was going..." Settling his wings after ruffling them to align the feathers he nodded, head tilting. He could remember racing his brothers back when they were young.. The memory of flying against the earth-bound Marut flittered to his mind, that had been an unusual race..
Smiling softly he glanced up towards the ridge. "A race sounds like a very good idea, would you pick the start and the end? I am not familiar with this area..." He asked softly, trying to dampen the blush that lingered from his stumble.
If they raced to this two-legger place, he would get to see them sooner than he thought. Oddly excited and yet still nervous, he looked back at Neria. Seeing two-leggers and being told that other soquili could transform like his father... it felt like the hand of the fates was at work. Surely meeting this young lady was not accidental

"Don't be silly" She giggled, shaking her head lightly. "Its not your fault, everyone stumbles at some point" With a nod, spreading both wings either side out slightly the wind brushed through the ruffling feather and Neria studied where the beginning should be, then where it should end.
"Ah! I've decided!" flicking a look up to him, she gave another nod, more re-assuring this time. "How about from the nearest boulder, right up until the first teepee that aligns the village??"
The thought of this race excited her, but was he to know what a teepee was? If he had no idea of a two legger, what they lived in would be a different matter. Wiyth two wonderous eyes, they wandered to the top of the hill then back to the pure white gleaming stallion.
"You do know what a teepee is... dont you?" she gave a soft smile, turning quickly to face him happily, red strands wiggling slightly behind on the end of the whip like tail.

Her reply broght a grateful smile to his muzzle briefly, before he watched her as she seemed to scan the surrounding area to pick out the route for the race.
Looking back at her from where his gaze had been roaming the landscape, his ears pricked forwards to attention as she explained the route. Nodding his agreement before tilting his head in question. Teepee?
Lifting his head he looked towards where she had indicated the village was. He had never seen one, though he had heard of buildings where two-leggers lived, the ones from his father's stories..

* RP moved to AIM for sanities sake. We will transcribe it here from now on. _-Cheeky_Chobit-_ Neria gave a quick look to the hill ahead, hoping that Ehren would know what a teepee was to signal the end of the race. With a playful chuckle, she flexed four short legs and cast a wide grin back. "Start!!" She covered a lot fo ground through skipping trying to look 'elegant' whilst having fun and glancing back to him every short

Ehren lifted his head, looking up at the crest of the hill, following the filly's line of sight. He almost asked what a teepee was, but he assumed it would make itself obvious when he saw it. After all.. something with as strange a name as 'teepee' had to look fairly bizar. Nearly missing Neria's call he startled before musculed haunches drove him forwards, each stride ate up the ground as he flowed forwards. Long, forest-hued hair soon whipped back in the wind of the stallion's own making as he chased the long legged filly up the slope towards the crest of the hill in the distance. Her words early were still fixed in his mind and he felt a strange sence of anticipation steal over him as he gained ground on the youth in front.

_-Cheeky_Chobit-_ Neria heard the thumping of the stallions hooves against the hard earth, her gaze was kept forward whilst the small head wings above continued to sweep about the air whilst skipping along up the green flat; slowly it occured more effort would hae to be put into it to get to the top, but it was fun, it made the rce more exciting. Looking back to him, she cast a wide smile, giggling lightly whilst watching how his mane wavered through the breeze. "Wow your really fast!" she complimented, the village just peeking over the top of the hill now.

Long legs soon told as the stallion gained on the little filly with ease, and though Ehren was heavy for a stallion, built for power rather than speed, his solid muscles still allowed him a decent pace. Drawing close behind Neria he lifted his gaze, spotting the crest of the hill they were aiming for. Her sudden giggle, carried with the wind of their flight, caught his attention and raised a smile of his own as he put in an extra burst of speed, body lengthening, legs flying as he shifted into a full gallop. The rolling thunder of his hoofbeats, along with the lighter tattoo of the filly's own, filled the valley behind them as they raced up the hillside to the crest. Suddenly Ehren looked up, catching sight of the village spread out below them and with mane and tail flying, scattering grass and dirt before him, he slithered to a hault, wings spread wide like air brakes. What the..?

Before long, the two were running along side each other for a time, when his gallop had made itself clear along the land, it felt nice having such wonderful, enriched company.
As he braked all of a sudden, Neria's blue eyes shot unnaturally wide, and she gave off a squeek whilst her legs trotted quickly towards the halted figure, having to close her eyes once bumping into the side of his leg being much shorter than he was, it was slightly scary. "oooh Owwie. Im sorry, Ehren I should watch where Im going." 'so stupid! He probably thinks im clumsy now' she gave small pout, chibi tears watering in one eye as she wriggled the end of her nose, where their frames collided. Was he ok?
Her gaze settled enthused upon the beautiful looking village, looking up to him, now perched aside she tilted her head, clueless. "Doesn't it look pretty!?.. Oh, are you.. Ok?" she smiled, cutely. Hoping he really was.

Kaisanti Jolted from his shock at the sight of the village, he looked down as she careened into him. Stepping to the side carefully, so he didn't jostle her again, he bent his neck, touching his muzzle to her fuzzy mane. "That was my fault, my apologies. Are you alright?"
Lifting his head as she turned her gaze down towards the settlement below, he nodded slowly. "Yes, I am sorry, I didn;t... expect that..." he nosed in the direction of the village, stormy gaze transfixed by the bizaar sight of the pointy leather cones and tiny figures scurrying around on two legs. "Are they... humans?" He asked, voice hushed almost as if they would hear him.
