((ANNNDD!!!! STARTING!!!!!))
Kikyo sat on the steps to a massive building. It was the Academy she would be attending in a few hours, but she herself wanted to get here and become used to her surroundings first, because of what happened a long time ago.
'Stop thinking about that!' She commanded to herself silently. 'That was a long time ago!'
But in another part of her mind, a voice whispered,
'But you still kill him.'
Kikyo ignored both of these thoughts and began drawing.

We have been warned not to give the people false hope...Ryu and Ren sat on the roof of a nearby hotel as they watched the acadamy. Ryu was wearing a white robe, with black fingerless gloves and wooden sandals with black socks. She looked almost upset as she watched Kikyo. "Another misguided soul. Shall we find her darkness?" She turned to Ren with a smile on her face, and he smiled back.
"Of course. We can't heal anyone without knowing what plagues them the most. Let's go, Quoth." Ren stroked the raven on the front of the neck and it closed it's eyes for a minute before opening them again. Ren jumped off the building and Quoth flew over to perch by Kikyo and look over at her drawing with one yellow eye while the other rolled around and surveyed the academy.
Ryu, too, jumped off, hanging onto Atamia, her dragon, until she landed on the steps as if the dragon was a hang-glider. Then Atamia shrunk and slid around Ryu's shoulders. Ryu walked up to Kikyo and Quoth, smiling lightly. "Hey! What are you doing just sitting here?" As usual, she was practically oozing charisma. But in the unlikely story of America, there has never been anything false about hope.

Kikyo looked up from her drawing.
"Waiting." She said, then looked back at her paper. A morbid picture was forming. She was drawing, for the umpteenth time, a child being killed by a sword or knife. The one who had been wielding the blade was always mixed in with the background, as if this were haw that incident had occurred. She also had gone into very fine detail on the blood and expression, giving it her famous gruesome touch.

Rikku flew onto the scene with a gust of wind as she landed. She landed gracefully and looked up to the massive building in front of her. "So this is the place...." She said Before she looked at the people on the steps in front of her. She walked towards them happily. "Hi." She said confidently. "What are you drawing, oh and by the way my name is Rikku." She smiled.

Kikyo glanced up at Rikku and muttered,
"Kikyo." she then hunched even farther over her drawing, adding more blood to the scene, and a maniacal laugh to the sword wielder. She was really making this a horrible scene. She was drawing this the same way it haunted Kikyo in her mind and when she slept.

"Well you don't have to show me." She said sitting down. "I understand if it is private..." She said looking over to her. "You don't talk very much do you?" She sighed and layed back so how long have you been here?" She asked looking up at the clouds and then back to the people behind them. "What about you how long have you been here?"

"I don't really show my drawings to a lot of people..." Kikyo muttered, not looking up. "And I've been here about an hour." She continued to add her detail to the picture, using different techniques to put it exactly as she saw it on paper.

There's no blood
Ryu smiled at Rikku, then Kikyo. "I shouldn't be here. Now, Quoth, Atamia..." She turned to where Atamia had sat beside Quoth and were watching Kikyo draw. "Have you two seen what you want to see?" Atamia made a little squeal noise and slithered around Ryu's shoulders again, but Quoth simply watched her and said, "I won't take orders from a little girl, you know. It's against raven code."
"Don't act like a stupid bird, Quoth. You were saying yourself that ravens are the smartest of all birds, but maybe crows are better after all." The voice came from Ren, who had come up behind the little group from the acadamy. "Alright, alright, I'm coming." Quoth flapped up and landed on Ren's shoulder. "Hey, Ryu, we should be leaving. Say your goodbye's and let's go." Ren turned and started walking off. Ryu turned to leave, then turned back as if she had forgotten something. She bowed quickly, then turned again, this time hurrying after Ren.
There's no alibi

"What a peculiar set of people." She said curiously. "how bizarre... Oh well" She laughed, watching the clouds roll by. "However, I do wonder what they meant when they said they shouldn't be here." She shrugged. "So why are we sitting outside of the school anyways... is it not open yet?"

"For the last time, Quoth, stop talking when in front of total strangers. You'll give the whole game away with that big...beak of yours." Ren snarled at the raven. Quoth shifted uncomfortably.
"Alright, alright, let's sort this out the right way, short pants."
"That insult doesn't even make sense! I don't even wear short pants!"
"Well, Ren, if it doesn't make sense, maybe it shouldn't bother you so much..." Ryu made her attempt to stop the argument. It didn't work. The two of them were yelling all the way back to the hotel.

Bo was walking around aimlessly lost. He was slouching heavily and his clothes were torn alot. He tried to think where he was meant to go but didn't have the slightest idea so he tried to raid where ever had food, especially if it was free. He liked the idea of food so he starting running towards the cafeteria.

"It opens in about an hour." Kikyo said, looking through the strands of hair covering her face. She closed the sketchbook before Rikku could see the picture. "But I think the cafeteria and dorms are open, but I just wanna sit here for a few."

Kimini todoki, Northern Lights!
"So? What did you find out about them, Ryu?" Ren stepped away from the window for the first time since they had gotten to their room. His golden eyes had been searching for something that they obviously hadn't found, and he sounded slightly disappointed.
Ryu smiled lightly as she continued to draw a monster being eaten alive by shadows. "The Kikyo girl killed someone when she was little. It wasn't even hard to find, she thinks of it almost all the time. The other one, however..." She frowned. "She was hard to read. She must have had amnesia, because I can't tell what happened to her at all. She must have some darkness, but I'll have to break down her barrier first. But it's alright. It's all in the interest of saving innocent people from sin. This is what God sent us to do." She smiled again, dropped the notebook onto the bed. Then she stood and looked out the window briefly. "Has Quoth and Atamia come back yet?"
Ren nodded at the comment about God, but shook his head as she asked about Quoth and Atamia. "They've been gone for longer than they should be. All we asked them to do was to fly up and find a weak spot in the city for us to aim for. But they've been gone for nearly fifteen minutes now." He was quiet for a moment, then turned to the window in anger. "How long did you intend on making us wait?" He snapped as Quoth made a glider from his wings and landed next to Atamia.
"Alright, alright, we understand. We were just stretching so we wouldn't be so tired. Plus, we didn't want to wait for an hour while you two talked. You have boring conversations."
"Why, you-! They wouldn't be so boring if you cared, but obviously you don't! We're having frozen raven tonight!" Ren made a lunge in an attempt to grab the bird, but it flew out of his reach.
"You two..." Ryu sighed and smiled lightly. "Well, I'm going to go make lunch. I think we have something in the fridge that isn't expired. Maybe something from a cow..." She started to mumble as she entered the kitchen and started to go though the fridge, freezer, and several cupboards.

"Well I know it isn't my place, but are you ok?" She asked calmly cocking her head and looking at her. "You seem distressed..." She said looking in the direction of the cafeteria and back down at her. "Are you sure you just want to sit here... you can come with or I can grab you something from the cafeteria if you want." She offered politely.

Kikyo nodded.
"I suppose I'm O.K." She said, glancing at Rikku. "And no thank you. I'm fine here. You go on ahead." She didn't like the fact of how nosy this girl was being. It wasn't that she didn't want her as a friend, it was just that Kikyo herself wasn't very social nor did she do well when people were asking her questions about her own feelings or thoughts.
